The service I received is some of the best customer service I have received hands down. Each was very informative’. Answered all of our questions. Zach was amazing patient, he had my car fax ready so I could make informed decisions. This was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever. They took care of everything. I test drove at 4 pm. In less than 24 hours i drove away my new Car. Thanks to my man Zach’ and the Branch Manager Chris assistant manager Joe. These guys are friendly funny, and low pressure. This is not a typical used car dealership at all. I bought a new to me car last Thursday and it was not at all the type of experience that I expected to have at a used car dealership. Everything that Trudi and Joe did exceeded my expectations by a landslide. Trudi had keys in my hand as quick as I could say, I would like to test drive ____. Bruce, at ReCar Saint John, valued my 2018 Crosstrek at $3,500 more than Aberdeen Subaru. Dan was fantastic at explaining my financial options and Zach was upbeat and helpful in finding the car to fit our needs. Love this way of buying a car. Everything about the vehicle is shown up front, repair history, and car fax. April was a pleasure to deal with and no high pressure sales tactics.
