I'm very happy with my 2015 Kia that I bought elsewhere, but I can't believe how unprofessional the service department is here! I have needed to deal with them over a broken part in a heat box that is a manufacturing defect and they have repeatedly ignored me, lied about ordering the part, and broken scheduled appointments. It's been going on for nearly 4 months now. I have dealt with Mitsubishi, VW, and Toyota over the years with no problems, but these folks are seriously unprofessional.

Service center is fast and the staff is friendly. The reason I'm giving a low grade is their very questionable inspections for non-warranty parts. On a couple of occasion we were gouged to pay crazy amount for brake pads, rotors etc only to get a second opinion that nothing was wrong with the parts.

KIA Fredericton is a great place to do business. Staff, Matt, salesman and Scott, Financer were amazing re clientele friendly service. Matt knew his stuff inside and out of the KIA Soul. He remained patient to my questions and was attentive to details. He was by my side from beginning to end. (I/we sealed the deal within 8 hours. No joke!). Anyone who knows me knows I am a fanatical researcher when I purchase anything. After months of reviews and study and countless test drives across the province, we finally decided on a Kia. The stellar rise of Kia through the ranks, until reaching number 1 in the J.D. Powers ratings settled it for us. However, I can tell you that even if we really wanted a Kia we wouldn't have bought it if the dealership would have been anything but awesome. So, here is my actual review of the Kia dealership in Fredericton. The place is easily accessible, the parking lot is clean and the building is spotless. So far so good :) Next comes the part that a lot of us don't look forward to- dealing with car salespeople. I especially don't like this part because I come prepared and already know a lot about the vehicle and the company so I hate being talked-down to and placated and treated like I don't know what's best for me. We asked specifically to deal with Gavin Brown, based on multiple positive reviews, but we can say that all of the sales staff are nice as well. For us Gavin was, from start to finish, positive, professional, knowledgeable, fair, patient with all my questions, and accessible. He always replied to our emails and phone calls promptly. He made the whole process of buying our new Kia easy and pleasant. We love our new SUV. I will write another review once we deal with the service department, but I have a feeling we'll be pleased.

After weeks of researching online and walking all the car lots in Fredericton looking for a new vehicle I found Fredericton KIA. I was very pleased with the service that I got the moment I walked on the lot. I found the vehicle I wanted. The 2017 Sportage hit the mark. I have had it 3 weeks now and I am very impressed. Price wise I find I got more bang for the buck. What is standard on the Sportage is optional on the competition vehicles of the same model. I highly recommend that if your looking for a new vehicle you check out Fredericton KIA. You won't be disappointed.

Made an appointment for a recall issue due to a notice I received a while ago but sort of ignored for awhile (my bad, i know). Asked the service department if they could look into a very minor issue at the same time - I couldn't get my licence plates off. Turns out they had already taken care of the recall issue when I had the car in for service a few months ago (yay!), and then they very happily switched out my plates for no charge! Thanks, guys - much appreciated.

Staff pressures their buyers for reviews. I was sold a vehicle that constantly breaks down and Kia won't do anything about it. I too was told that they cannot guarantee the driveability of their vehicles....? Worst mistake of my life was buying a kia.

Sales? Great experience. Service? Hope you don't need any. Misdiagnosis several times, paid out several hundred dollars, problems not fixed. Response: oh well. Will not purchase another Kia and will be selling ours as soon as I fix it, myself. Parts? Tried to purchase items and end up going to NAPA.

Went to have warranty items checked.got charged $60.00 to have them tell me my vehicle needed a 4wheel alignment,which they didnt know was done a few days prior.service Dept, C rated. If you have a Kia, take it to PortCity.they are who you can trust and believe in. Thanks To top off all of that, I now have a nice receipt for over $130. For the hub-assembly I purchased before ruining everything in the rear of my Sorento, that they stated was fine. actually,now to date have replaced 2 front+1rear wheel bearings at my expence because of this bunch of rediculous clowns! Go to Port City or Edmunston Kia folks. thanks

Clean and we'll organised. Staff is very friendly. When I called initially to book an appointment, I was on hold for 30mins. When I finally got through was able to book an appointment in a reasonable time. What I needed serviced on my vehicle required a part to be ordered. Order was placed approximately a week ago and did not show up in time. They did not call me to warn me the part wasn't in so I drove 40mins one way to not get all of the services needed for my vehicle. The staff was so nice and answered my questions that's what brought the rating up to a 4 star.

I have bought two new Kia's from Fredericton Kia. Never had a problem except with parts and service. A few years ago, we went in to buy parts and we were told they had never had that particular problem before. About a month ago, I took my Sorento in to have someone listen to a loud whining noise. I don't believe they even took it for a test drive. They misdiagnosed it. After spending over $400.00 on parts, the problem remains. When my husband spoke to them about it, their answer was "oh well". Great customer service. NOT!! I will NEVER buy another Kia product, and I will discourage everyone who even thinks about buying one!
