Absolutely terrible place to purchase a used vehicle from. Was empty on gas , needed $1200 worth of parts after purchased and did not give Sat Radio as their ad stated... all this after paying full asking price beacuse they did not accept any negotiation on their price.. super bad experience.

Bought A used Cadillac at another dealership. Emailed the General Manager here with the full vehicle V.I.N, asking if there was any warranty on my car. He said there was powertrain warranty. Took the car there for a drivetrain noise and agreed to a couple services they wanted me to do. Called me back after diagnosing the problem and told me there WAS NO WARRANTY because the car had been wrecked previously and I had to pay for diagnostics. I Emailed the manager and he basically said it was the service advisers fault for not seeing this before. I feel I should have been told BEFORE if there was no warranty!! Long story short, general manager quit answering my emails, never returned ANY of my calls. No effort was made to negotiate..anything. I just had to pay the bill,end of story. Horrible treatment of a customer. Never go there again...ever.

Had to make an emergency stop here on my way from Nova Scotia to Ontario. My hood latch had frozen in the -26 temps, and would not close. They took the car in quickly and had me back on the road within an hour. Thanks everyone !

We were in desperate need of an oil change for our XT5 Cadillac and made a call to Jason he was so professional and at the same time wanted to help us to get on our way to Toronto. The service guy top up our wiper fluid and Jason took time to discuss the performance of the vehicle. You guys are the best, thank you for your essential services and mostly your kindness we went to two other Cadillac dealers 50 km away and they refused to help us.
