We're in the market to purchase a F150 4x4. Drove to Moncton to have a look around. We noticed a few Trucks that we wanted to learn more about. Quickly Found a very helpful salesperson who helped us get a better idea about F150 trucks & the differences between models. We found one we REALLLLLY liked & decided to take for a test drive. It was apparent that it was being used by one of the sales team as the first thing we had to do was to dial down the radio it was loud. We noticed the console had a few personal belongings/ lottery tickets/cigars /gum/change etc. & the back was filled with golfing materials along with other things. As soon as we set in the truck we noticed a bad odor. We chalked it up to the fact it hadn't been through the detailing process (No Big Deal). As we are makimg our way to the highway to ee how it handled & feel it out .We turned the air/cooling seats & stereo on. The factory stereo is a decent somy system. But they sounded terrible at any volume above 1/3 of the volume capacity. The spekers had been abused & would require replacing. ... The smell which came out of the air & seats was repugnant!!! So much so that we quockly had to turn the seats & air off & find a place to turn so we could return the trick & try something better maintained. It was evident that whoever ws currently usimg this truck had ZERO RESPECT for how his treatment of the vehicle would effect Tylor Fords resale value.... Clearly the person using the demo we had out had ZERO RESPECT for the care/cleanliness/maintenance or Respect for The reputation of Taylor Ford. Knowing its to be sold . One would think he would have made an attempt to keep it clean/speakers at a reasonable rage/tidy/smoke free & free of his personal belongings. This was a High End Pre-owned vehicle. Upon returning to the dealership. Our sales person was anxiously awaiting our return.... We barley made it out of the Demo we had been testing; When this very large/mean lookimg & obviously angry man stormed to the truck (we had just returned ). Jammed.it it drive & then proceeded to jam the gas down to peal out of the lot omto the road in manor which let Everyone In Earshot see & hear him squeal put and to tje right. Cutting into rush hour traffic in blaze of hornes. The kind salesman working with us was Red Faced & explained that his sales manager uses the truck we had & he must have needed it.....Our salesperson was making the effort to ease our uncomfort with the total lack of professionalism /Rudeness/Juvenile Behavior we had just witnessed. I'm writing this in hopes that Taylor Ford will use this as a learning tool. And at the very least. :Pit the Used Car Sales Manager On Probation". ... Wehen we arrived home. We did a bit of research on Taylor Ford Customer Service.... Unfortunately we heard several stories similar to our experience involving the Sales Management of the Pre-Owened side. Customers faith & trust & respect is PARAMOUNT when deciding of this dealership will work with us..... This left us with a Very Uneasy feeling about putting trust in a dealership whose manager treat both the product * consumers with a total lack of respect....Hope this was helpful

Once i arrived at Service they were prompt getting to me. Very helpful in getting the order down. When I asked them about the warranty on a part they looked right into it. Took a little while..but ended up as it was on the warranty. Very helpful and courteous, was done in no time.

Was there last night looking at a used car and they put us in a 2015 Sonata sport 2.0 turbo. The car would barely haul itself the check engine light was on and they had to boost it for us to try it. Parked it for 30 min and the battery was dead again. Salesman said they have to boost it every couple days to get it to start. I said the battery prob isn't any good and he told me they have to do it a lot to there cars(BS). I told him I can let my truck sit for weeks and it will start no problem and he looks at me and says well it's different it's a truck... Lol I agree with him it is different because it doesn't have any problems like the cars/junk they tried to sell us. I will never return to this place. I was there 4 times looking at cars and had nothing but problems with the cars we test drove.
I had bought 3 cars from them in the last 5 years, (2013 F150, 2014 Focus, and a 2014 Escape, as well as another escape from another dealer, so 4 fords in 5 years) I brought my escape in for a rear differential service, A year in now and 4 new visits to complain and the rear of the car is still making a whining noise under certain conditions, You ask them for help they tell you they cant look at your car for weeks, then when you do bring it in they take forever to fix it, make smart remarks about your appointment being for the drop off and has nothing to do with your actual repair, that will be when they feel like it or have time, then to top it off even under factory warranty they absolutely refuse to provide you with a no cost rental according to your warranty and expect you to pay for it out of pocket, they still haven't repaired my differential or whatever is making the noise to this day (car was traded at a loss for a Honda because they wouldn't or couldn't fix it), even after no less than 4 visits where they have changed a mix mash of parts and claimed its fixed. I will personally never deal with them again if possible and now its even worse because they bought the only other local ford dealer and we as consumers have no choice but to accept their sub standard service. In the past service advisers were expected to be courteous and capable, now they are commissioned sales people who are about the bottom line who could care less about customer service or actually being knowledgeable when it comes to vehicles and maintenance... In my opinion you should avoid this dealer like the plague. We have since sold all 3 of our Fords since they bought the only other local dealer in NS, Now have Honda and Mitsubishi vehicles. Will NEVER deal with TAYLOR again ever. Also in the past I was offered a rental car and good service which I should have gotten in the first place to change or take down this review by the service manager at the time. Gone are the days of customer service, now its all about making a quick buck at any expense, this dealer is a perfect example of that mentality. They don't want to resolve the issue I found, they want you to remove the review of their negative service.

We are owners of one of Ford's worst series of vehicles that being a Ford Fiesta. The world knows that the transmissions in this vehicle is, well....JUNK. Taylor Ford and most likely the rest of the dealerships which sell this lemon are not fixing the transmission issue but are simple stalling. Several "Fixes" for this inferior product do not work. The General Manager at Taylor Ford could not even find a previous transmission failure issue even though it cost Ford Canada a rental vehicle for a week. This is a company selling a lemon and NOT STANDING BY THEIR FAILED AND FLAWED PRODUCT!
I am very satisfied with my experience dealing with salesman, Terry Doiron and the finance person Payman Ghaysari. Terry was quick to answer any questions that I had. He seem to be very knowledgeable with the truck I was purchasing. He called me back ASAP when I attempted to get in touch with him. He did exactly what he said he would do for me from the start of my first visit to the signing of the final papers of purchase. Both Terry and Payman were curtius , polite and respect full. Firstly, the staff here are extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. They know all the ins-and-outs of the trucks and cars on the lot. I had the pleasure of dealing with Al Chung, who was very accepting and patient with me during the process. Secondly, they gave me a great price, great amount on my trade in and even reduced it all a little more at the end to make payments exactly where I wanted them to be. I am super happy with my truck, and I will be back to this dealership in the future. If your looking for a new or used vehicle in Moncton, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not impressed that my dealer could not get the proper parts to repair my under warranty problem in the time promised. The service advisor was pleasant to speak with every day for the week it was there. I also agree with other comments about taking the car in early and having to leave it all day for an oil change - not reasonable for what should take an hour elsewhere.
Seems to be a good place. However, the sales person could not close the deal with me and could not match price of another brand of truck. Both were the same as far as options but Ford had a smaller engine. I'll try again I'm four years.

Bought a 2015 Lincoln from Taylor Ford Lincoln. All the staff that I dealt with were friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to make sure that my wife and I were completely satisfied and happy with our purchase. A great deal of time was spend making sure that we both understood how to operate and use all the "bells and whistles" before we drove away. The vehicle was serviced, clean and well presented. After the unwanted test drive and short cost discussion with his manager standing over me, the sales rep disappeared with my trade in keys so I couldn't leave. Wouldn't give an official sales offer on paper either. Typical manipulative smoke and mirror sales methods. I would caution anyone with dealing with Taylor Ford. Worst first impression.

Traveling across Canada and the motorhome needed an oil change. Had a great experience with Taylor Ford 3 years ago. This year the price had doubled. Over $109.00 Labour charge for a 20 minute oil change. Very expensive. Will not be gracing their doors again and would definitely not recommend them

Came in from out of town and dropped in to Ford for some maintenance for our vehicle. We were greated right away by their wonderful staff. We got talking to their salesman Tommy Dupuis who was great! He was not pushy and we did not feel pressured into buying a new truck. He provided us with wonderful service and offered a great deal on a trade in, so we ended up leaving with a new vehicle. He was very thoral with the new vehicle in explaining new features and making sure we were comfortable with the new features. We are currently LOVING our new vehicle and have no regrets with trading the old one in. Would definitely recommend finding Tommy if you are in need of a new vehicle or thinking of trading.

Until this year I had nothing but good thing to say about Taylor Ford. It felt like home but the walls came crumbling down! I brought my truck in under warranty with an issue but I got it back with the engine light turned off saying that they couldn't troubleshoot until the engine started sputtering again. But they had good news for me and they finally did the bulletin on my truck for the timing chain which had been rattling for 3 years. It was my lucky day as this included a free oil change. The following month the warranty ran out and the issue came back. Spun bearing on the motor with a 10,000$ bill to fix on a 5 year old truck with 90,000 km. 95% of the miles were to commute to work, the rest of the time I was hauling a 4000lbs RV and the truck is rated for over 12000lbs. BUILT FORD TOUGH! To top everything off they informed me that it wasn't a complete oil change. They changed the oil but not the filter. I have a minimum 2 month wait as the motor Is back ordered. I have been told many times that a spun bearing is the result of lack of oil or bad oil. Taylor Ford were the ones that changed the oil but I am stuck with the issue. PLEASE HELP!

Really bad experience at Taylor Ford service, took a week to look at the problem, really high price to fix it. If u think the problem is under warranty , they always gonna charge ur something more. Maybe is a good place to buy a vehicle but highly not recommend to do the service or replace the parts. Also, after my truck “Fixed”. Engine light came back twice within 24 hours. Technician are really unprofession and don’t worth what they charge for the labor cost. Will not go back at all. Really disappointed. 0 star

I found that Taylor's repair service was just fine. My problem was/is with Ford itself it took almost 4 years for them to decide that my transmission really needed fixing after 2 road breakdowns and I think 8 (lost track) computer upgrades that did nothing for my transmission problem. Your courtesy car was a challenge for me, should have asked for a taxi, but indications were that the car was in Dieppe and would be there shortly well a long time went by then got picked up and took a trip around than landed back at Taylor Ford then off to my destination it took at least 1 1/2 hours + to do a trip that I could have walked in 15 min.
I would need a lot of time to write all my experiences. I will try to condense. I had a good experience with Shannon when I bought my new Lincoln. I really hadn't planned to buy another Ford but she talked me into it. After that my experiences with service were not stellar. They were so bad that I wrote a rather scathing review when asked by Ford Canada to do a review. On the question do you love Lincoln Taylor Ford I gave the lowest mark possible. But then a wonderful thing happened. They appeared to listen. My car was in the shop for some technical problems when I wrote the review. Following that I had an above the call of duty phone call from Roger (one of the advisors). Not only was my car fixed 100% but he took the time to phone me and go over the diagnosis which required considerable flexibility on their part. I really appreciated the call. I am not that hard to please. A smile and a thank you usually do the trick. Roger even went out to the parking lot to test my keyless entry code to make sure it worked as I had never used it before and I needed to in order to pick the car up after hours. Then a few days subsequent to Rogers call I received a call from Rick the service manager or something like that. Once again they couldn't have tried harder to please. I appreciated that as well and next time I go in to the dealership I will ask for a tour. So things are on the mend and I thank the staff at Taylor Ford Lincoln for listening to this crabby guy. Here's hoping things continue in this positive vein.

I am not from Moncton. I was simply was assisting my father in shopping for a new vehicle as he did not want to keep the one he an my mom (she passed unexpectedly) had purchased just 8 months ago. When he got the figures from his home dealership I thought they were high so I decided to shop around. Troy Doucet, on the basis of a phone call with no guarantee that my father would leave the local dealership provided a price $50 a month cheaper for a higher end vehicle - no dickering, no negotiating - just straight forward customer service. It was such a pleasure to speak with him. No pressure. Honest answers and speedy responses to questions with full information disclosed. Dad is still debating his purchase as he is loyal to local but I would recommend Troy to anyone looking to buy a car. If nothing else my Dad is aware he is being ripped off and perhaps fight back a little bit!

I have had many many problems with this car. It is a danger to drive. It speeds up when it is supposed to slow down and it slows down when it is supposed to speed up. If I had another option I would get rid of it in a heartbeat. Any time I bring it to Taylor Ford, I get top notch service. The last time I was there I called a few minutes ahead because there was a noise that was intermittent that started happening. They brought me right in, found the problem (new clutch for the 3rd time), and had it fixed within a week. Great service at the dealership.
Taylor Ford Sales treats me like family . ( sounds like BS but true) I have always gotten ALL my service needs at this Ford Store . Never have I left feeling that I was over charged . The service reps are super , always working to save me money .Again , too good to be true .... no ! This place is the real deal . Been a customer at Taylor Ford for over 30 years , wouldn't go anywhere else .

I had an issue with my Ford and was at a loss as to how I going to get it fixed and how the cost of the repair was going to be handled. Mike Lemieux helped me tremendously. I have to tell you that he went beyond my expectations. He was very, very patient, as I was quite upset at the situation. He was extremely helpful and went to great lengths to help me. The end result was, my car being fixed to my satisfaction. Every dealership needs a Mike Lemieux regardless of the situation. Again, thank you very much Mike.

I’ve been dealing with Taylor Ford for many years now and the service and staff have been predictably great. I’m not one to post reviews but sometimes when I see such negative comments, it just doesn’t sit right with me. I rotate from Summer to Winter tires and understand that everyone wants it done at the exact same time...just as the weather man threatens the first snow. I hardly think this is the right time to evaluate any dealership's service dept. Taylor Ford has done right by me everytime and I recommend them to everyone!

Bought 3 cars from Taylor Ford in the past two years, I had very good deals every time and very helpful advice from Steven Peacock . The service staff is as good as the sales people , they have great customer service and are very knowledgeable .
back in 2010 it was two weeks to get a service appointment for my explorer with the engine light on. yesterday(may 22 2020) it is much the same story with the soonest available appointment being june 4th 2020. Ten years later and no improvement in taylor ford's service dept. Update may 2021: service dept is still a disaster. So much to say but I will leave it

Not happy. Several times I have indicated that there was a hard shift from 1st to 2nd for my 2011 Ford F150, but they refuse to fix the issue. Sometimes it's so bad, it feels like someone hit me from behind. They tell me that Ford Canada told them, that it's a firm shift to prevent slippage. This is total "BS". Not happy

My father bought new vehicle months ago, he has had it in there about 4 times. They called him a liar last time he was there. He left there went to another Ford dealer and bought new truck. He will never deal with Moncton Taylor ford again. And has told many people .

Was sold a vehicle on some important "details". When the veh arrived, it was missing the options that convinced me to buy it. Salesman said "woops"... Then I kept going for servicing, and final invoices never match the quoted peice, and qyute often the job wasn't done right. Both my dad and grandfather have been buying and servicing vehicle there for years. Now we are not going back..

Our experience was great, due to a death in my husband's family we had to get a quick oil change done in order to make a trip to Ontario. This was accommodated and tires etc checked.
I give 3 stars for now, two for the sales, and one for the service people, parts made one mistake and workshop made two within a year. Since the guys in the workshop have not earned my trust back yet, we will see whether I should just buy my tracks from Taylor and have them serviced else where.
My wife and I recently bought a new Ford escape titanium. The overall experience was great! They were very accommodating and patient with us. We didn't feel pressured at any time and would recommend forward to our friends and family. They had competitive pricing which was comparable to other dealerships and at the end of the day it was the refined interior of the Ford that blew us away. In our opinion ford is at the cutting edge of advancements in standard luxuries that come in their vehicles which made our decision easy when we were ready to buy a new vehicle. Had my tires change two weeks ago. All of my brand new 20 inch wheels were scratch during the process. The gentleman at the service desk came out and took pictures of the damage. It was pretty clear the damage just occured since you could see the dust was removed where the wheels were scratch. Left the dealer that night very angry since the service manager didn't want to take the blame for it. He told me he needed to speak with the mechanic first and that he would call me back the next day... Next day, the service manager insisted that it was impossible that they were responsible for the damage. He even made me go have a look at the tools they used... Wow! And the guy didn't want to see the damage the day before and sent someone to take the pictures... After insisting, they ordered new wheels but i really felt they did everything to convince the damage was allready there. Good thing i notice the damage before leaving the lot.... Had to take a new appointment to have my wheels change. Appointment was at 8:15. Took the lady 20 minutes to fill the work order. At 9h30 they came to see me because they couldn't find the lock nut. (The one they used 2 weeks ago but nobody knows where it was put). My point is after 1:15 minutes of waiting, they were just starting the job and they knew i was waiting. I told the lady at service desk i didn't understand why it took them so long to start the job because my appointment was at 8:15. She was REALLY RUDE!!! The answer a got was that they were busy... I was than told that I would have the truck back at 10:40.... 2:25 to have 4 wheels balance... 2:25 hour that i wouldn't have lost if they job would have been done right the first time... Best one is that the manager came to explain why it took so long ... he said he ask the mechanics to take their time to make sure they don't scratch the wheels... he probably didn't know that I was well aware they didn't touch my truck until 9:30. To bad lying is what they think is doing a great customer service. The fee is 30$ more expensive to get you tires change here. Make yourself a gift and go somewhere else. On top of that, the mechanic was counting its time while he was not even looking at my truck... i would think twice before asking for a job that is not under warranty!!!
I bought my car there and had a wonderful experience. Mark Burrows was excellent at his job as there was no pressure to buy and every question I had about the vehicle was answered promptly and professionally. This place has a great staff and I would highly recommend buying a vehicle or servicing a vehicle here. 5 star rating in my mind!

I purchased my new 2016 F-150 through Taylor Ford and the experience was excellent. They gave me the best deal in the province and the whole process was quick and painless.
Do honest salesmen exist these days? While I have been looking to trade my F150, I called in for a question regarding co-pilot assist and Nav system. Got transferred to a salesman. I was looking at ordering the truck I wanted although I was discouraged at doing it as it wasn't something they really do. I was encouraged to drop in to visit what was in stock and while there is one truck that was of interest, it has more options than I was looking for and it was a demo. I mentioned the current high interests rates from Ford as usually there are specials at 0% interests around this time of year and there is always Ford Employee pricing in August. I was told Ford would not be doing 0% interest this year because of truck shortage and also told they had already been notified that there would be no employee pricing this year. (really? It's only been around every year for 15 years now). I entertained discussing my trade-in value and was mentioned an approximate of X value. I decided to drop in to have my truck evaluated and to test drive the demo they had in stock last Thursday. After the test drive and an evaluation on my truck, I was told nothing wrong with my truck (I knew that and already had quotes from other dealers). They would get back to me on Friday (April 30th), they would get back to me with a value for my truck. I received the call on Friday and now the story had changed. My truck was now worth "X - 8000 to 12000 if I ordered my truck and they could give me 3000 more if I was trading against something on the lot now. Let's add to the lie.. I was also told that he had just received news from the regional sales manager that morning that interest rates would be going up next month. I laughed at him and I said we're not even in the same ballpark (knowing that he was lying to me and I had decided I would never do business with him). Sure enough, Saturday morning (May 1st), interest rates went down 2%. Lies after lies after lies. If you're a salesman and you're going to lie to your clients, at least know your audience. you shouldn't lie to and informed clients that's been doing his research. People do your research, the tools are easily available online. Can't trust dealers anymore.

My third experience in the parts department with all three being far less than acceptable. The general feeling is that I was a complete bother to the person behind the counter. Was met with attitude and negativity upon asking about a specific part. Was then told that the part I wanted was not the part I wanted. The part online retails for between $13 and $21. While trying to support local I stopped in only to be met with an overall terrible experience. I will be buying a new truck next year and will shop as far away as I have to as to not have to buy from Taylor Ford. I never leave bad reviews as usually it is an isolated issue. I will not shop here ever again.
Great service, friendly and helpful staff. My car was being repaired and took a couple of hours, which flew by, as I was able to sit in the very comfy waiting room with tv, coffee & snacks and also took their shuttle, to the mall and back, to get some things done. All around great experience!

I want to update this review. First of all the staff At this dealership are great. Very friendly and courteous to deal with. The issue has been fixed with the AC and they followed up with me to ensure all is good. I would recommend dealing with them, they do take care of their customers. The F 150 is a pleasure to drive. Its very smooth, comfortable and drives like a dream. Love the truck! I was frustrated with the AC but mechanical things sometimes misbehave and thats no one”s fault. All good and thank you Taylor Ford. 2015 F150 with 88000KM's in three times for air conditioning and it still does not work. new compressor 1000.00 , and three labour bills - NO AC. Three times for windshield wash repair and it will not work below freezing temps.

Today I had an appointment for 1 to get my winter tires put on. I was told it would be done by 2. I went back to get it and then was told it just went in and it would be 45 more minutes. I needed to get back to work, and also had to drive my spouse to work for 2:30, so she was already late. I went back up to ask 45 minutes later, and I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I waited. 45 minutes passed and I looked to see my truck was still up on the hoist. It was nearly 4 by this point, and I went to look again and it was still on the hoist. Finally, just after 4:30 passed it was all finished.
Yes i had my focus in for recall service was very good. But the sad part is they did not have the part in stock to fix it they told me they will call me when the part come in but it been almost a month now and my part are not in and my car not fix yet. im sure it not there fault that ford have not send the part. So all i can say is that a company like ford should make sure that the Dealer have part in hand to keep there customer happy...
