wished I had read the reviews first, because not only did they leave the glass rattling around in the hatch of my wagon, a piece got caught in the latch and would not let it close properly and they put the back wiper on upside down. I returned it and had them fix their mess, but by the time I drove home, the latch had broken again and the wiper fell off in the driveway, when I called to complain, the lady at the front desk told me " the age of the car" was the issue.... AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Just in town for a couple of days and our windshield needed to be replaced when we arrived. Even with the Canada Day Long Weekend, they were able to get a replacement windshield for our uncommon model of vehicle in two days and everyone else was at least a week! Thank you for booking us a courtesy car while we waited and getting us on our way quickly so we could stay on our holiday schedule!!

I found them really helpful actually - they didn't have time to reseal my leaking topper window when I popped by, so they just gave me a roll of the sealant tape (free of charge), and clear instructions on how to do it. Very happy.

Our windshield sustained major damage while driving from Kelowna to Nelson. We contacted Speedy on our cell and explained the situation and how we had to have it done within a day. Donna said 'no problem, the glass is ordered. We will need your car for about 3 hours and will give you a loaner.' Magic! we now have a brand new windshield with a lifetime warranty and can be on our way as planned. Thanks Speedy

All stores clean, vacuum and provide warrenty. Always shop lowest price, as too why Nelson is more than double the price I'll never know.
