Just purchased a 2020 F150 from Riverview and the process was as easy as ever. Our salesperson, Khalil Stephen, looked after us in the most honest and professional way. This is now the 4th vehicle Khalil has sold us, and he is the reason we keep coming back (travelling from Halifax) to make our vehicle purchases at Riverview. Jamie Sypher in the finance department is equally professional and a great guy to deal with. I have nothing but fantastic comments to say about this dealership...I won't buy anywhere else! Purchased 2019 F-150 I've never had an easier vehicle purchase or a better sales experience. Our sales rep, Alistair was able to outline the different trims and options in a way that related to how I was going to be using the truck, not just trying to move a more expensive vehicle. While I ended up getting a slightly different package than I thought I was interested in before going in, it was only because he knew the product line inside and out and was able to ask questions I never thought to consider. I couldn't imagine having a different truck now and I really appreciate the time and effort he took to find out not just what I wanted, but what I was going to need and take them both into consideration. They have such a wide selection of trucks on the lot that I was able to see all the options first hand and really get exactly the truck of my dreams. The process was never pushy, the deal was outstanding and they took care of ALL the red tape once I had made my decision. Truly seamless and hassle free. From top to bottom you can tell they have a different approach than the stereotypical dealership experience including Jamie who helped on the financing side. They took care of both the large and small details just as seamlessly. Making sure the truck was detailed when I came to pick it up, including going above and beyond to help me recover some stuff I had left in my trade vehicle after it had been sold to a wholesaler. This stuff matters. I think the greatest thing I can say is that not only would I purchase from Riverview Ford again, but I would also not hesitate to refer family members to them.

Awesome experience looking for a new vehicle! I had a very stress free experience with Riverview when I was recently looking for an up grade to my Ford Escape. Courtney's customer service was excellent which made it very easy to look, test drive and purchase.
Service is very good here, truck always comes back quickly with a good overview of the maintenance performed. If I could say one thing, I think an actual express pickup or a dedicated person for heavy work could be useful. At busy times the room gets full fast and from what I can tell usually there are a few of us doing quick drop offs/pickups. I'm sure I'm not the first to suggest.

Buying the truck was easy thanks to the sales staff I worked with but then it all fell apart from there. Finance pushed their disability insurance and extended warranties relentlessly even after being told I wasn’t interested. Getting the truck serviced here is next to impossible because I live outside of Fredericton and there are few places for us to wait for the vehicle unless you want to hang out in the parking lot. Warranty work is a joke here and you may need another vehicle while waiting for yours to be fixed.. I waited 12 weeks+ For warranty work/parts and they still were not available. In reality, all they had to do was give me my money back for the parts or order the parts elsewhere, considering their parts department couldn’t get it right and ordered the wrong part 3 times! When it finally did arrive it was too late, I had already traded the truck. The parts manager said “whatever then”... this is just some of the “great” service you can look forward to getting at this so called dealership! This is my 9th new ford vehicle in 19 years and it’s sad to say this dealership has ruined my loyalty to Ford. I have traded the truck on a new Steele GMC Denali and they are more than happy to help us from out of town. Ford makes great trucks but make sure you pick a dealer that will back them up! This dealership, in my opinion, did not. I voiced my opinion to the Controller but that went no where. It’s been well over a week and no call, email or anything. Ford has lost a return customer and that’s sad that they did over a 180$ part and poor service.
I've been a Riverview customer since 1997. I truly believe that having the dealer service and repair your vehicle is cheaper in the long run. Great customer service at Riverview from Sales to Service. Always #1 in my opinion.
There was a hiccup. The technician put on the old tires, while I had asked for new tires (with detail on the tires etc.). This confused me. Did I really need new tires? I double checked, and the problem was quickly rectified fortunately. I did need new winter tires.

As always, great service at this dealership. We have two Fords and never have a problem with their staff and service department. They offer a shuttle service using local taxis so there is never a long wait, or hang out in the waiting area and enjoy the free wifi and great coffee. Highly recommend this dealership ????????

I do not drive a Ford but have taken my vehicle to Riverview as they always seem to be able to "fit me in" when my regular dealership cannot. I also like the fact that when I'm asked "What time do you need your car back?" I can rely on it being ready for pick-up at that time... this seems to be an uncommon attribute these days. I would highly recommend the service team at Riverview. They are welcoming, professional, always smiling, and address my concerns and seek to find a resolution. I will consider buying a Ford as my next vehicle, largely due to the level of service I have received there.
Usually I get good service at Riverview but my last two visits well not so, first my car was over a half hour late going in my most recent visit the mechanic failed to reset my oil life monitor on my Escape (its currently 41%) and its only been a couple of weeks since my oil change, and he failed to put the sticker on my windshield for my next servicing. Luckily Im a switched on guy who keeps track of my servicing and I know when my next servicing is due, but for those who dont keep track best of luck to you. I am now wondering if he did in fact change my oil, Ill be checking I have a Ford maintenance plan.
I booked an appointment a week and a half away, dropped my car off and it took 7.5 hours and me calling twice because I wanted to get my car back that day for them to tell me that something is wrong with the transmission but the person who knows about transmissions isn’t free for another week, can they keep my car another week, and I owe them $120 for an hour of work. I guess the “work” was running the car through a diagnostic machine and determining nothing? No respect for my limited time and money, will not be returning.
I was able to get my vehicle in for service with little notice to have my Sync system updated - there were issues reinstalling the Navigation, so Riverview contacted Ford and after a few days they were able to reinstall the Navigation without any extra charge. Very friendly service department.
Just completed my 2019 Lincoln Nautilus service at Rivereview including installing of summer tyres and safety inspection. A very professional job by experienced technicians. The service department is very efficient and my vehicle was ready at the prescribed time. The use of a "loaner" vehicle during the service period was greatly appreciated.

We knew what we wanted in a truck and Brandon at Riverview found the exact vehicle for us, got it to Riverview, and helped us as much as possible with getting the right accessories on the truck and getting us the price we wanted. All the service staff are lovely! However, I did have a concern at my last visit. My car is still under extended warranty and I had it in to the shop a few weeks ago. At that time I explicitly asked to have my brake pads replaced, as I had been told they were low at my last service check. When I went to pick up my car they said the brake pads were fine and didn’t need to be replaced. A week and a half later I took my car in again for inspection and was told I needed to have all the brake pads replaced for it to pass inspection... makes me question how well my car is actually being serviced while under warranty.
In Six vehicles that were purchased here this one was the least enjoyable. There were severe communication issues and stood around even though I had a appointment. I know site was busy so I guess they don't need my couple of dollars, would have bought vehicle if it was available at another dealer. Still waiting for finance to get back to me after I sent email and voicemail last week.
This was the first time in many years that the sales person i dealt with actually new the product, was very professional, and went that extra mile to gain our business. Another very notable observation was the staff in the sales area also went that extra mile to make us feel welcome in the dealership.

Had some work done on my Escape the end of Aug. and I thought they were very good. A couple weeks ago the same problem was happening again. I called to to set up an appointment with service as the same thing was happening again and was told it would be a couple weeks till they could book me in, due to Tire Season. I understand they were busy, but my vehicle really needed to be seen and I feel they should leave some appointments open for emergencies. Also keeping in mind they did the work on my vehicle in Aug and the problem was back, the end of Oct. Also the lady who was going to book my appointment was so very rude to me and being in the customer service industry, I would never talk to a customer the way she spoke to me.
The worse service, and not helpful at the service desk, tried blaming me for a mistake they made, then wouldn’t admit to the error that happened in their shop. Pretty must just told me I was lying and they could book me in again in two weeks to fix it. I went to Woods Motors and they fixed Riverview screw up. Never will I be going back to Riverview. Woods Motors has a new customer.

Our experience with Riverview Ford b exceeded experiences with every other brand we have dealt with, including Dodge, GMC and Honda. We have over 22 years of driving experience and approximately 8 different vehicles; four of which were brand new through the dealerships. This experience was the most comfortable and smoothest. The purchasing process was very smooth and informative end-to-end, starting with showing us the vehicle they had in stock that met all the shopping criteria we had on our wish list, allowing us to explore the vehicle and it's features without feeling rushed or pressured at any point in time. On 20 April 2020 I took my Ford EcoSport to Riverview Ford in Fredericton NB to have the winter tires replaced with summer tires stored there. Normally I get them to provide a cab ride to campus but with campus (and everything else) closed I had nowhere to go so stayed in their waiting room reading the book I had brought. The TV was on but fortunately the sound was off as it was showing some vacuous program on American TV. Physical spacing was achieved thoughtfully by turning around the one sofa to face the window and removing chairs so there were only four, all at least 6 feet apart. Their procedures for spacing were excellent. I was alone in there for 2 and a half hours. My only complaint was that their coffee machine was closed off; had I known I would have brought my own. Otherwise I was very satisfied with the experience, as is usually the case at Riverview.
