I wouldn’t recommend ANYBODY purchasing a car from this dealership. The service I received is TERRIBLE and I am only seeing it now. I had went here to purchase my first vehicle back in September, which was a 2016 BMW 228i xDrive. When I test drove the car there was a whistling coming from the right Side, I returned the car to the dealer ship and notified one of the dealers named Brian. He has assured me that upon taking the car into service that the sound would be taken care of and it was no issue so I went alone with the purchase trusting his word. A week later the car was brought to the dealer ship for me to pick up, the sound was gone! So I felt confident in my purchase. Within 48 hours the sound had returned and I was furious so instead of driving all the way back to Kitchener seeing how I live in Toronto I brought the car to BMW mind you the car is only at 30,000km so still under warranty. Upon doing so I was told that my issue was a brake issue so I figured it’s okay maybe I can deal with this myself so I went out of my way to purchase new brakes and pads paid for them to get installed everything. The sound never went away so I waited a few weeks before going back to BMW again and when I finally did wow, they mapped out a world of damage the car has that was not at all brought to my knowledge upon purchase, from a damaged brake shield, damaged shoe brake, damaged wheel bearing, sprayed parts that don’t belong under the car etc, the list goes on. Now the issue is the car was sent back to BMW for one week prior to me owning it so this is all information that Theo motors was aware of but chose to hide from me. So now I’m stuck in a finance option with a car that probably won’t last me much longer and this is all due to being lied to upon purchasing my vehicle. I’d never ever recommend anybody purchasing a vehicle from this place.

I purchased a car from this dealership and I wish I had selected a different place to purchase from in hindsight. There was a particular car I was interested in, which was listed as coming with all season tires on the website. It felt as though the moment I made my purchase, the issues came up. The salesperson said they were mistaken on the listing and the car actually comes with only a set of winter tires and I would need to purchase new all season tires (which I thought was odd since every dealership I went to had standard summer or all season tires on vehicles they sold). I never got the chance to use the winter tires that came with the car as it was spring at that time, and by the winter season when I tried to put them on it turned out they were not usable (all with significant wear, one more so than the other 3 making them unbalanced), and had to buy an entire new set of winter tires too. They charged a mandatory $500 detailing fee with purchase, and because I needed the car immediately and lived out of town (didn't have time to wait for them to fit me into their detailing schedule), I was told I could schedule an appointment and bring it back to be detailed at a later time. To this day, I still have not received the detailing I paid for, and all my inquiries regarding this have not been responded to. Feels like I spent $500 for nothing, which really disappoints me since it feels like the service was great until I paid and then the salesperson lost all care/interest. I genuinely like the car, but the poor customer service and the bait and switch on the tires and the detailing charges without receiving the actual service made this a less than ideal experience.

Best car buying experience ever! I worked with Brian to buy a 2017 Subaru WRX STI. Brian and the service department worked hard to get the car ready for delivery, get me a good financing rate and cleaned/detailed the car to perfection. The car needed to be taken to Subaru and get a Blind Spot Detection issue fixed. Brian communicated great with me over text the entire time and personally saw that the car was ready as fast as possible. Brian also worked with all my odd requests including using my existing license plates travelling from way out of town. I have never had a more enjoyable car buying experience in my life. I bought a great used car here a couple years ago. It's still running perfectly. There was a minor unexpected problem with the car when I first bought it and they addressed it promptly. The salesperson was helpful and didn't try to upsell me since I knew what I wanted. The person handling the paperwork struggled a bit to speak directly to me. (I'm a woman and I'd brought a male friend who was more knowledgeable about cars. When he kept speaking to my friend, both of us reminded him that I was the one buying the car and paying for it but he still kept looking at my friend.) I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them again.
