My best friend purchased an RV from here. We made them very aware that this was her first trailer. They attached it they never thought to mention that the truck did not have the attachment for the trailer breaks and sent them on their merry way. We would not have known that we needed this attachment had the neighbor not mentioned he was surprised the truck already had it installed. This is not acceptable in my eyes as they put the lives of my loved ones at risk. The whole process was rushed and nothing seemed to be done properly. No one showed them how to set it up, the sewage was not emptied, the water overflowed the first time it was filled up, the jacks were broken, and the list goes on. A trailer in this condition should never have been allowed to leave the lot.
