Had our sea doo for 3 weeks . Over $3000 in engine repairs. It leaked water into engine compartment after repairs. Then when you drive it now the engine light still comes on. Very poor service, sloppy workmanship, many excuses for not meeting the completion dates that they continuously revised.

I am from out of province and had just purchased a used ski-doo from nearby. Walked into the store on a whim, excited to purchase some accessories for my new-to-me sled. Gave them a large list and to my surprise they had all except one of my items in stock, and even made recommendations to help me out with my new sled purchase (that I had bought elsewhere!). He gave me a decent discount as a thank-you for placing such a large order, and then helped carry it all out to my vehicle. Great service, and great inventory assortment ON HAND. I only wish my local dealers were half as awesome as these guys. Thank you! 5 stars all the way.

I was really not impress with their customer service. I was purchasing a used ATV through them. They told me they would take care of everything and I would receive a copy of the registration papers by email the same day around 3:00pm and by mail a few days later. After a few days, I called to follow-up and they told me they had sent them but put a wrong letter in my email address and would re-send right away.. After an hour of checking my phone for the email I called back. Another worker then told me that they never kept a copy of the registration and that I will have to wait for the copy by mail as they would not be sending by email. They couldn't even confirm when it was sent out. The guy was really rude and defensive and told me to go get a copy of the registration at Service NB for 20$ if I wanted it now. Stay away!
