My very reliable 2008 Prius suddenly went limp, warning lights, all the bars on the hybrid battery disappeared, no power, I couldn't believe it. Made it slowly 10 kilometres to the dealership, crawling along (thinking this will cost a fortune). From the minute I walked in, Jason in service said not to worry, they'll get right on it, relax, we've got you covered. An hour later the car was fixed for less than $150 and I was back on the road. Everyone there was kind, concerned, helpful and positive. I just moved to Nelson and this is definitely the only place I'll take my car. ( The problem - an old rag got sucked in the air intake!)

I've been back and forth here a few times and the salesmen don't seem to really care/want to sell you a vehicle, horrible at negotiating, and check their prices! even on used vehicles... its absurd what they ask for some of them... Good luck to anyone who goes out there, it's a complete waste of time.

Experience started off well with the purchase of a new 2017 Tacoma. However I realized a month or so after taking possession of the truck I was given only one key fob. I phoned the salesman and he insisted he had given me two fobs. After going back and forth for over a year on this issue Nelson Toyota decided I would have to pay retail for a new fob. These things are not cheap, $300 or so and no key option. As a local small business owner I would never question the honesty and integrity of one of my clients, especially if they had made such a large purchase with me. I would quickly take care of the issue and keep my client happy.

We were after a Camry in a specific color, options and our preference was an AWD. Happened to find the exact match at Nelson Toyota. Made contact with Derek, and he wanted to earn my business, and he did along with Kerri and the rest of the team. I almost forgot the important part, I am in Manitoba. Derek did his job on his end I did what I needed to do in Manitoba and this beautiful AWD Camry is now here in MB. Even with Covid restrictions Derek and Kerri worked to make it all come together.
