Just bought a new Mazda vehicle. Very positive experience both with Salesman Patrick Quigg and the Finance Manager Amanda Crandlemere. Very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant folks. I have bought several New Mazda’s over the years and keep coming back to King Mazda. They’re an exceptionally good dealership both for sales and service.
Terrible customer service Sales guy lied about the length of the term, making my monthly payment higher. I found this out while signing paper work. The sales guy tried to remove the mats from my car between test drive and pick up day. The sales guy promised a free oil change. Once I called and tried to set one up, I was denied. Vehicles are good but price of service is high. Still, staff are genuinely pretty friendly.
Pat was introduced to me by a mutual friend and I was immediately happy to have been introduced. I’ve been all over to every dealership in Saint John and nothing compared to my experience at Mazda with Pat and Amanda. The vehicle in its own is a great piece of machinery and with my taste this late in the year it was no small task for Pat to track down what I wanted. The team and Mazda went above and beyond to find the car of my choice and get the keys in my hand. I can’t be anymore appreciative and I look forward to my next vehicle from King Mazda!
I owned a 1998 Mazda B-3000 truck and used to take it to King Mazda for service. The service was always great, Ray Hamm was always at the desk, friendly and helpful. Fast forward to present, we were in the market for a new to us car to replace our 06 Jetta, after much review, we decided on a mazda and found a GREAT looking Mazda 6 GT Tech. It was used but in amazing condition and well kept. Pierre McGraw helped us out on a test drive and even let us try it over night after discussing with Mark Parks (New Car Manager). Their trust in us as a customer was a big reason for making the purchase. On the way back to make the purchase the next day, the check engine light came on. We discussed it with Pierre, Mike Thornley and Mark (who said they would fix any issues and give us a service credit to help ease our mind). They provided a loaner car for the day while ours was diagnosed and covered the parts and labour on the evap systems solenoid replacement! Great service and awesome folks! Pierre even got me a great deal on a set of weather-tech floor mats from the original owner (all but one was new).

King mazda made my first vehicle purchase stress free. Jason Sharkey was my salesman and he went above and beyond to answer any of my questions and to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my vehicle purchase. I shopped around in the SJ area and ended up coming back to Mazda because of how genuine Jason was compared to other dealerships. I felt important as a customer and not just a sale. I am so happy that I now have a reliable vehicle for my daughter and I to travel in. I would definitely recommend King Mazda, ask for Jason, you won't be disappointed.

We have purchased a CX-9, a CX-5 and now own the new CX-30. All from King Mazda. All great cars with no complaints. Absolutely love the CX-30. Have always had great service from these guys.

Of course they sell new Mazda! However there's a large amount of used/certified cars in the auto village. Friendly, helpful and nice staff members. If you are waiting there is a comfy lounge to stay in. And if you come at the right time, there might even be complementary burgers! ????????????
After having service done at a Halifax location we noticed some oil leaking while traveling over the holidays. Popped into King Mazda while in SJ and they got the car up on the hoist right away to have a look. Turns out the cap was very loose. Tightened it up and sent us on our way. Quick, friendly service! Thank you so much!!!

Mazda has a decent product. Sadly King Mazda's service department not so great. I went in today simply to inquire if warranty covers audio speakers, as I have a blown one. They could/would not tell me if this is the case. They NEED me to make an appointment to determine if the speaker is blown and why, then they can investigate if this is covered. If it is not covered by warranty then I pay for the appointment, min 1hour labour. Otherwise I am covered and there is no cost to me. This is a simple issue that does not need in-depth diagnostics and should have a simple yes/no answer to warranty coverage over something trivial. We will be in the market for a new Mazda when our warranty is up this year, but I can assure you I will not be buying from King next time if we stick with Mazda. Advice to King Mazda. Don't give customers this run around for things like this. We understand that you make your business by getting people in the shop but please respect our intelligence. Our time is valuable and we cant just make appointments for minor things like this. So now I am off to spend my money on new speakers from a local business down the street, because they know how to respect their customers before and after the sale.

Most people local to the Saint John area won't know that although they are getting a quality product...the service department is overcharging customers for parts and fluids. For example 1L of M5 transmission fluid is over $11 at King...where Mazda dealerships aroubd Canada sell the same Mazda brand product for $6.50. When shock of the price was exclaimed, the associate shugged it off as if knowing there was no other place to go. To confirm the pricing differences...i picked 8 parts...called one Mazda dealer and obtained standard pricing, then the same from King Mazda. It was astounding the how much the difference was...nearly 40% more here in Saint John. Buyers....beware and shop smart...just not for parts of fluids here.

Couldn't have asked for a better first new car experience than what I got a King Mazda! Special shoutout to Jay for answering all my questions from start to finish, making sure I understood everything and finding the best deal. Mike tha new car sales manager was awesome as well, even talked to my dad on the phone to answer all of his questions. Amanda was a dream, there was a lot of paper work to go through and sign but she made it a breeze!! The staff here is phenomenal and I'm very happy to have joined the Mazda family, I know I'll be well looked after!:)
The service was great got us in a chevy cruze with all kinds of warranty then got it home it had all kinds of problems that warranty wouldn't cover kept coming up all kinds of codes everytime it was scaned took it to the garage they said take it back to the dealership so we did well its not safe for the road and we've only had it a couple months so what I don't understand is how there garage legally inspected it when the stuff that's wrong with it wares over time like weather cracked tires that should have been replaced befor inspection anything to make a sale I guess

If your looking for a great car from a place with great customer service, be sure to check King Mazda out! **UPDATE** I have now had my Mazda 6 for 2 years (almost) and I go to King Mazda for all my service. Let me say that the way they treat their customers should be the gold standard for all other businesses to follow. I always have a great experience any time I am in there, they always follow up with a call to make sure everything went well, and I always feel appreciated.

Pat Quigg was very professional both in appearance and attitude. He exhumed extreme interest and passion with both Mazda and the product. He did everything and explained each and most aspects to being a Mazda owner as well as about the Mazda product I was interested in (Mazda 3). I was completely sold on wanting a Mazda as Pat made me feel like a valued customer before and after the sale. By comparison to other salesmen at other local dealerships, Pat was top notch giving me all the facts about the vehicle I wished to purchase, more so than the other dealerships in the area. He SOLD me on the car because of his informative way of explaining things as well as the brief video he showed me. His after sale run through was also spot on taking time to show other features and setting things up for me. MAZDA IS MY CAR CHOICE FROM NOW ON!!

I bought my car here. I can't say that coming back for service that I've experienced good/ friendly service. I'd rate it as good as a visit to a Walmart garage. The clerk's aren't friendly, they take their time returning calls, and their service work is expensive. You feel like your bothering them.

Just bought a car here. Service was great. Sales manager Mark Parks and his sales and finacing team were very friendly and helpful. Im happy so far with my purchase. It was a good overall experience. And in the end i believe i left with the right car for me.
Mazda recently took care of things for my car that truthfully wasn't their responsibility but they did it anyways and because of that I will be a return customer.
I called about a recall and they got me in the next day and was gonna be a hour wait for it to be done. Was done in less time and they helped me find a part number for a relay that helped me find one thank you

King Mazda has been amazing to me! This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from the dealership over the past 6 years and it most definitely won't be the last time I buy from them. Everything was clearly explained out to me on every purchase, but I really felt I was treated extra special this last purchase. It was my very first new car purchase! I bought a 2016 Mazda CX-5 and it's amazing! The drive is fabulous, the fuel economy is out of this world (it's better than my 2010 Mazda 6 was!) and the warranties I have make me feel so relieved. I don't need to worry about anything. I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who helped me Bev, Dwight, Mike, Amanda, you guys have earned a customer for life!! Keep up the great work!

Had an issue come up on my only 4 month old Used Vehicle, was advised to speak with the GM, Mark Parks. Not only was the Sales Manager very open and friendly, he got straight to business with me, noted my concerns, broke down the jargon behind the issue and supplied me with an answer that had me leaving with a smile. An overall fantastic experience in a clean and inviting environment. Thanks to the folks in service for noting my issue so it was brought to my attention by the staff at the desk and to the Sales Manager Mark for having an instant solution.

I was in for oil change and brake service maintenance special this time, and like always, great service from the team! I love the new website for booking online, and it's so easy to communicate by text to confirm everything with the appointment. I've been coming here since I bought my car 2.5 years ago, and have never had a bad experience!
This location has very decent products, but also have a bad sale team. We had test drive 3 times, and they even didn’t want to give us the quotation. They might think they are our bosses , add very expensive add-ones to our quotation without telling to us in advance, push us to buy the car.
I have purchased/leased 4 new cars from this dealership in last 10 years. The service I get from this dealership, from both sales and service departments is the primary reason for returning time and time again.

Absolutely love my 2016 Mazda3, the fuel efficiency is incredible. Everyone at the dealership was more than willing to assist, they were very fast to respond to any questions that I had. I loved that during the test drive I was shown what is under the hood and had the aerodynamics of the car explained to me, they were the only dealership to show us the engine and explain what makes the Mazda3 so great other than its beautiful design and interior. I was always a Toyota owner and will now be switching to Mazda for all of my future vehicles. Huge thank you to all that helped me, April, Joe and Amanda you made my buying experience a great one.
Went in for an oil change and they called halfway through saying my control arm bushings were separating and I "should change them now while the car is on the lift. It'll be easier!" etc. Billed me at $1000+. Took my car to KV Auto and they quoted me $400 for the same procedure. To top it all off, KV Auto told me my bushings were totally fine! First and last time customer at this dealership.
