Immensely impressed by the exceptional customer service at World Cars Hyundai. While driving from Southern Ontario to BC I needed emergency service on my car. The staff at Hyundai not only agreed to have a look at my car without an appointment, but made the repairs on their lunch break!! As if that wasn't enough, the staff allowed both my dogs in the building while repairs were being completed and providing them with treats, water, and affection while we waited for service. NEVER in my life experienced such phenomenal customer service anywhere! Thank you so much World Cars Hyundai for ensuring my family and I get across the country safely! Your kindness and amazing customer service is greatly appreciated.

Took almost 2 hours for me to get my oil changed with a scheduled appointment. Bought my vehicle here a couple months ago and they gave me a broken fob. When I took it on to get fixed they expected me to buy a New one and pay t have it programmed. Totalling around $200. At least they have a play centre for children, although not very clean.

Great care taken of my SUV, I had a weird problem after towing a trailer and they knew just what the problem was. Even diagnosed a problem with the rear links just by driving it into the repair bay. My '15 Sorento is like new again.

Promised me I would be able to get their shuttle right away when I dropped off my car. They had done this before so I should not have been surprised by their lack on honesty. Dropped off my vehicle only to be told the shuttle was out on a run. The woman working called the driver. I asked how long the driver would be. Without ever glancing at me she said "10 or 15 minutes probably 15. I told them that this one of the reasons I had stopped coming here. So now I have gone from the shuttle will be here when you get here to 15 mins before the shuttle is here. I went to wait outside, tired of their BS and was getting worried I would be late for work. Here is the straw that broke the camel's back... The couple that pulled in AFTER me came outside from service. The lady told me that someone from the garage was driving them so they didn't have to wait. I watched as a World Cars vehicle and driver stopped in in front of the building, they got in and rode away as I stood there waiting for mine. The signs could not have been any clearer. Some customers matter some don't. ???? I managed to get a friend come pick me up and drive me to work.

Nice staff, but if you are getting a new vehicle and depending on the warranty, look into another dealership. I brought my Sante Fe in 2 times for the same issue, and was told the first time it was because i changed one tire and not all of them (okay, makes sense). The second time i was told there was nothing wrong even though it was the same issue. I brought it in a third time (with the warranty up) and suddenly there was $1400 dollars worth of problems, and some pretty major problems (not what I wanted to hear driving with a newborn). Even when i stated my past visits for the same reasons (and i have the documentation in my vehicle), it was dismissed and seemed to be passively ignored. I am not a confrontational person but I said twice to associate i brought my car in for the same issue before already. All my family deals with Hyandai, but i most like;y won't be dealing with them anymore. It is unfortunate because I was actually in the marked to get a bigger vehicle/SUV, will obviously not be going to World Cars Hyundai in SSM.

Great people and service! I helped my elderly father buyout the lease of his Hyundai Elantra. The paperwork is not as simple as you would think between the Hyundai Finance, the Dealership, insurance and the government licensing... Anyway, the business manager (Mark) made it easy for us! If one is in need of a used or brand new vehicle ,there is only 1 place to go,,and that is to World Cars on Trunk Rd..I give it a 5/5 .I would give it a 6 but there only 5 stars. I would give Mark and Brad a 5 as well..You do not leave there with questions,,they show or tell you every thing you need to know before you leave.When a customer is looking at a certain vehicle,,they do not try to sell you something more expensive..It is a win /win deal for all...A special thanks goes out to Mark and B rad,,,good work fellas....
