The staff at this location are AMAZING and very friendly!! Unfortunately our vehicle had some radiator issues and broke during our travels … so grateful it completely broke as we pulled into the Ford dealership in Creston at around 330 pm. Everyone was so helpful and had parts ordered for the next day … and then they gave us a courtesy car so we could make our way to some accommodations for the night. When I tried to thank the mechanic he said no need, that’s what were here for. Thank you everyone at this dealership … you all turned our day around!

I'm sad to say I had to change my rating. They broke my mirror and never fixed it and expected me to pay $120 for the repair. Then "fixed" my AC and it's never worked again and I've been waiting for my "call back" to fix it and when I called in it was mysteriously never reported. I can't afford to take my car there anymore. They've done nothing but break it as soon as my warranty was up. Beware.

They would take my vehicle in for emergency repairs without any appointments but if parts needs to be ordered, they would accommodate us with best schedules possible. Hello, we bought a small Kubota, an XB23S, in November 2018, delivered to us in late December 2018, and are very pleased with the excellent job it makes of the snow plowing - which is all we've been able to do with it so far - but are certainly looking forward to using the rest of the attachments when the time comes, and expect them to be equally efficient . The machine took a surprisingly long time to get here after it was ordered - we had expected much quicker delivery. We are surprised , too, that there was no follow-up after the sale. Even today - Feb 7th 2019, when we were in the office to pick up an after-market item- we were not asked how we were making out - whether we had any problems etc. - there was no conversation about it at all.We are both retired from a large equipment company - and following up on a sale was important - to the salesman and to the customer. Thanks for this opportunity to express our concerns.

Drove back from Dallas, TX on Oct 29 and was headed out to Alberta on Nov 1. I called on Monday for an appointment, not expecting much luck, but Garret was able to get me in on Tuesday am for the service. In addition to the scheduled maintenance and winter tire changeover, they found the rear brakes were worn enough to require replacement. The whole thing took only a couple of hours. Another example of the great service and attention to detail that Kokanee Ford has provided over the years I have been getting my Explorer serviced there. Brought my Kubota tractor in for servicing. Was told it could be as long as long as 10 days because of time of year (mid May) and many others had also brought their machines in. And it did take 10 days--next time I will bring it in much earlier. But service agent was polite and helpful and the services I needed were performed as requested. I did notice that grass cutting was uneven with one blade lower than the other, but I can make the adjustment.

If you go in knowing what you want, that’s what he’ll get for you. Car seems to be working well again. Only issue we had was that they replaced a part without consulting us that ended up costing 1/3 of the bill. It was quite a shock when we received the bill and it was about $200 more than expected. Would have appreciated them telling us about this before hand or asking if we wanted to do that/explain why it was necessary.
