Their customer service is awful. I bought a new boat at Patterson’s and it was one customer service nightmare after another. I had to go directly to the manufacturer of the boat to get them to ship parts I needed to Paterson’s. I’m still waiitng for a seat bracket that was ordered last year. This place is poorly managed.

We purchased a park model trailer in march 2021, the experience has been a minus if i could put one. Let's start with the initial purchase. I was told by the saleperson Danny a price and we agreed on it. I never discussed financing options or cash options as I was NOT financing with them at Peak Accelerations. Once I told him that i was not financing with them he came back and increased the price by $1000. At this point we were not happy but became understanding to the situation . We paid the trailer in full and requested delivery in the middle of May. Well,,,,,,, that was also an issue as we had to beg them to deliver it to us and complete the PDI. They had about 6 weeks to get things done!!!! The PDI we were told was done but i would say half-a$$. When the driver delivered when he did come to deliver the unit to our site he backed it in to the mud on the side of our site and unpinned then drove off. Our trailer almost tipped over as it was on unstable ground and we had no way of fixing it, thank god for the owner of the park, who came to our rescue. We had agreed on a delivery and install of which we got a terrible delivery and no install. Once i was able to make my way to the trailer to have a look at it, oh boy!!!!! There are so many issues it was very disheartening as we had just spent a very large sum of $$$ and no one cared. We now have no AC as it seams that on the so called PDI the unit was never recharged. I have reached out at least 10 times to have someone assess the trailer, i have been told many lies promises that never happen, This company is very dishonest and do not honor any promises or obligations. I am at a loss as it has been almost 5 months since this purchase and i wish i could just return it and cut my loss. If anyone can help me as to how to get something done with this i would appreciate it very much.

Once they have your money, don't expect anything else from them with regards to service. Our brand new 2019 trailer didn't come with keys, a license plate, a functioning water heater, or a door handle. We can't reach anyone, and when we do, we get bounced around from person to person with no answers. I don't know how they're still in business. Will never purchase anything from them ever again.

Despite all the "once they have your money, forget service" type comments, there is always a flip side. I know from painful personal experience that it takes a month or two to get an appointment to even drop off your trailer with no guesstimate as to when it might be ready. Been there, done that 4 years running back home in BC. BUT, I called on Friday with a problem. They offered the following Monday, as I had requested, albeit a couple of hours later than I'd wanted. None the less, they had our rig in on time and out in an hour, all fixed up with very helpful instructions on some follow up steps we needed to do. So, they sound typical for regular maintenance but when I needed a quick fix, they delivered.
