Went there for some belt replacements. Staff was very friendly, and they offered to drop me off, and pick me up while my car was getting serviced (I'm a bit young for a courtesy vehicle and didn't want to bother asking) which was very generous of them to offer me a ride. The price was also very reasonable, I was expecting to pay a little bit more than I did. Definitely recommend their service department, they also give your car a complementary vacuum and wash.

Not only did they have the best rate in town for a hitch install, they also went out of their way and came out to the parking lot to fix a lighting problem on our car. How awesome is that? Really impressed with the service, super friendly. Will come back again.

My check engine light came on as I was half way through a 5 hour drive. I stopped into Castlegar Kia (as I have a Soul) and was helped right away. Todd at the front counter was very pleasant and helpful and Travis my mechanic was very knowledgeable and informative. I would go back in a blink if I lived here!

When it comes to service, knowledge and courtesy, I highly recommend visiting this dealership, and Brian Hawkins specifically! Although I didn't actually go through with my purchase, I will come back and seek out Brian for suggestions. I knew I had to switch from a small, two-door car to a bigger pickup, and Brian had some great insight as to brand reviews, features I didn't know I needed, and coming to a fair deal! Not his fault my trade ended up needing more work then we had originally thought! 5/5. Definitely would recommend

I am from Saskatchewan and my breaks pretty much gave out while driving to Osoyoos last week. We were almoat at Salmo and could not find a place anywhere near to get my suv looked at. From the time Jason answered the phone he was amazing. I told him the issue and he said if i could get there he would get me back on the road. Jason and his machanic who stayed late to fix my suv went over and above. I Am very pleased with the attention and customer service given from this dealership.

I was visiting family in the area and had been having car trouble for weeks, my car was under warranty but I couldn't get my local dealer to take me seriously. I called Steve at Castlegar Kia and he said to just stop by and he would take a look. Within an hour he called me to let me know that my motor was in fact going and that it was covered by my Kia warranty. He gave me a loaner car for the two weeks so I could get back to Kamloops and stay on schedule. It took two weeks to get all the parts and get the repair done. He then met me in Rock Creek, where we exchanged cars and signed the paper work. This dealer went above and beyond what would be expected to make sure my life was uninterrupted by my car issue. Thank you again to Steve Mota, Todd at the service counter, and everyone else who helped to get my car fixed and back to me. Much appreciated!
