I had never had a good experience buying cars. There's lots of shady people in the industry who truly don't give a crap about you after you buy the car. Fredericton Mitsubishi is not one of those places. Right from the word go i was treated with nothing but respect. That came from the salespeople, service staff, and even the owner. They listened to exactly what i wanted and they found it for me in my price range. They had no problems letting me take the car on a long test drive to have my mechanic check it out. The back room deal someone else mentioned....I didn't see or get that impression. I was able to talk to whomever i wanted along the way. As for someone saying "Tim plays a numbers game", Well, i for one am glad he does. I went in with nothing for credit and at first i was given a high interest rate and 6 years on a used car. He told me he'd work on it and he did. He got the loan down by 10k and 3 less years with another lender. I was happy with the deal i got. It will help with my credit. After a few days of having the vehicle, I noticed my blinker wasn't shutting off when i made a turn. After going through the service department they fixed it no questions asked, and still i was treated with respect. My next car will be with them. I'd recommend them.

They work hard to sell you a car. They convinced me to buy a car with a few minor touch ups in the contract. It took a month to get the car in after the sale, according to the sales person the owner didn't think it was a priority. After they finally took the car to get the repairs, 2 things were not done....according to the sales person the service staff didn't have the skills to get a scratch out....they tried their best but couldn't do it(it looks the same they didn't try) Now the sales manager and sales person are ignoring my emails....with a owner ,sales and service staff like this be very careful.....I will be telling everyone to stay away from this dealership.

You ever find that if you're the kind of person that doesn't know much about vehicles, that when you go to a repair shop or a dealership you are kind of looked down on? Condescended to? As if you should know as much about your car as the experts you are bringing your vehicle to, kind of silly if you think about it. Happens all the time. Not here. Not at Fredericton Mitsubishi. I bought my truck here a year and half ago. I said I wanted a base model. Something I could use at work and drive into the woods, and that's exactly what they found me. Didn't try to to up sell me on something I didn't need just to make a sale. Brought the truck in a couple of days ago for an oil change. They noticed that my MVI was expired. Had to get that done. Found some things wrong that needed to be fixed that carried a hefty price tag. But one of their employees, Blake, decided to dig a little deeper and found that my warranty covered the majority of the work. Saved me a pile of money. Didn't have to do that, I was prepared to pay and wouldn't have known either way. That's customer service. That's attention to detail. That's caring. I can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a vehicle and want a place that takes it slow and explains everything to you, never puts the gears to you. Come here. You'll find what you're looking for

Performed a major repair in time. Very friendly. There is a reason that this Mitsubishi dealer has a really high percentage of cars on the road...I'd say maybe 1 in 10 which is unheard of in other cities. It's a shame as Mitsubishi makes great reliable vehicles.

This is the fourth car that I have bought at a dealership and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The product is obviously excellent and the prices are the lowest in town. But it was the amazing customer service that won us over. Immediately, a sales associate came and helped us. She wasn't pushy and really listened to what it was we wanted. Financing was wonderful to deal with as well. Even though we came on the weekend and banks were closed, he worked fast to get us on the road first thing Monday. Save yourself a lot of hassle and just go here first.

Purchased a Honda CRV from Austin Kitchen. Service from Austin was impeccable. Great experience. In fact, 2 weeks after I purchased the CRV he called me to let me know there were winter tires that came with it that they had found in the back and had forgotten to include...They were on rims and practically brand new. I want to say a big thank you to the team at Mitsubishi Fredericton! We had a garage fire a few months ago and unfortunately both of our vehicles were in the garage, including our drivers licences. During the pandemic, service New Brunswick would not issue any licences so we could not get our rental vehicle. We were stuck out in rural NB, I was 36 weeks pregnant and we didn’t have a vehicle. It was a nightmare. I found a vehicle on the Mitsubishi website and contacted the dealership. They were able to do everything over the phone and online. I bought a 2013 Lancer Ralliart back in November 2015. The sales person wasn’t the brightest and really didn’t know much about the car. I had done my research, knew what I wanted, and was thrilled that they had a used one up for sale, so I didn’t let the lack of knowledge stop me from going through with the purchase. Although I never did get the spare key he said he would get for me… I kept getting my car serviced at Mitsubishi as I figured it was the best way to make sure any warranty problems would be dealt with, if any were found. I had gotten an extended warranty to be safe. Earlier this year in May, while travelling to the US, my fan belt ripped halfway across. Thankfully it didn’t snap and I was able to get it to a Midas nearby and get it fixed. It ended up costing me around $500 US. Now there was one thing on the bill that I needed to fix and knew that was on me, but when I called Mitsubishi to know if the fan belt problem should be covered under warranty, I was instantly met with denial and told my warranty had expired before even looking up my details… I did not expect the lack of professionalism nor the lack of respect. The fact that you won’t even look into my problems and sent me off to some sort of “claims” department, or whatever it was that you called it. I’m guessing that you simply swept this under the rug hoping I would go away. I waited patiently to see if anything would happen, but nothing has so far. Having an amazing warranty package means nothing if you won’t honour it, or even look into issues your customers are facing. You know nothing of the personal issues they are dealing with. Or how much it means, to them, for you to own up to your end of the deal. I can’t recommend anyone buy a car here. No matter how amazing I hear some of your sales staff is. Your service is lacking, your commitment seems misplaced and if you just want to get people into a car and call it quits, I can’t see this business succeeding in the long run.

Honestly it is the best dealership we have ever dealt with, no pressure, they give you space when asked and they work so hard for your business. Ordinarily I do NOT do reviews. However I feel like it is necessary to do so this time. As a first time car buyer I had gone into Fredericton Mitsubishi expecting to be well informed by the staff and lead through this already stressful experience step by step, this was not the case. I had gone to look at a specific vehicle, a 2015 Lancer, and took it for a test drive. After my test drive Rick proceeded to take me back to his cubical at which point I thought we would be talking about my options and seeing what could be expected roughly for financing, extras, etc. Again this was not the case, he ended up sending me to talk to Trevor about finances (or so I was told), while Rick was supposably pricing me up a 2017 lancer to compare (obviously i wasn't intending to purchase at that exact moment). Without my knowledge I was about to BUY a car, and I had literally no idea what was going on until Trevor asked if I was for sure buying before he put my finances through. We eventually got that part cleared up, after Rick got pulled into Trevor's office. I did end up purchasing the vehicle even against my better judgement. I ONLY purchased the car because it was what i wanted and I needed it for school this fall. I already knew I couldn't find a similar car at another dealer as I had been watching dealerships for months prior to this. I bought it on a Friday so it wasn't going to be ready until the following Monday (as it had to be detailed and my vent shades and sun roof shade had to be installed). When I received my car on Monday, it was missing my add ons. It took almost until Friday to speak with someone in service about getting them installed. When I went to get them installed yesterday, I sat there for an hour only to find out they ONLY installed my vent shades. I had to wait extra time for the sunroof shade to be installed because they had no knowledge that it was suppose to be installed. Lastly upon buying the car in August I was charged a fee of $250 to hold it for the weekend until it could be delivered on Monday. I had to call on 3 separate occasions to get that money returned to me, which was suppose to be returned once I received the car. I had only received $200 of it after the second phone call and am hoping that the rest shows up on my visa in a couple days after calling them again today. It has just be one thing about another with Fredericton Mitsubishi. I defiantly did not appreciate their pushiness nor their disorganization. Seems to me like Rick thought he found an easy target which he tried to basically manipulate to buy a car with out her knowledge because she was "clueless", well I saw through it. That being said I will be taking my business elsewhere from here on out, I would rather drive to Moncton or Saint John to have my services done then EVER go back here again.

Brought my Lancer here twice for repairs. The first time, the service department offered to stay after closing to wait for me to drop my car off. The second time, I had to bring it in to fix my window. I got here an hour before closing, and they were able to bring in my car to check it out, and sure enough was able to fix it before closing. I was going to just leave it here overnight but they saved me the trip and helped a lot. Customer service is great here, and I recommend them for sure.

If Google would allow me to put less than 1 Star I would. I just purchased my first vehicle from this dealership and thankfully know my own way around cars or would have been left on the side of the road with no coolant in my car .. Below are some of the issues I incountered today; 1. The car was promised to be ready and waiting for me to go after signing the needed paperwork. 2. After waiting over an hour for it to be detailed and the "inspection" to be done. I was given a car that still required fluids, gas and still to the minute has a broken dome light. 3. Car was promised to be filled of gas prior to me leaving the lot. I had to wait for an associate who was out cleaning vehicles to go fill it prior to me leaving. 4. Car had ZERO windshield wash fluid. Which is weird to me, I thought 170 point inspections would include fluids. 5. The coolant in the car was also down and thankfully I was smart enough to check my own fluids and demand another mechanic come out and look at it. 6. Never spoke with one sales associate consistently. Got the run around and ended up dealing with several associates that told me several different things. 7. Had to remind the associate I did deal with to refund my deposit (or I would have left without getting back my hold I put on the car) I could continue but at this point I'm sure I've stressed my point enough. If you are a first time car buyer I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND staying AWAY from this dealership. Car buying is supposed to be stress and worry free. This dealership will actually just stress you out and cause worry.

Sales team is horrible!!! Supposed to have a full tank of gas. They end up putting $20 in the tank. Make sure when you buy from here that the car is certified. As the 7 day test drive only applies to certifed. Bought a car next day had engine problems. Went to see the sales manager which apartently is NOT allowed to do anything without the salesmen. This all happened on a Friday. Would NOT give me a rental until Monday when it Would be looked at by service. They then tell me it's as is!!! So apparently I was supposed to fix the car myself. Thanks to the only person who actually has proper customer service, the service manager Matthew Mcintyre for fixing my car without question and offered me a free rental.

Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. They are not up front on the price and cost of their vehicles. In a private meeting they'll concoct a single monthly payment but they won't break down where that number came from. Additionally, they'll force you on taking the finance with them and they'll inflate the vehicle value if you try to find other options.

I recently purchased a used truck from Fredericton Mitsubishi. I was lucky to have Austin Kitchen help me to find a truck that suited my needs. I originally contacted Austin because I was interested in a Truck on your used car lot.This vehicle had almost every feature I was interested in but I was sort of on the fence about the purchase. Austin knew that there was some features I wanted(heated seats/leather) plus some other features. Austin located a truck for me in Saint John and had it driven up to Fredericton. This truck had everything I was looking for even the colour I wanted. Austin was very patient with me and my wife and made this potentially stressful experience easy. I bought a car there and my girlfriend did too. Really bad services, a brand new car with a dead battery in it, a broken bumper just by driving on the road, no warranty for that, they ask 1 500.00$ for a bumper, they want you to pay to do the check up to tell you that the battery is dead which we already know. I had an experience with Chrysler dealerships before and they are much more better. I would say minus five stars for this place don not go there. You call and leave a message, they won't answer back. When you sit there and wait you can listen to the phone ringing and you'll see the employees chatting or walking by like no phone ringing. If I could sell back the car for the price I paid I would do it

Excellent service. Very welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly there. My toddler was running around and no one seemed bothered by it they took the time to talk with him and even gave him a teddy bear! Brian took good care of us. Worse service in the business. My son has been getting a run around for over 3 weeks when his back passenger side window exploded. Apparently this is not a safety concern. The one that does not roll up and down. He was supposed to get a call back from the service department and after waiting 2 weeks with still no call back or no one to answer any questions he finally found out the warranty does not cover it. They then finally ordered in the glass and made an appointment to have it installed only to have the glass not come in. The manager has lots of apologies but no solutions. Worse service in the business.
