This is what buying a car at a dealership should always be like! We visited a few times trying to decide which model would be the best for us. Quality of the cars aside (and they spoil you for anything else after an Audi test drive!), Audi Nanaimo was by far the nicest dealership we visited. Tufan is a fantastic low-pressure salesman, happy to help you find exactly what you are looking for no matter how long it takes. Once we found our car (a gorgeous Q7), Reza the sales manager was easy to deal with and the whole process was so smooth that I kept wondering why it was so much more pleasant than other dealerships! When we went to pick up our car, the team were all there to help and the few loose ends were all delivered as promised the very next week. We were also pleasantly surprised by how affordable the extras were - we got Audi roof racks and rubber mats and the prices were excellent - I was so happy we asked! This is a small dealership but everyone there is friendly, helpful, and excited to assist you in finding your perfect car!

Wow! From start to finish, my husband and I had an incredible experience at Audi Nanaimo. Our first point of contact was via email, inquiring about a used vehicle they had listed on their website, we promptly received a professional response kindly booking our test drive. Tufan Zaim met us at the door with a smile and hand sanitizer (lol-covid), he had the vehicle ready to go when we arrived, we went for a test drive, fell in love, had a fair negotiation and put down a deposit. One week later we returned to Audi Nanaimo, where we were greeted at the door by the whole team, we were escorted to the show room and presented with our new (to us) vehicle, complete with a giant bow on top! Here we were, buying a used non-Audi vehicle at an Audi dealership and we were still treated like royalty. The vehicle was completely detailed and it looked as though my 2016 Infinity was brand new! We look forward to the day we can return to Audi Nanaimo and trade in our current vehicle for a new Audi *dream* I highly recommend checking our their inventory, whether you're in the market for new or previously loved. Hands down the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.

I bought 2016 pre owned honda civic in mid of feburary and I went to buy from surrey to Nanaimo. I reached ther ein evening so I was not having enough time to inspect car throughly. these guys provided me their inspection report and saying vehicle have no issues. I bought the car and came to surrey and went for the vehicle inspection at Canadian Tire. They failed my inspection because they said my car needs new tires immediately and they have cracks and they have only 3/32nd tire tread left. I checked these guys inspection report and that stated tires have a tread of 6/3nd. which means the actual tires are worn out 30 percent more then it stated in report. I asked for compensation and they agreed to pay me $200(but never paid). I asked it is too less as new tires cost me more than $1000. I asked for 400 and at end I said atleast pay me 300. I was told that I will be contacted back but I never heard back. I messaged few times and then they replied they trust their mechanics/inspection guys. but I said its very clear the tire tread is only 3/32nd not 6/32nd. I was again promised to contact back and then when I was trying to ask for update I was told he is off work as He met with an accident. I think being an Audi Dealer its too bad for providing misleading inspection report and then not compensating for the same (jus $300). I will be attaching both the reports here with this. be aware dont go by Brand name.

I will NEVER bring my car back here. I brought it in for a simple fix, or so what they told me. They told me I needed new front & back brakes which were about 1900$+, before I agreed I called my husband and he said he would look at them. When they called me they told me that I told THEM my check engine light was on (it’s never come on before) and said I needed a new thermostat for my car. I sent my husband to pick up my car while I was at work, and they made him sign a statement saying my car was unsafe to drive. After driving it home his friend (who is a mechanic) checked it out and said I had well over 75 % life left on my front brakes and 50% on my rear. I brought my car there for a servicing in October 2017 and they told me my brakes were like new, I’ve only put 10,000km on my car since then so doesn’t make sense how I would of used all my brakes. My whole bill in total would of been 4500$, if I didn’t trust my gut instinct they would of ripped me off.

Asked for an estimate for service, needed a part replaced that I had deduced was faulty. Estimate came back at 316.43 for the job I requested, plus possibly 278$ extra, in case they need to diagnose the problem as they haven't seen the car. I responded that I had spent hours doing diagnosis, and felt competent in my ability to analyze the situation so I would like the part replaced(turn signal switch), and to remove the extra hours and please send me a revised quote. If it turned out it still needed work, we could talk then. I didn't get a reply back for over 24 hours(in which it was said they wouldn't actually take the possible time off the estimate as requested). In the end I was contacted by the head of the service department, who apologized and said that their usual policy is to do the job as requested but not guarantee it will work, which is reasonable and what I expected, but it was a little late, as I had already taken the job elsewhere. The person who gave me the quote was informed of proper procedure for next time.

I was interested in Audi tts and was lucky enough to find one in Nanaimo. I had a few questions about the car bc it came from Ontario. My questions were promptly answered and documentation provided by the manger Adams. I felt my questions were throughly answered and I took a ferry from Vancouver to see the car. I was picked up by Chris and we then took a test drive of the car. Chris was eager to show me the car and was very informative. The test drive was at least 30 mins. I went to another Audi dealership and it was only ten minutes. Negotiating the final price of the car took a bit of time but in the end I felt it was fair. If your a novice negotiator I would recommend bringing someone who is more experienced with negotiations. Before leaving the dealership with my new car I got a very thorough review with Tufan. He also said if I had any questions to reach him. At the end of the day I love my new car and am happy I made the trip to Audi Nanaimo.

Drove from Comox to Nanaimo for annual service but was never asked for a loaner car or ride to anywhere while I waited. They have a nice coffee machine but don’t ask if you’d like a cup. Used Audi vehicles for sale in their lot have broken/fogged up headlights (you’d think the dealer could easily replace parts). Overall a decent experience but nothing special. I would just go to the Victoria dealership again instead for a better experience.

Purchased a vehicle sight unseen from provided pictures only, was asked for a non-refundable deposit but the dealership failed to disclose body damage to a vehicle ever throughout the entire buying process. Arrived in Nanaimo from Vancouver excited to pick up my vehicle, discovered the damage, confronted my Sales rep Denis Kirk about it who was annoyed with a question, shrugged it off and walked away saying that I was not buying a brand new vehicle. A transparent and good business approach would have been to disclose the body damage to a vehicle from the beginning for me to make an educated decision on whether or not I would be interested in pursuing a purchase. Overall, the worst and very disappointing car purchase customer service experience ever and I have purchased 10+ vehicles in my lifetime thus far.

I called them because my Audi key battery was almost dead, and Denis told me to come in and he took the time to help me figure out how to replace the battery, and showed me how to use the mechanical locks as well. Probably will get my next Audi from these folks. :)

Don't go there! You would rather drive further to go to the dealership in Vic. They have some turnovers .Now they have some unfriendly service advisor, that female one sometimes even spoke in a threatening tone! We shouldn't trust them with the vehicle!

For years I had great service from Audi Victoria and had all my regular maintenance done there. When this dealership opened I was excited to have a local dealership for maintenance at the professional level I had come to expect from Audi. My first poor experience with this dealership was when I received a recall from Audi Canada for the air bags, I called to make an appointment for the repairs and was told that there was no stock of the required part and that they would call me back in when they received them (about a week). Several weeks went by without a call, so I called back and got the same response. This went on for months, finally, I called Audi Canada to complain because I couldn’t get a response from anyone in the service department. The pleasant Audi Canada rep helped me get the attention of the service manager and I was scheduled in for my recall maintenance suspiciously quickly. During this visit, my car was also up for an new timing belt. During the maintenance more “critical” work was found which seemed reasonable, so I agreed. On my way to pick up my car after all the work was done I got a call from Audi saying that my battery was found to be completely dead, the car could not be started and the car could not be driven home without replacing the battery. However, I had replaced the battery less than twelve months prior so I declined the new battery and asked that the car was jumped so I could drive it home and charge it myself. When I got home I shut the car off and attempted to start the car, it started right away. Since that day I have never put the car on charge or had to replace the battery. Figuring that it was a one-off mistake I brought my car back for some other work several months later. After the car was there for three days for a one day job again more “critical” work was found and again it seemed reasonable so I reluctantly accepted. On my way to pick up the car I received a phone call from the dealership informing me that my car’s heat didn’t work and that the heater core would need to be replaced and “would I like to leave it and extra day for replacement?”. Knowing that before I brought the car in my heat worked and it worked well I declined the further maintenance and I asked that the manager call me to discuss as there must have been some damage As they were working on coolant system components. I was told he would follow up the next day. When I got home I had a look under the hood, I noticed that the front marker light had been punched in (which was certainly not that way when I brought it in) and the plastic cover for the engine was loose and jarred. Several days later (after not receiving a call from the manager) I called Audi to complain, I was asked to bring the car back so they could “investigate”. When I came to pick up the car they were adamant that the heater core needed to be replaced and there was no evidence to suggest that the marker was broken by the staff. As for the loose and jarred engine cover I was told “well, the car IS 12 years old, plastic gets brittle”. The worst part of this particular visit was that before I could leave with my car I had to sign a release because my car was leaking so much oil that it probably wouldn’t make it home and was told by the rep that he didn’t know how much money is worth putting into a car that old (12 years, so much for buying quality) and that he would have a sales rep contact me about looking at a new model. I signed the release, asked that the manager call me, and left. Since that day until my next scheduled oil change (someplace else) I did not need to add a drop of oil, I magically fixed the airlock in my heater core in under half an hour no replacement necessary, AND I properly secured the engine cover with a small amount of effort; oh and I still haven’t heard from the service manager or the sales rep. Perhaps they are great when bringing in a new car, but beware about your “old” cars. Needless to say we bought our new car somwhere else and “old” Audi is running great.

I recently purchased a beautiful Ford Escape from Audi Nanaimo and it was an amazing experience! This was my first journey into financing and owning a newer vehicle so I was quite nervous diving into the unknown ! When I came to Audi I was beyond comfortable. I had this idea that there would be a lot of pressure from the sales team and I would be overwhelmed but this was NOT the case at all. All of the staff made it a very calm and enjoyable experience. They were knowledgeable, super friendly and the environment was very laid back. When we were talking details they answered all my questions perfectly and worked with my budget to find the right plan for me. I took some time to make my final decision and they were respectful with giving the space I needed to do so. The price of my vehicle was fantastic and they also had it detailed, polished and a full tank of gas the day I arrived ! There was even a big beautiful bow on top! Truly above and beyond.
