I had been looking for a vehicle for over a week and had no luck, went to Campbell's today and found exactly what I wanted and the sales rep Andrew benson couldn't have been more helpful! I got a great deal and am thrilled with my first new vehicle that for once isn't a beater that I have to fix up :) everyone there was so friendly and not pushy at all! Even got a piece of birthday cake as it was one of the staffs b days lol ! Also I had brought my dog as a good luck charm ;) and Andrew was thrilled to have take a test drive with us! Prob the best experience I've had since I started looking for a new vehicle:) thank you guys very much!

At first we were not being looked after (I work in sales so I know how I want to be treated as a customer), as we were walking out Russell came out to us and asked if we were being looked after. I didn't appreciate getting 'schooled' on why a used ATV with 8,000 miles on it was priced $5k over the high end of blue book value. I guess business is good enough to treat potential new clients this way. It was insulting, and wonder if the conversation would have gone very differently if they were talking to a man.

Do not buy from this place! We drove 2 hours to get there. Thinking we were gonna get a utv. They told us it was all serviced by their technicians. Well I'm not sure what they did but they definitely did not do their job. Very first thing we found was wheel bushings were loose and less than half tank of gas in it. If you like to sell something for that price the least you can do is fill that up in our opinion. The second thing we checked was broken (plastic console). Then the third thing we checked was the oil on the dipstick and it was all milky... opened up the cap and the whole thing was white (we were told to just run it for 15mins and it would be gone). Next thing we pulled the air filter just to find it literally dripping with water. Seriously? Not impressed at all. Especially after saying you had it all checked by your serviced technicians. I really hope no one buys this bike and have to spend a bunch of money afterwards on it because the oil wasnt flushed out and cleaned up and the thing has been standing like that for probably most of the winter... and dont say let it run for 15 min it will all be gone.. yes, it will mix through the whole bike but eventually ruin it.. and dont tell me you are sorry because you dont care, you just wanna sell whatever you can rid of. To top it all off, once confronted of these issues, they just said take it or leave it, up to you. Needless to say we walked off the lot with an empty trailer.

Couldn't ask for a better buying experience. Purchased a Chrysler Town & Country through Campbell's. Russell MacEachern, the sales manager, helped us find the right vehicle for our budget and needs. To top it off, we got a call the day before we were set to purchase our van, that he had a newer model of the same van coming in, and if we wanted it he would put our names down! He made us feel like family and not just a commission. Any questions we had he got answers too, and worked around our schedule to make the deal happen. When we brought our old van in, Russell said "Well, you need a new van." and he made that happen for us. I see one person complained there was no wiper fluid in their car...Russell insisted we open the hood and look at the engine, check out the tires, etc. There was no feeling that anything was being hidden from us. An issue arose when the finance company tried to back off on the deal, but Russell stepped up to the plate for us, and made sure that it happened. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle stop by Campbell's. They will treat you right, which is very rare in this day and age.

We had Zachary as a salesman when we purchased our 2014 cam am outlander. Zack spent days and many hours on our purchase. He worked hard to get us a fair interest rate. He did not rush the sale. He made many calls and messages to us to keep us on the progress. Not often you get a sales guy willing to put in the effort that was needed to get us what we wanted. At the time of signing the final paperwork he explained everything clearly he gave me time to read the papers in full. I would recommend Zack as the salesman to go to when looking at purchases from Campbell's. We are extremely happy with our 4 wheeler and Zack's customer service.

Strongly advise not to buy from this place. For a second hand side by side they have a fictious admin fee of 499.00 for what was described as a servicing and cleaning job (We found a mouse nest in the air intake so what was serviced). Also a delivery fee of 199.00 was tacked on and was explained that it was from where they purchased it from. Salesman Ed said that is what they do here. Salesman strongly advised to get financing to get a reduction and in the end did not receive it and he did not mention any of the add-ons prior. A cousin also had a very bad experience with this company. I thought that the people in NB had more class than Ontario, I guess not.

I have never actually taken the time to write a review before, but I was so shocked by the dryness of the phone conversation I had with the manager that it was worth taking the time to do so. After explaining that I was calling with limited information in hopes of setting up an appointment for my husband who is looking to sell a car, the manager asked for information on the car and the price we were looking to get for it. The first time he asked I told him I did not know how much it was worth or what we could get for it. He asked me the same question again, no more than two minutes after my first response, so I gave him an approximate answer with hesitation. He repeated the number I said very intensely and said loudly «I am not your buyer». Now, I am a very understand person who obviously does not deal in car sales very often, let's say never, but I was so stunned by this remark that I took a few seconds before saying something like «ok» and the manager just ended the conversation right then and there. I was so shocked that I immediately went to look for reviews to see if anyone else has had similar experiences and I must say that I am happy to see that other's seem to have had a very pleasant experience at Campbell's Auto Sales. From my experience, I find it very difficult to imagine being able to have any sort of productive/helpful conversation with a salesman or manager who was so quick to shut down a conversation. Keeping in mind that he did say in the beginning of the conversation that they do not deal with buying cars very often and that they much prefer taking in cars that are no older than 2012, I would have totally understood that he was not interested if he would of continued in this manner of speaking without belittling me in such a way that motivated me to write this review.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a car 3 weeks ago. Love the car. Every detail of the service was terrible. It took 3 weeks to get my plates because the salesman (Ed Hachey) didn't bother to call and let me know there was an issue I had to clear up, I went in on a Saturday and told him I would be back Tuesday to buy and ended up waiting 30 mins for him to show up since he neglected to mention it was his day off (yet he had time for a Tim's coffee before coming in), the car was so hard on empty when I drove away that I was worried I wouldn't make it to the gas station (oh but he gave me a 30 dollar gas voucher to half fill the car with), the car was dirty when we showed up and was very quickly cleaned (spot cleaned, not waxed, just a poor job), he was rude multiple times as well as being completely unprofessional on the phone when I called after 3 weeks to ask about my plates, and to top it all off I have been trying to sort out payment with the bank for the last 2 weeks and still dont have it resolved because he messed up my account info and entered it wrong. All of this because he was in a rush and I was an easy sale. I have also been calling to try to get a hold of someone about this and no one answers the phone. Kevin Campbell, you should give me a call so we can talk.

I went to the lot on Monday to look at cars and nobody even helped or asked if I needed help Been trying to make arrangements to purchase a vehicle from this company and they barely will respond to my emails to get information on the vehicle. I would go in or call but due to my work schedule it makes it challenging.
