Chad gill is terrible at his job and the customer service I received was terrible. On top of that when they showed me the vehicle one of their employees was driving it like it was his own plated and everything. Definitely do not buy a vehicle from these people.

Changed my review from a 5 star in Jan of 2019, to a 2 star in July 2020. The vehicle I purchased required new front break pads and rotors, replace right front brake caliper AND replace rear brake pads and rotors 9 months later on Nov 19 2019. set me back $1264 on top of what I paid for the car which was approx $10,600. Also remember to opt out of some anti theft fee of $299. It is unnecessary, if your car gets stolen your insurance should cover it, not Lakeshore auto . I purchased a new car recently and realized I should update this review. No ill feelings, I am just sharing the facts.

Absolutely stellar Auto Shop and Supplier. Dave is so kind and did so much for me to get me an exceptional car. Even drove it to my house with my work schedule so that I could give it a test drive. Gave me an amazing rate for payments and is for everyone and treated me like a human not a number. I will be going to the shop for every service needed and cannot recommend the business enough, 10/5 stars!

Went to go look at a small car and test drive it. Talked to the manager (Chad Gill) to have him pull it out of an awkward spot; the manager got in over revved the car to get it over a curb to get it on the road instead of moving some cars. The manager bottomed out the car on the curb and dented the bottom side of the car wrecking a car that I was highly interested and no oil in the vehicle and said he didn't care. Week took the car for a drive and pointed out some flaws asking if there was anyway he could lower the price and insisted that was the price and if i don't like it go find some other car. He doesn't care about the customers or the vehicle's he has on his lot. Highly recommend not to buy anything from this so called dealership.

We have purchased our last 4 vehicles at Lakeshore all Makes and Models and they have been very good to deal with. I had a situation where I had a problem with my last car that I purchased and they were very quick to assist me with the issue. Chad, Dave and Jason have always been very good to me even after I have purchased a car there has been very positive follow up and service after the fact. There are always some doubt with used car sale people but I assure you that with these three guys there is no pressure and they are very honest and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new vehicle I recommend you visit these guys.

They make promises they don’t keep they lie about your car until u make the purchase then they don’t follow through with conditions of your contract they are scammers. DO NOT TRUST THEM I’ve purchased 2 cars from them and they treat me like Im nothing not a costumer still even to the point when I raised an issue about my problems they got mad and raised They tone to the point I felt uncomfortable so I left thanks even the manager won’t help me. its been over a month they continue to make empty promises just so ill remove this review.
