I feel stuck with my Civic from Fundy Honda. It's not a terrible car but it's also not what I was looking for, one of my "must-have" items was grossly misrepresented during my sale and there's nothing they can do about it now but they also don't seem to care enough to try and make it up in any way. The service I've received from the dealership has always been terrible, from how they answer calls to figuring out what's included in the extra warranty I purchased from them, completing unauthorized service, to even just taking responsibility and accountability when something goes wrong (ie: my wipers stop working on a snowy day with my kids in the car). It's to the point that I will finish the required service on my lease at another dealership even though it means a drive to another town at least an hour away. I don't want to deal with this dealership again until I turn in my keys at the end if my lease.

I was disappointed to discover that Honda no longer makes the Fit, which has been my vehicle of choice for the last few years. My lease was coming due, and I needed a replacement. Paul and Mike were very careful to explain my options - and to answer all my questions. They listened to my concerns, as did Yorgo, who outlined the financial possibilities clearly. I soon realized that they had offered me the best choice of all the available “small” cars in the market. Both Paul and Yorgo took time to explain the process of leasing, and were thoughtful and respectful throughout. Paul took all the time needed to explain the car’s features, and emphasized that he would help with anything that might need attention as I became familiar with the new car. Just purchased a new 2019 CRV! I can not say enough good things about Salesman Paul Frampton. He was incredibly helpful, thorough and honest. We test drove the CRV overnight, which was a huge bonus to really get a feel for the suv. He went through all the particulars and made sure I was always informed of every detail and fully understood how to control the electronics etc before I drove away (a great help!). He took time to take me around the dealership so I would be familiar with where to go for servicing and introduced me to other members of the Fundy Honda team so I would have some familiar faces if ever I needed help and he wasn’t there. A shout out to Yorgo Zmboukis as well, who was hilarious but very professional and went through every detail of the purchase! I recently traded my Acura SUV for 2020 Civic 6-speed. Working with an amazing salesman, Neil Rowe, we were even able to take care of the outstanding lien on my SUV!! Neil worked with my busy schedule and the day I picked up my new car, we sold my son's 2007 Civic. A few days later, my husband bought his own new 2020 Civic and was able to give his 2014 Civic to our son who was in desperate need of a new car. Not even a week after picking up my car, I had the misfortune of meeting a trio of raccoons on the highway. Matt in the Honda body shop was super helpful in getting me back on the road, good as new. The $100 service coupon I got when I bought my car sure came in handy!! Seriously, I have been a Honda customer since 1994 and Neil Rowe is the best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My 2021 Honda HRV would not start after work on Sunday Dec 12 had it towed to Fundy Honda and called the next morning to confirm they had it. Melissa checked with service and confirmed with Mark that they were looking at my car and would call back with info when available. Mark did call back to advise my battery needed charging and that was done so I could pick up my car when convenient. I then explained that as we are a one car family and living outside Saint John in Charlotte county it might take some time to arrange a lift in to get the car! To my surprise and delight Melissa called to say they would drive it out and should be there before noon! I believe the driver was Curtis. Anyway a huge shout out and thank you to these three people who performed 5 star customer service!! Talk about exceeding customer expectations!!

Stay away from this collision service if your time and nerves important to you. I managed their work and not they, I called every week and requested update, they forgot to order part that was required and I remind them. They missed another damage which has been caused by accident (I detected it by myself after 6 months when I changed tires) They did not took responsibility on that and send me to insurance company to begging for reopening case by my own. I'm glad that insurance company of my opponent agreed to re-open old case and pay for it. While they performed this new job they made damage to the CO sensor (check engine light on) I requested to take responsibility and fix it but their owner Paul Mifsud disagree to take responsibility and didn't agree to pay for it and even to talk with me. I thankful to opponent insurance company that agreed to pay for that sensor but for off market brand. Fundy Honda you cover behind well known Japanese brand HONDA, you forgot your clients who you own all, it's like rock-star who forgot his fans. Guys please do not post here review about their selling qualities, because you don't have to be a rocket scientist in order to sell well know brand but yes when you wish to provide a great service... and in that Fundy Honda failed big time for me.

The purchasing process is smooth and simple; they'll do anything to ensure an easy transaction and sale. Just don't look for a decent expierence from their service centre. They are never on time with their appointments, a simple job takes multiple hours because they overbook their calender. You'll be left waiting in their waiting area longer than necessary, and when the job is done you'll be lucky for someone to come and let you know. Not to forget to mention that you may not even end up with the appointment being completed the same day because their service "experts" aren't capable of judging how long they need to complete the work they're doing. You've got 1 star because of the Sales Professionals. Maybe you should make your service team work on commission too. Maybe then your customers will get service.

I just wanted two Dash lights fixed my apt was at 8:30. 10:45 lady said my car was fixed she Handed me my keys went to car one of dash lights were still on. Went back in told lady light is still on Mechanic comes out takes car back in shop. 20 min later car Returns mechanic said i need a part for the light that is still on i will order one and handed me my keys again. I get in car start to drive away and 20min down road other dash light comes on. So here i Sit Thinking what a wast of day and how a Company Can run A Business like that. My experience with buying cars is very limited, as i have only owned a few and the car i purchased from Honda is the newest of the new to me cars. I was on a web site looking into buying a Honda because I do my research and Honda has always had a good reputation. So upon receiving an email from Sean Tait of Fundy Honda I decided to make an appointment to go and see what they had to offer me. Upon entering the front show room i was greeted with open arms from Sean Tait who i had know from the time he was in grade school and was delighted that I was going to deal with someone that I was familiar with. He quickly asked me what I was looking for and if I had taken any cars out for test drives. I had taken a vehicle out the week prior and Sean immediately asked if i had liked the vehicle and informed me they had just received one and that it had dropped in price that morning. He said to take it for a test drive and enjoy the experience of it. Well I'm not one to act so quickly on purchasing a vehicle but i did within days of the test drive. Sean was so helpful with everything from introducing me to the finance person and following up later with helping me with some of the options in the car, even though it wasn't a Honda he had to make himself familiar with the Santa Fe. I had to call him again the following week to check up on something and again he was so helpful and directed me to the next person giving me phone numbers and we followed up again to confirm all was ok with my vehicle. My experience was pleasant and not at all stressful and quite enjoyable in fact. I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Fundy Honda and buy my next vehicle and would suggest that all Westsiders give Sean the opportunity to help them secure a vehicle. Bought a brand new Honda CR-V which came to a sudden stop in a cloud of white smoke after 2800 km. This was my 4th Honda . The sump drained double the amount of oil it should have had (7 liters). Fundy Honda did a diagnostic test with computer and that was all. No physical damage rapport or oil analysis. And on top of that they insinuated that the extra oil was put in by me as Honda will never make such a mistake!!! The Owners Manual clearly states on page 149- ' overfilling with oil may cause damage to engine'.I reported the incident to Honda Canada and after 3 weeks, I haven't heard a word from them. Poor customer relations and service. Will never buy a vehicle from Honda again.

Not sure if management/Forman checks work of mechanics but was told after bringing my vehicle multiple times for same issue it needed a head gasket replacement at over 20 hours labour or simply replace the engine. Long story short the vehicle needed a 120$ spark plug coil. Techs should be trained better.

Two negative experiences here have left me with a poor review from a service standpoint. The biggest issue and the main reason for the poor review follows at the request of the dealership. I requested a price to replace 2 door hinges on my drivers side front door for my Accord. I was initially quoted the 2 hinges and then the labor. I was quoted a price but with the wrong time estimate. (Apparently a warranty door hinge takes less time then a customer door hinge.). Then I had a phone call saying the labor had to be quoted again because they only quoted labor for one hinge. There are *2* bolts in the difference between replacing one hinge and replacing two hinges. I know because I completed the repair myself for $14.29 with parts from Amazon. With the savings I bought myself a several hundred dollar Stanley Fatmax ratchet set and still had money left over. Also for the record the second hinge took less then 5 extra min not the hours quoted from Fundy.

Marcel and Fundy were the best organizing transportation, at a more than reasonable cost, to get the vehicle to Toronto, not wanting to drive it myself given the current health circumstances.
