They brought back our vehicle and detailed our car and gave it some extra TLC and paint protection to ensure we were happy. Thank you! We recently bought a 2022 Subaru Outback Limited XT and had a great purchase experience and love our vehicle. However, upon pick up of our car it had not been detailed (only a quick surface clean) and was extremely dirty from delivery both inside and out. The sales person apologized and was a bit embarrassed by the state of the car. I have reached out to the dealership to rectify the situation and completed 2 surveys from subaru Canada. Subaru Canada indicated I would be contacted by the dealership and that has not happened. This was over a month ago. Very disappointing post-sale customer service and follow up.

Bought a used forester couple weeks ago , it was MVI only but they went above my expectations and had the whole car buffed before I got it, Hunter was great to deal with so was Shawn and Mike!

Dealership is clean. People are friendly. Corey in service area was a great help and very polite and friendly. I would give him 5 stars. Only issues was the fact that manager would not help us find rental car nor lend us rental car while they repaired our Subaru that was still under warranty as our car broken down in Moncton but we are from Montreal. It took a week to repair so we had to go back to Montreal for work. When we picked car up it was still making a noise however it ran so we were not going to have them look at it there. In case they couldn’t repair right away. Taking it into Subaru Brossard to see why there still is a noise coming from engine.
Recently bought a used car here. The salesman I worked with was friendly, and we hammered out a price quite quickly. I would be fine with buying here again.

Roughly a year ago (last summer) I brought my Impreza in for its standard maintenance. I had been bringing my car in for their maintenance schedule since I bought it in 2016. Every 6 months on time. After dropping my car off I left the dealership to go back to work while they performed maintenance on my car and received a call about 20 minutes later. The service tech told me that I needed to have my alignment checked because my rear tires were worn on the inside. I told him I had just gotten back from a very long trip. I was planning on doing an alignment once I got my winters on and didn't find the car was driving weird or had any issues. The tires were due to be changed anyway and I was pretty much just driving them until winter as I had a decent winter set. He could've left it there, but decided it would be a great opportunity to use scare tactics in getting me to do the alignment. I heard everything from this guy. Everything from "if you don't do it then don't drive in the rain" to "Your tires might explode". I appreciate his concern for my safety but I was floored at how he was delivering this information. Really made me feel like I was going to maybe die (by the way I'm still alive, obviously). I thought for sure these tires were worn to the belts in this case! Later that day I got my car back, and the service person couldn't resist trying to scare me one last time by telling me to be careful out there because it was raining... And how he aligns his tires like 4 times a year... It was his last attempt at scaring me into getting an alignment and $900 worth of new all season tires. Well, it didn't work and I let it slide. Yes, the tires had worn, but not enough to warrant a full tire change. I was going to bring it up with his manager but decided to just leave it. I made it through the rest of the summer with those tires (5 weeks) and then I put my winters on and got my alignment done - someplace other than Subaru as I was still mad at how he tried to scare me into buying new tires. Fast forward to the next maintenance check (this week). I made an appointment for 11 am and was told the work would take about 1 hour (simple oil change and MAYBE a tire rotation). I was dealing with the same service person from the last visit. I almost asked to speak to someone else, but I decided to give him another shot. He looked at me and asked "are you going to wait here?" I said "yeah, I'm on my lunch break for the next hour or so, and if the work only takes about an hour even an hour an a half, I can stay". I waited for 2 hours in their lounge area. So, I decided to go to the desk to ask if my car was almost ready. I looked in the bay (where they inspect - not work on the cars) and my car was STILL parked in the exact same spot I had left it 2 hours ago. I thought, heck, they probably just parked it back there for 1 final inspection. Nope. They just didn't get to it yet. My appointment was at 11. I had to take an extra hour of personal time off from work to wait for my car, yet nothing had been done. When I asked why my car had not been serviced yet, another service person (not the one I dealt with originally - he was on his lunch) told me that my appointment at 11 was for a service person, not for the work. You can imagine why I got so upset. At 11 when I brought my car in I was asked if I was going to wait. Why ask me if I'm going to wait if you don't even know when my oil change will actually happen?! I told the service person that the other guy told me it would take an hour. He told me to take it up with him. At this point, I'm furious and need to get back to work. I asked for my keys immediately. He apologized and asked if I wanted to reschedule. No. I told him it wasn't his fault, but that I would no longer be going to them for any service ever again. I called a little later and I left a voicemail for the manager (he was on lunch and didn't take my call) and never called me back. Will not go back here for any maintenance.

From the time I emailed to inquire about a pre-loved Crosstrek to the day I picked up the new to me car I had a great experience, which was a first for me, the old days of smarmy car sales people, is non existent with these guys, THANKFULLY! The service was no pressure, relaxed and fun. The sales team were happy, helpful and transparent the entire time. I wouldn't think twice about going there to purchase my next car. Subaru of Moncton had me back on the road after a bad situation with my previous vehicle rendered undrivable. They gave me great options with used and new models and after a short time they got me back on the road with a rental for me to head to work till the paper work was all done. Amazing service and knowledgeable staff answered all my questions and driving away with my new 2019 Crosstrek with all the options i was looking for. Affordable maintenance, amazing vehicle with the amazing AWD Subaru system truly a great start for 2019. My confidence is is motion !!!

Went twice today with the intent to purchase a used vehicle that was on their lot and advertised online. Each time we unloaded the kids and looked at the inventory. Each time we waited 30 minutes without being served by a sales representative. We were the only customers on the lot both times.

Great service
I had an accident right before Christmas, totaling my vehicle and was on the hunt for a new one. I had a very discouraging experience at another dealership prior to dealing with Scott and Jessica from Subaru of Moncton. They turned that around completely and truly went above and beyond to help me despite issues with insurance, offices being closed for the holidays, and other obstacles. I am so grateful for their wonderful service, their support throughout the process and for getting me into the vehicle that I wanted.

This a great dealership in many aspects. Their sales team is always happy to help you. We own two Subarus. Our latest one we bought here with the Sales manager. They were extremely helpful and understanding. The Parts manager and the Service manager are great people. Although very busy, they always have time to talk and answer any questions. The new General manager has a great vision for the dealership and is involved in community events. This team really understands what it is to be part of the Subaru brand.

We shopped around for a long time personally before we began talking to our local dealers about our options. We were unimpressed and let down by every experience until we visited Subaru of Moncton. The dealership is exceptionally clean, inviting, and well laid out. We were able to sit down one on one with our salesmen who took the time to get to know us personally over a free cup of coffee before we started talking numbers. Once we had our dream vehicle in our sights, he worked with us to insure everything was to our satisfaction and still within our budge. No pressure, no smoke and mirrors, just genuine customer service. This was hands down our best buying experience and we will certainly be back to deal with Subaru again in the future.
The sale man was a little to grading
They admitted they didn't do the things on my invoice. They complained about what they pay their mechanics to me when I brought it up. They were little things, yes, but why say you will do them then not.....and charge me.

I don't know are any dealerships any good at service? They are always swamped, but I am typically pissy by the time I get to talk to someone; because you never get acknowledged of your existence until they are ready to talk to you. Maybe I am just picky, but three times and three different people, same response. Maybe that is a management issue. I just need a, "I will be right with you." Also, I have brought my car there three times for service and I am not sure why they ask me for my phone number. They have never called me to tell me that my car is ready. Luckily I don't use my car while I work, and I just show up at the end of the day hoping it is done. But the work they have done has been good. Maybe they should change the department name from "Service" to "Work." It might set the expectation better.

I was originally going to Subaru for service work because I believed that they were the experts and understood their vehicles best. What I have found over the years is that their knowledge is either lacking or their level of care is far below what I expected as a customer. Even after meeting with the general manager and them trying to make things better by performing a major service at a discounted rate, my vehicle started having mechanical issues. I brought the car back 3 times and the mechanics were unable to find the problem. I then decided to take my car to a backyard mechanic who only works on Volkswagen and he was able to find the problem in less than 10 minutes based on the same information I had shared with Subaru. They have lost all business with me going forward. For a dealership to charge over $100 per hour for service, the value simply isn't there. Great cars, but don't trust them to do maintenance.
Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They were able to determine and fix the problem with my vehicle and have it returned to me within a timeline that I personally believe was above satisfactory

I’ve been dealing with Mike from used sales for about a month now, I went in early June to look at a 2017 WRX & he walked me through the entire process, got me approved for a hell of a good deal. Then I had to withdraw from the sale because of an unexpected expense, went back last week, already approved and signing the papers this week. Awesome guy. Fast, friendly & honest service.
The Car that we were really interested in was really dirty when we went for a test drive. A lot of talk about covid protocols, but I had to request for my keys to be sanitized after they went for a test drive to appraise my car . They didn't clean/sanitize my vehicle either afterwards. (We did). Not impressed with salesperson or their pricing.
Fast service. Keys were disinfected prior to hand off. Lexan guardind at service desk was adequate. No one I saw was wearing a mask though.
Horrible service departement. I had a 2014 Forester that had been burning excessive amounts of oil and a known issue for this model and year. In November 2018, i checked my oil dipstick and it was completely dry. Drove over to the dealership to be told this was normal???!!!. Then told next time i needed at top up i would need to pay. Vehicle was still on powertrain warranty until April 2019. Dealership refused to fix the problem eventhough this had been a problem for at least 2 years. Avoid this dealership at all cost! So glad i got rid of my Forester!

I have a 2015 Subaru Forester, love the vehicle, so easy to get in and out of and can see everything so clearly. We get good gas mileage . The Sales staff are always friendly and helpful. The Parts and Service are friendly and will explain just what they did to the car when you have it in for service. When you have an appointment there is usually no waiting, can get right in. Also coffee while you are waiting. The showroom and waiting area are so clean, a pleasure to visit. .I would definitely buy another Subaru.

Just bought our first Subaru, a Forester, and was a great experience. We didn't feel pressured at all during the process and everything was professionally proposed. Our sales representative was super friendly and understanding of our needs and was very patient with us including some difficult scheduling conflicts on our part when processing the paperwork. They were very accommodating and exceeded my expectations including the product. If you want a pleasant purchasing experience, I recommend to go see Hunter! We have had a great experience purchasing our new Subaru here. Service has been prompt and friendly so far. Parts department have been great as well as we have purchased a few accessories from the dealership and everything we were looking for was always in stock.
Service desk is very professional in their approach to customer.Reception very helpful in directing customers to the right person or location.Salesman if not busy will stop and carry on a conversation which helps pass the time while you are waiting for your vehicle.
Bought a Subaru Impreza Touring 2017 in August 2017, and I can honestly say that it was a waste of money. It keeps breaking down. It's the same problem everytime and after I'm told it's been fixed it breaks down again. I've been to de dealership 4 times in Moncton and twice in Montreal since mid April. The problem is still not fixed. I'm not satisfied with the service and the car is not reliable. Apart saying that they are going to fix the problem ( with satisfactory results ) they're leaving me with a car that I can not trust. I doe not recommend buying this car!
Love my Subaru (like the radio commercial says), but overall not a great experience with this particular dealership. I have had a few too many bad experiences where I have left the dealership very angry. The time when nobody called to tell me my vehicle was ready. I had to call last minute to arrange the shuttle to pick me up from work and when I got to the dealership all the lights were off in the Service area and everyone was gone home. A salesmen had to turn on the lights, find my keys, invoice me & allow me to pay. Or the time they told me my 1 pm appointment would take 30 minutes. After 45 minutes of waiting I asked if it was almost ready and turns out it wasn't even started yet. I understand appointments can run late but why wasn't I told while I sat in the waiting area? Instead, the lady working at the service desk was incredibly rude saying "she was too busy" to let me know. I had to take the shuttle and was late getting back to work. These are just a few examples of my poor customer experience. I will give them 1 star for the very nice technician (forget his name) who drove me in the shuttle to work another time (and picked me up), when the normal shuttle driver wasn't there. If you are looking for a Subaru, I do not recommend this dealership.

We bought our first Subaru in 2015. The sales lady and other staff were very helpful to us. I had problems with the service staff at first but since the dealership has changed ownership, the service seems to be better. They are very busy but always courteous, even though they are short of staff.
I recently bought a pre-owned car from Scott at Subaru of Moncton. I had a wonderful car buying experience! From the moment I sat down I was treated with respect and didn't feel pressured to buy right away. Scott provided me with all of the necessary info and details I needed to make an educated purchase. After working with Scott I worked with Derek in finance and had another great experience. Everything was well explained and there was again no pressure to buy any of the extras. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Scott and Subaru of Moncton.

I bought a Subaru Forester because Consumer Reports told me it was the best vehicle on the road and I've had nothing but issues since I got it. To start, I had to go buy it in NS, because the sales person I got in Moncton talked down to me, "mansplaining" some pretty basic facts and tried to convince me to downgrade to a smaller vehicle. I've had mediocre service in the best of times and on a more serious note, when the oil consumption light started coming on (on a 3-4 yr old vehicle), they said after 3 times, it would get flagged to Subaru Canada...well, they must be penalized when that happens, because after the 2nd time, it miraculously didn't come on again...until I discovered after an oil change, they were overfilling the tank to hide the issue! My car stalled at a red light, brought it in, they said nothing wrong with it after charging me $60 to "look" at it and when it stalled AGAIN a week later, I asked if they'd look at it again, which they would for another $60. I decided to take my business elsewhere after the service rep said they basically couldn't do anything for me (and I felt like my car was going to stall at any moment). Two weeks ago, I had to get it towed because the ignition was locked, had to replace and get new keys (that won't unlock my doors, only start the car) - it took most of that time for the part to come in and I had to tow it AGAIN to get the keys programmed, which is going to take 3 DAYS, making it almost 3 weeks without a vehicle. THEY ARE THE WORST. I'm still making payments on a piece of garbage and getting substandard service. Never getting a Subaru again.
Great mechanics. However costumer services sucks to the extreme. Called them 4 times for parts for my brakes over the last 6 weeks. They never pick up the phone even though they are open. Left 2 voice messages but they Never call back. Went there on a saturday and waited from 9:15 to 10:45 when they were supposed to be opened at 9:00, but nobody ever came to open the dealership.
No cars in showroom and social distancing is in effect.

did you hear the latest ,,,man survives crash in southern california over a hundred plus foot cliff and lands his subaru forrester sideways in to the ocean and he survives,,,they believe his subaru,s constuction and design has something to do with his survival,,pretty amazing .
The worst service ever!! I give this dealership no stars. I've been waiting have my car serviced and I have been waiting months for repairs. All I have received so far are excuses. Not recommended whatsoever and I will be going to Saint John or Freddy for service for now on.
These guys are so unprofessional. My friend came to a deal with them and was waiting for his car to get delivered and he got a phone call saying his payments were going to be another $60.00 a month. When he called back he came to find out they were trying to sell the car to someone else and were trying to get more money out of It when it was already sold. When he finally got to speak to the manger his response was “ it’s my car I can do whatever I want with it. I’ve been in sales for years and never met a bigger bunch of crooks than these guys. BEWARE BUYING A CAR FROM THESE GUYS!!! If you guys do the right thing I’ll remove my post but if not I’ll let everyone see how terrible you guys really are. Your choice and expect more nice reviews from a lot more people because it’s coming :)
Was hacked and showed a low score but when had one of my vehicles in for service was super to deal with.
Our delivery vehicle needed a repair done quick and Darin M made it happen. I explained what I thought was wrong and he set up an appointment for the next morning ( option to drop off car same day was given but didn't work for our shop) car was there for a total of 3 hours. Back rotars and brakes replaced + oil changed ! We were back to delivering flowers by noon! Great service from start to finish. Great staff here in every department :) Thanks again guys!!!
Just bought my new WRX at Subaru of Moncton big thanks to Mike Holmes and the whole team that helped out my car wasnt ready when I showed up but no worries they let me take out the newest year make and model of my car while mine had 4 new tires installed. I reccomend 100 percent to go to Subaru of Moncton and ask for Mike !!

Booked vehicle in for a C service. Multiple things that I paid to have done, battery service, air filters lubricate door latches etc we’re not actually done by the mechanic however I was still charged for it. When brought to their attention, complete radio silence. 2 stars only because the front desk people are good. Will not be returning.
I've been coming here for service ever since I took ownership of my '13 WRX in May of last year. Having recently had to bring the car in for warranty related work, I cannot recommend Subaru of Moncton enough for all their help and most of all patience. Corey and Kyle got me checked in and with a loaner vehicle very very quickly, Charlie performed truly amazing work, and the car has never worked as good as it does now! It's like a well oiled sewing machine now. If you're looking to getting your Subaru dealership maintained, look no further!!

Honestly customer service leaves a little bit to be desired, contacted them 4 times to find out about a car that we wanted with no success, we were looking to eventually buy a new suburu suv once we are done with our honda crv but they have lost me as a customer forever.

Bought a car and was promised winter tires, after they found me a better finance option the said I couldn't get winter tires anymore, that's not how financing works, they still made the same profit but i didn't get tires. not very happy can not recommend. I feel ripped off.
