Updated July 2020: Time and again the management and staff exceeded our expectations when it came to vehicle servicing in the past couple of months. My spouse was pulled out of retirement to help out in the health care field and needed her vehicle to commute. We had issues with the car but Guay’s, with the understanding of her predicament, were able to address those issues in a speedy and efficient manner. Kudos to them, we are very grateful and appreciative. ———————— The mark of any good business is how it deals with its' customers when those same people have a problem(s) with their new/new-to-them product. The management and staff at Guay's are professional and courteous, and go above and beyond to help out their customers. Duly noted, and another reason why my spouse and I continue to bring our business here.

I have nothing but good things to say about Guay's whether it is shopping for a vehicle, or bringing it in for servicing. Do not trust these guys with your car. We got embarassing repairs done to my car over the past few years. We found rags used to tie off stripped nuts. Those rags got caught in other parts so that was thoughtful of Guay's mechanics. We went in for break pad change and they somehow broke the fuel gage. We stopped in to check on the tire bearings and they broke the hatchback door. Useless service.

Jim was excellent. I give him 5 stars. But whoever prepared the truck different story. I asked for a tonneau cover on the truck, When I took it of the stake covers were missing on a couple of areas. Plus when I opened the tailgate. The cover fell off. There was hay all under the box liner.
