I just bought a 2018 cx-5. I had the best experience. I bought a Mazda 3 in 2008 and also enjoyed the same buying experience. The salesman Kyle was very accommodating and worked around my busy schedule and even took my calls on his day off and lent me his own car. Had a terrible experience with their service. Called to speak to them about purchasing a new CX 3 (my very first car ever!). After speaking to a sale rep and finance person I had to callback several times to get any answers, each time I called I had to leave messages that were not returned for days. When I finally got responses I couldn't get straight answers, even offered my email if they couldn't call me. The final stroke was being told on a Friday that I could come in the next day and speak to the finance manager, then calling on the Saturday and being told 'Sorry, he's not in today, and I forgot to call you and tell you'. I was told by the same sales guy that he would have someone call me back, and here it is several days later and still haven't heard anything. I guess they have so many customers losing one doesn't matter. *** Update *** Finally got a callback on Wednesday and they said 'So sorry, we dropped the ball on this, please call us back'. Well, I've called them back, emailed them and texted their sales person, still no reply. Thanks for ruining what should have been a great experience of buying my first car. Now I have to start this all over again somewhere else, and go through another credit check, which will negatively affect my credit score. 100% unprofessional!! My advice? Avoid this dealership at all costs!!

Not overly impressed, called them to get new keys cut, provided them with VIN number I was told the car will take the fob style keys when I got car towed to them and after I got the keys I was told these car don’t come with the fob key but regular key. Felt scammed there.

last 2016 my wife and I are hoping to buy a brand new car and a sales representative came to us and the first question he asked us what is our budget, when we tell him what we want he just give us a paper and a price of each model and never entertain us so we decided to buy to a different store. and since I know that it is just only one representative so we came back December 2018 to buy our 2nd car and seems to me that they have the same feathers. what a terrible experience.

He was always quick to reply even after hours! He takes the time to find you deals and compares the price on different vehicles you may like so you can make the best informed decision. One of the best customer service experiences ever !!! Spent some time with Kevin, the Sales Manager, while waiting for my test drive to be arranged. He was great and set me up with Marcel who was also excellent to deal with. There was no big pressure to buy, only the information I requested for review... refreshing, especially in auto sales !!! All of the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and light-hearted The actual dealership itself is beautifully designed, comfortable and very welcoming. Strongly leaning towards Mazda when it's time to buy.

It's obvious that at Atlantic Mazda they aren't just interested in selling you a car but gaining your trust and loyalty and this is a rare find, not only in retail, but in car sales! I've bought most of my vehicles here but I know next one will not be, they made me promises about my new to me used Ram , I've had so many issues with this, I wanna trade I'm told they will give me a fair market value, plus told they would help me find a set of winter tires going to set up an appointment at the ram dealership they got there sale over charged and now none of the promises will be kept I've spent my own cash on a truck that should never of have left the yard.. Have to admit I was a little hesitant mainly because I've been burned by just about every dealership in Moncton but Mazda was definitely different! ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE I really don't understand that why your guys are all reluctant to tell your customer the price of the items you sell ? This is my third time try to find out a price for full payment from you... I don't know what you are waiting for ? Wait for your finance guy sells more bundles to me? And also without any price yet? In my understanding the way that how I transfer money to you and adding vehicle to my insurance supposed to be happened after I got the final price from you, isn't it? That's your sales strategy, luring customers into your trap to make more for those bundles. I'm definitely a big Mazda fan, my last two Mazda vehicles were both purchased by two different Mazda dealerships, I both had excellent purchasing experience with those two Mazda sales, one is from Martin Mazda at Edmundston NB. He was the second best Mazda salesman in Canada wide at that year, he is honest, forthright and held nothing back. I had never encountered a purchasing experience as complicated, confused and inefficient as yours. My patience has been worn out, I sorry you lost a customer that you should have respected. I bought a pre-owned car, and at the time I thought the service was great. They sold me an interior warranty package that included a 6 year warranty on rips and tears. I have kids so I thought that was a great deal and bought into it. Now not even 4 years down the road, I call to use the warranty and the sales person tells me that the warranty expired last year. In order to not come in twice in this warranty (thinking better for the company) I only decided to call in later in the warranty period to schedule everything fixed, come to find out that the warranty expired. This was not what was promised to us and the sales rep has plainly told me that I was lying. This is not the way to treat a person nor to make a sale of the warranty on a vehicle by lying to your client. Very disappointed in the sales team.

The cars are good but, the service is quite a bit less. You have to contact the sales people multiple times to get a reply, and it gets worse after you confirm the deal. They promised a second set of felt mats and then after signing said that wasn't part of the deal. When asked for help with something I was told to check the website. Car was given on an empty tank, I agreed to because at that point I didn't want to wait. I was told my salesman would follow up the day after the sale to follow up on promises and check on but, never got a call or any follow up. I asked about a new grad incentive, no one knew if I was eligible and I was left to figure it out on my own. The car itself I like quite a lot but, the customer service was pretty bad.

I was more then pleased with the friendly staff, from Grant to Chris, and to Craig. Grant was the first face I saw has a salesman, he came over asking if he could help, and I told him that I had saw a CX5 GS on Kijiji that I came to look at, but then Grant asked me if I would be interested in trying out aCX3 GX awd, so I did, and the moment I went for a drive with it I think I had falling in love with it. So by this time I still wonted to just out the CX5, and Grant had mentioned that he tough it was sold. It’s a good thing, cause I wouldn’t have bought the white one, that was starting a grow on me by now. I had a Mazda Truck before I bought the CR3, and I not sorry that I let the truck go, cause this vehicle is awesome. I would recommend one to anyone that’s looking for a good driving vehicle, and comfortable, and easy on fuel. I just won’t to take a minute more to thank everyone that was involved on making this happen. Also a special thanks to Craig for going that extra mile. A little out of the way but the staff and showroom were good. The staff is very courteous and will answer any questions that you may have. They also have a full service on site garage that offers repairs and tire services. The waiting area is well appointed and has free snacks and drinks while you wait for your vehicle as well. If you do not have the time to wait they also offer a courtesy shuttle as well.

Recently purchased a vehicle here, I felt rushed but I did get the vehicle I wanted which was a CX5. This was my second purchase at Atlantic Mazda. Only 3 stars because I was a hassle getting them to fix something they agreed to fix before I purchased the vehicle. I was told I would get a call with an appointment on a certain date but nobody called, I needed to "chase" them to get it done. They were great about giving me a vehicle to drive while they fixed mine which was alright. Bottom line is they rush to sell but slow to fix. Atlantic Mazda is a very relaxed and comfortable dealership with very enthusiastic employees.

Let me first start off by saying the service department is top notch. I continue to travel to Moncton to have my car serviced. I took a star away as they have recently started having a third party call centre book there service appointment and it can make booking an appointment difficult. I much preference it when it was done in house. I also took a star away as I was contacted about a promotion on trading in my car. The lady on the phone said a salesmen would be in contact but never received a call.

Amazing customer service everytime. Detailed explanations are given whenever maintenance is needed, great advice, and before we had a car from this dealership we came here for service based on positive feedback from friends. Maintenance desk crew are very friendly everytime no matter the circumstances (call out to Jordan and Meghan specifically :D) last bit when it comes to repairs honesty is their policy "this is what's wrong. If you ignore it this could happen or not or if it will cause future problems or not or if it's just a inconvenience. Our recommendation is __" unless it's something critical that could endanger you of course/will cause mvi to fail, so you really walk away with an understanding of your vehicle and its health. For me that's the best thing ever being "automobile uninformed" so, again, thanks guys for all your awesome work and service :D.

Don't ever go there to get a pre used vehicule. They will make you beleive that everything is fine with the car, that the safety inspection has been pass...just to found out 2 months later that your car is falling apart. Their answer: well we were expecting you to come exchange it after 8 months, it was not a forever car. Im so disappointed with the service i receive...never again i will get rip off by altlantic mazda moncton. Be aware people, its not because its sold from a dealer ship that it means they're honest. I've learn the hard way.

On my 4th and most likely last Mazda from this location. Great product, some of the service desk is amazing (Megan and Jordan) while others are terrible. Salesman is incredibly rude regardless of loyalty to product, some good ones ( Kevin) but if ya get stuck with a bad one your in for an awful experience.

I had leased my first car through Ron Pellerin at Atlantic Mazda and it was a great experience , very friendly and helpful... I also know Steve Fitzpatrick who started there recently and he had looked into my deal with Ron because I was getting the itch for a newer model. They realized I was going over my mileage and I took advantage of there amazing promotions and was able to get out of my lease and ended up purchasing a new model with a fresh warranty! I never write reviews, but these guys helped me out massively. I broke a shock on my mazda 3 late at night just off the highway by the dealership on my way to Halifax on Tuesday. Took my car over to their service department in the morning, they were really friendly and were in between appointments so they let me get my car in right away and had my rig all fixed up within 45 minutes.
