I had lots of issue with my previous vehicle and i wanted to trade in. Not only they beat BMW's offer they gave me the best deal among 5 competitors all thanks to Yvan Laviolette. Once the purchase was done, he brought the car to me all the way from Moncton to Fredericton and took the trade in back with him. I felt very cared for and respected. Along with his manager Greg they made sure me and my wife are happy with the new vehicle and i could happily say this dealership is outstanding. I will go back to them for our next family vehicle. I can’t say enough about how great Daniel was during my process of taking delivery of my vehicle. Daniel kept me updated on every step of where my vehicle was in production and delivery. It wasn’t unusual to receive a text from Daniel many times on how my car was progressing and if I had any questions. Jason was also fantastic with financing answering all questions and concerns. Very expensive! 140 cad an hour? no thanks! There are cheaper options in Moncton to get a diagnostics for your Mercedes. Try the Downforce guys, they do it cheaper and faster. Also I received calls from Tristar to exchange my vehicle. They offered a bit more than half of what it's worth. Not satisfied with the service, they didn't wanna let me have a look at the car while it would have been fixed. +wanted to change the rack and pinion which was totally fine. Make sure you check with other guys before paying a 4 digit pricetag with Tristar
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Went in to to inquire about the 2020 Mercedes CLA about 3pm in the afternoon. No sales people were to be seen. After waiting around quite a bit, checking out cars in the showroom I noticed a salesman in his office who made eye contact with me but never came over and offered assistance. Stayed there for about half an hour only because I found the new GLB fascinating. When i finally decided to leave another salesman entered and just smiled and went in. They seemed to do their own thing instead of helping out potential customers. Maybe because I wasn't that well dressed (casual shirt and pants) and maybe they didn't notice my '19 E Class. That's the way it felt. Well they lost on a 35,000 down payment as I would have seriously considered getting the CLA. Guess I have to go back to Oregan's Mercedes in Halifax where i'm treated way better

I brought in a 2009 ML350 to get serviced yesterday morning and knew how expensive it would be. I bought an aftermarket fob online to get programmed and read that it would be a match. I was told the programming couldn't be done but they still charged me the whole $140 for something they didn't do!!!!! I was expecting maybe a few bucks charged but not the whole amount!!!! I felt ripped off by that. A warning to all, looks like you need to pay about around $700 to buy and program a lousy fob through the dealership. Despite this happening, I have to admit that the service was excellent otherwise. If they didn't charge me the full amount for something they didn't do I would have given 5 stars.

It’s no secret popular belief tells us that when purchasing a vehicle, be on high alert as to not be taken advantage of by a slick car salesman. As a second time buyer from Moncton Tristar I can attest to have recently received the ultimate best customer service on behalf of Daniel in the sales department. I would like to take the opportunity to highly recommend Andre Drisdelle, Sales & Leasing Specialist, at Mercedes-Benz. I purchased a used vehicle from Andre at the Dieppe, NB location in June after seeing the vehicle posted on their website. It was the specific year, model and trim that I wanted, but there was just one difficulty – I live in Ontario. I trusted Andre to give me an overview of the vehicle, all by email, text message and phone as I could not view it in person. Andre did not let me down. I flew from Toronto to Moncton, NB, where Andre kindly met me in the vehicle at the airport. The vehicle was exactly as Andre told me it would be. After a confirmatory test drive and a short visit to the dealership to sign the paperwork, I was on my way – driving back to Toronto from Dieppe. By far the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. When a fun trip to Moncton turned into a nightmare full of car troubles, I was instantly put in a horrible mood. Miraculously, the team managed to cheer me up quickly. I, personally know very little about cars so when the manager explained the issues to my very upset parents over the phone, I was more than grateful. Not only did he save me from incurring their verbal wrath but he simultaneously put my mind at ease and reassured me that the potholes were the real culprits. If it were up to me, I’d rename the place FiveStar Mercedes without thinking twice.

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from your dealership on April 26th. The vehicle in question was a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe XL. Let me start by saying the sales experience was great and the car was as described. I did not dicker or try to negotiate the price at all. They only thing I asked our salesman to have done prior to pick up was wash the vehicle and fix a rattle from a rear sun visor shade on the driver’s side back door. It rattled at highways speeds. Upon pick up the car was washed and he said the shop had put two way tape to correct the rattle of the rear sun visor. The following week the salesman sent a message asking how everything was going and I mentioned the rear visor still had the rattle issue. He offered to have this fixed if we would like to drop the vehicle off. We scheduled an appointment for the following week and dropped the car off on the 12th of May. My wife dropped it off on her way to work and picked it up at 4:45pm on her way back home. Upon her arrival I went out to see if the visor was still loose only to find a very disappointing service job done to the vehicle. I immediately sent a message to the salesman along with pictures. I have attached the pictures for your review. The three issues (two of which you can see in the pictures and one I would have to show in in person) are. The technician heated the visor up I am assuming in an attempt to soften the adhesive tape but it ended up warping the visor itself which is what made me look closer. Upon closer inspection you can clearly see he also cracked the visor. Now I am not saying things do not happen when a technician works on a vehicle but I would have expected the employee to advise the service manager of the issue and said service manager should have called me explaining the issue. I am sure we could have come to a speedy resolution. The third issue is the visor was also reinstalled incorrectly way to far forward. Now anytime you open the front driver’s front door it hooks on the rear visor and rubs. I had asked the salesman to have someone call me, he informed me Mr. Syed would be in contact to have everything corrected. That was May 13th. I again spoke to the salesman on the 14th and he said he would make another request to have someone call me. On the 17th again I sent a message to the salesman asking if he had heard anything back on the issues. He informed me he had exhausted all his efforts to have this issue resolved but was at a loss as to how to proceed. I am just writing to express my disappointment in regards to this situation. To turn a customer that was giving rave reviews to friends and family for the service your salesman had given my wife only to have it all turn sour over a rear window vent with a cost of what I am assuming is less than one hundred dollars including labor is unimaginable to me. The lack of follow up by Mr. Syed speaks volumes. I wish him the best in his future endeavors but I can guarantee Mr. Syed will not be selling me a vehicle in the future. You know what they say it takes a lot to wow a customer which the salesman had done for my wife. It is unfortunate that the lack of after sales service by Mr. Syed made the salesman’s effort pointless. I would like to add if you can’t trust a technician to correctly install a window visor I can just imagine the things they do that are hidden from plain site. I did finally receive a follow up email on May 25th but after two weeks since my comlpaint I had already ordered the visors myself and have since had the replacement installed by a reputable service department. Thank you for the lack of after sales service, it will not go unforgotten.
