Knowingly sold me a vehicle that had failed a frame safety inspection. Seemed willing to repair the problem, but after 2 months was told it wasn't an option. They bought it back, but I'm still out 2 months insurance, the cost of a repair I had to do on an issue they'd failed to repair correctly, and the lost value on my trade in. I was not provided with a courtesy car for those 2 months. Would not buy from again.

I purchased my truck at another dealer in Kelowna, and moved to the Kootenays. I've been using Kootenay Chrysler as my new dealer and have liked what I've seen so far. The staff are friendly and have always delivered well for me. I'm hoping that they get a new building as this one is starting to feel outdated. But as far as service goes, this is the place to have your Fiat Chrysler vehicle serviced if you live in the Kootenays.

Bought my 2017 Durango here. SO bought his 2016 Dodge Caravan here then when we were in a near-fatal accident with it, they were so helpful! They offered to help negotiate with ICBC & roll any part of the loan that wasn't covered into the new van if needed. Turned around & picked a 2019 Dodge Caravan. Would definitely but from them again!

Great experience, I was chatting with Fred for a couple months in my search for a vehicle. He was very professional, kind and patient. He was also very quick to respond to emails and phone calls. I was quite picky in the process and changed my choice of vehicle a couple times but he was always willing to search around for what I was looking for and within my budget. I did not actually end up buying a vehicle from him as the exact vehicle i was looking for ended up being at a different dealership but I still appreciate the help and time Fred invested as it helped me see what was out there and get a good idea of the product and the price ranges!

The service here is incredible! I cannot emphasize this enough. In my 9 years of owning a Jeep (which I love) the one bad thing has been continuously disappointing dealership experiences. This was my first time at Kootenay Chrysler Dodge, they were recommended to me by a friend because I needed some recall work and some suspected safety issues worked on. My Jeep has 250k km on it, so it was due for a bit of an overhaul. My entire experience was great. Montana was the service rep and she was incredible. She was great at communicating and updating. She answered any questions I had about the services being performed. She helped me work around my schedule with a loaner car. Pictures were provided for every piece of equipment that was recommended to be worked on. A priority list was created of what needed to be done, and what could wait to a later date if I chose that route. I received a text update and summary after the initial explanation of work required and a complete breakdown of costs. In my experience, this is over and above what every dealership and mechanic shop has ever done. The mechanic, Matthew, also did a great job. His notes on my receipt were detailed and specific. His work seemed thorough, and he was the first mechanic that was able to identify a clunking noise I had been trying to figure out for almost 2 years. I had forgotten about it and just gotten used to it, thinking it was something to do with the rotors, and now it's finally gone. I am so happy with my interactions with everyone at this dealership, and mostly I am happy that my Jeep is back on the road and feels reliable again. Thank you.
