While driving from Cape Breton to Ontario we had an emergency due to a slow leak in one of the tires. It was almost 5 pm when we got to the dealer. The dealership closes at 6 pm. Stephanie did her best and was able to get us in and passed us on to Jim, who then took care of our issue. It was really awesome that they stayed late and resolved our issue!!!!! My experience at Mini was excellent! I went on my own to look at a base model, had a budget in mind and a specific colour. Too funny - I met with Julie who up-sold me on a beautiful unique Type S Mini that was surprisingly within my budget! We had the best test-drive experience and clicked right away. I felt like I was driving with a good buddy in my car. Then when I went to pick her up (my car, not Julie), there was a large bow on her. A very nice touch that I told everyone about. Justin was also great - went over the inside and outside of car. I didn't have my phone on me so he offered for me to come back so that he could help me program. Great service. After just about breaking down completely, my MINI Cooper S limped in there for emergency service, which they kindly offered to do when they had opportunities between scheduled appointments at their busiest time of year. They were able start diagnosing the problems right away and after much effort and thanks to the expertise of their techs, the car is now running perfectly, better than ever, sooner that I hoped and at much lower cost than I feared. They were professional throughout, even though I was a huge pain in the neck to them. I had never brought my car to them before and I guess I had the jitters and worries about how things would go, but my worries were totally misplaced and I recommend them without hesitation. Don't make the mistake I made - trust these guys with your car. They're world class champs.

Never again BMW I had my car for 1 year needs brake for inspection they said it would be covered because I only have 20000km on the car went this mornings was told 2 hours here we are still waiting after 3:20 was just told probably another hour so 4and a half hours for brake pads this will be my last BMW service department always slow.my last oil change was 3 hours do not recommend there are to many car dealerships to put up with this crap.i ended up being at the dealership 5:30 hours with 2 kids never again do not recomend this dealership looking to sell my BMW because will not go to that dealership again for service .This was my 4 visit and my fastest visit was 3 hours for oil change just terrible not worth the money you pay for the viecles

Was driving by and stopped to get a quote for glow plugs replacement in my BMW X5. Was told it’s gonna take “Half A Day” worth of labour at more than 130$ per hour plus tax. No issues with paying per hour price but half a day to replace a glow plug or all 6 of them is outright robbery. It’s a 2 hours job, even if you have never done it before. Not acceptable. Be careful with these guys, labour is definitely quoted more than it should.

I have never been disappointed with the level of services and I have had many happy experiences. I recall once when the battery in one of our autos was dead - it was not a BMW but rather a Chev. I called the Moncton BMW manager Chris Bacich. He came with shirt and tie to give the Chef a boost, no question asked. More generally the level of services and all the staff at BMW take second place to none when it comes to sales and services.

Drove 3 h from St. Andrews for regular service on my 2017 328ix. They said I had no appointment. I checked the note I wrote when I called for the 1:00 appointment and my wife also had the appointment scheduled in her phone. They said we could wait 5 h to see if they could fit us in at the end of the day. Not acceptable given the 3 h drive back home. This was not my first bad experience. My last 8:30 appointment for simple service (stayed overnight at a hotel so we could return home early) took 8 h while we had to wait. No other dealership has ever treated us so badly although we have had some strange experiences. This is my second BMW but likely my last. Certainly my last trip to Moncton BMW for service or anything else. Worth the additional drive to Halifax BMW where we were always treated well when we lived there. On the positive side, they treated my dog much better than us.

Will NEVER buy a vehicle from BMW Moncton again. Bought my car with extended warranty & getting run around to get it fixed. 1st time I took it there they charged me $300 for diagnostic while my car is under full warranty. Now it's been nearly 3 week since my last visit, they said they will get back to me. I called & left a VM for service manager on Monday... today is Thursday. I have yet to get a response from them. Next time it be either Halifax or Montreal, where I bought my vehicles in the past.

Had my eyes on a Mazda3 they had in stock, got a quick response for my inquiry from Paolo and filled out an application for Pre-approval. Rabab was really helpful and patient throughout the financing process. Travelled from PEI for this but it was worth it, was kinda nervous since this was my first purchase but Levi, Paolo and Rabab made the whole process so much easier and convenient. I purchased my vehicle elsewhere and needed to have the car serviced and decided it will be closer for me to make an appointment at the Moncton dealership. Although my vehicle had not been purchased there, the staff in the service department, specifically Daniel Landry, assisted me as if I had been a client for a long time. Since then, I never looked back and made the Moncton BMW dealership my store. When the time arrived to trade my vehicle, Marius Page was the representative that assisted me in getting the best vehicle for my needs. Marius continues to be my go to person when I need information for my future BMW. A year later, my wife traded her car for a Mini Cooper and Justin LeBlanc was the representative that assisted her in her purchase. He went out of his way to find the specific vehicle she had in mind. I would also like to point out the assistance we received from Bryan Kelly (sales) and James Connors (service) on numerous occasions. There are so many people willing to assist you when you walk in the dealership that you feel like a member of the family. They respect you.

worst service experience by far. this is at least the 4th bad experience ive had with this dealer and am only posting now as ive had enough and dont intend to return. the common theme has been that weve dropped off the car for service at the scheduled time and never recieve call backs even when leaving voicemails and the only way to get updates was to physically drive to the dealership which is about a 15 min drive. this time the veh was dropped off thurday evening for a 9am oil change only. should be simple right... we called and left a message friday at 2pm no call back until monday after 8 to be asked why we dropped off the car and when i voiced my frustratrion was told there was a problem with the phone and computer systems. will not be returning at this point just on principal.
