My Dad just bought a car here, price was fair but he was dissapointed with the lack of basic customer service. When my Dad came to pick up his car they couldn't even bother to fill up the gas tank, it was darn near empty... Empty gas tanks can allow the buildup of moisture in the tank, especially during winter. I would have liked to have seen them take better care of their vehicles and at least give someone who spent $6000 on a car a full tank of gas. Bunch of penny pinchers...

We changed the tires on the jeep and it cured the vibration. Bearing and diff were inspected by a 3rd party with no problems found. And it has sold to another satisfied customer.

Used to be a decent place to buy a car. I bought a car here once and it was a predictable used car experience. No complaints but no raves either. But be careful going now - the son of the owner (Chris Bouman) is adamantly anti vaccine. Be cautious during this surge of covid cases and take precautions to protect your health!

Walter was great to deal with . I like dealing directly with the owner. No sleezy salesmanship or high pressure. I was shown all the inspections and was given a great deal. Ill definitely be back .

A family member was looking for an inexpensive fuel efficient car. Went to see chris bouman and looked at a few cars. Was there with three kids. He was patient, open and honest. Took the kids into the office to look at the fish in the aquariams there while we looked. Gave straight open and honest answers about the vehicles. Within a short time family member decided on a great condition honda accord Highly recomend this lot. You are hard pressed to find another that would show integrity and honesty like there. Will certainly recomend again and again. Very good value for the money.

After much discussion with Walter the owner and on an agreed price, I booked an inspection at a diesel dealership. Upon vehicle arrival the dealership called me to suggest Walter was coming back to pick up the van he had just dropped off as he so called "had another buyer he had forgotten about"!, and they were cash ready. Really Walter? Walter suggested I have an inspection at dealers I had never heard about or whom likley have little experience with diesels such as Midas. I had booked an inspection with a very reputable diesel shop. Was there something wrong with the truck he was worried may be disclosed?. Whatever the case our deal was not honored, Walter was not forthright in his dealing with me and I as a business owner wasted a lot of valuable time. They will never see my business.

Dear anyone looking to buy a vehicle with Bowen Motors. I bought a Dodge 3500 from them and it’s given me nothing but problems. I’ve paid 20k for this truck, and I’ve now put close to 15k into it. Days after I bought it, the radio stopped working and I brought it in and was told “there’s nothing we can do.” My alternator and my batteries burnt out next. When I bought it the front end was shaky, and eventually gave in which costed 5,000$. And now the transmission went which is another 5,000$ for just a rebuild. I want to save anyone from going through what I did, find someone who actually puts research and makes sure that the vehicle is sale worthy before selling. Do NOT buy from here.

girlfriend's car literally lit on fire and burned to a crisp after multiple "repair" attempts (aka error code resets) on the transmission. to add insult to injury they offered us the "privilege" of purchasing another car at the same price. hilarious! can also verify we are reviewing the correct company - there is a dealership across the street with the same name but they are part of the same family edit: look familiar??

I highly recommend Walter and Mike for a vehicle purchase. I was dealing on a Sprinter van that had multiple interests and they accepted my offer, and stood behind their word that they would hold the van for a day . Integrity is a big part of this business and I will certainly be back for my next purchase.
