Friendly service, large selection of used cars for sale. If they don't have what you need, you'd have to visit several times, as the inventory changes. As soon as you pull up to their lot, you see other customers browsing the vehicles which is a good sign. They will get you the car and a deal if you are willing to compromise on a few things, like higher mileage or partially re-painted cars. Our Accord is still running fine and when we got it, I was fully aware that the car was partially re-painted for some reason, even tho "Carfax reported no collision on the VIN. Make sure you do your homework before showing up here, or bring a seasoned car buyer / mechanically inclined person with you. Once you made up your mind on a vehicle, ask them to document everything it needs fixing on the bill of sale. My Accord needed an AC compressor, new brakes and some front end parts for safety.

Selling cars with fake safety stickers. Putting people at risk on the road. What a shame. Thought we were getting a deal but no $2,000 later after finding out the car wasn't working properly took it to a second mechanic near our house and discovered that the safety sticker was fake. I wonder what else is fake on this car

Save yourself the future stress and buy your car ANYWHERE but here. purchased my first vehicle in June of 2019 and have had endless problems to this day. began with my car dying in the middle of the road on the first day of purchase, wouldn't take a boost, not even allowing me to close the windows/sunroof and it rained that night???? to a $500-$2000 engine light fix (02 sensor), to just over $3000 spent trying to fix a "clunk" in the front end - replaced numerous components of the suspension only to discover it was a loose bolt in the subframe, I assume wasn't tightened properly after the repairs of the accident prior to my ownership. I've held out quite awhile writing this review as I've had this "clunk" since the day of purchase and wanted to know the cause of the problem before writing a review, problem was finally resolved after over a year of persistence and a lot of wasted money. I could go on forever with the awful experience on how it took over a week to have the car ready when it just needed 2 tires and a safety, a detail was never even done due to me needed the car for work and not being able to wait another week, they drilled new holes into my vehicle for the license plate because the old ones were rusted in. This place is quite awful, the customer service was great until my car died and the salesman began blaming me for leaving a light on even though this was not the case, my car was unable to take a boost because it "safety locked itself " after a failed attempt too many times... like what?? The battery in my FOB was dead and there was no back up fob or battery. Worst experience of my life and I would never recommend these people to anyone and will continue to share my experience with everyone I encounter. - I've also included a photo of my bill of sale clearly stating "cars in lobo" so you are unable to dismiss this review as "the wrong place"

I just traded my 2012 Ford Focus SE for a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan Crew. The experience was great :) I worked with Johnny who was very friendly, never pressure saled me, and made the process a breeze. I got the best possible trade in value for my car. He was forth coming about my van's history and let me see it on paper for me to read before making decisions. The van was detailed, certified, super clean I thought it was new, and in excellent condition :) I'll be sure to come back when I need a new vehicle. I recommend these guys!

I had an unpleasant experience buying a car from this dealership. They promised to get my car ready by Tuesday, but I was only able to collect it on Friday after chasing them with calls! They promised to do chemical bath and oil spray for rust protection (was part of the deal), and when I collected the car they claimed they did, but when my mechanic checked the car afterwards, he didnt find any trace for oil! I got the car with almost empty fuel tank, and asked them for mats but they just said no!

I don't usually do this. Other friends of mine from the area (Lobo) told me that dealership was not a reputable one. I thought I would give them a go and call to inquire about prices and cars. I was very disappointed with the sales rep who I just talked to. I inquired about some of the cars and if the ones I was looking at had any accidents. He responded with, " most used cars have had accidents and if you want a car without an accident go and buy yourself a new car." This is about the 30th car dealership I have connected with and his "opinion" has not been the case. They have lost my business and I they need to work on their customer service. It is not worth the drive. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

Don't like to leave negative reviews but feel this is warranted. Bought a 2003 Corolla last week from these guys for $4400 certified. Today I had it scheduled at toyota town for oil change, interior detailing and a 55 point inspection. I booked the inspection as a standard of mine when buying used certified vehicles just to ensure there isn't anything major wrong or anything missed during safety. I got a call this morning from Toyota and they advised me they stopped the inspection and weren't going through with the other work I requested. The floor of the vehicle has holes and the overall under body is compromised. Also one of the tires had a rip in the tread. All of these items are part of the safety standard check. Toyotas report indicates the car is unsafe to drive. Toyota advised me to return the vehicle and get money back or the dealer would have huge problems. I did this and the money was returned. I'm pretty confident that it was only returned because they got caught. The way the dealer handled the situation is what is concerning. Instead of owning the mistake he made excuses and then informed me that he had another buyer anyway. Also retained $200 for plates and licensing which is fine but shows what kind of businessmen and people they are. No honor. Not one apology. If they had been apologetic and not kept the $200 for licensing I may have looked at another one of their vehicles although would be hard to trust them after such oversight. Overall just beware. I recommend a follow up inspection with a reputable dealership when buying any used vehicle and thank God I did. I also filed a complaint with the ministry with the hope that this vehicle isn't sold again with a faulty safety inspection. Your response below is hilarious. You're a snake plain and simple.

So rude! Called about a price on a car today and man on phone sounded annoyed & said price with safety or without? I said both. He said 4 grand without, 1500 more for a safety. I said ok what does the car need? (for 1500$) He sarcastically said ‘my time!’ and went on to say his time was very valuable. I said ‘so is mine’ and hung up. Jerk! Bought a vehicle and after 3 weeks it overheated on my way home from work. I called them up and was told to bring it in and they would have they would take a look at it. The Mechanic worked on it until he was satisfied that it was in good working order. He was awesome, he walked me through the entire repair and what he did. The Manager was great at getting the vehicle in and getting it looked at right away. My only complaint was the lack of communication between the original salesman and us about the vehicle, and the attitude we received from him. Other than that a great place to buy a vehicle. And if you need a mechanic you should check it out too.

I have purchased my 2009 Honda Civic from cars in lobo. 2 days after purchase i noticed a noise coming from the wheels. I took it back to the dealership. They said that the issue is part of the safety warranty. They replaced the part, and the mechanic nia was completely honest with me. Took the car for drive, the noise disappeared. I did not get charged for the job. my car runs and drives amazing now.

We went to see the white 2010 Volkswagen GTI; When we arrived, the young gentleman didn't even stand up to greet us and just sat behind his computer scrolling. He didn't take a copy of our license before our test drive, and when we came back to inspect around the car, we found that the trunk rear hatch was broken, so the trunk would just slam down. We brought it up and he responded with "yeah I know".. except did not mention this when asking if there was anything we needed to know about the car. When we asked if it would be fixed, he responded with "it is not something required for safety". The vibe all around felt very unprofessional, and we decided to buy the exact same car from a different car dealership.

Got a honda odyssey minivan from here have had it for a month and a bit and put about 4,000 km on and it's been a great vehicle so far. The guys treated us well and gave us a good deal. Friendly staff that are helpful and easy to talk with. Only down side was the van smelt like smoke and they said they where going to put a product in it to take out the smoke smell and I think they forgot but it is clearing up slowly on it's own.

“It’s not part of a safety”. These are the words you’re going to hear if you buy a car from this dealership and either something isn’t up to the standard you requested or something unexpected creeps up that didn’t present itself at the time of test drive. My advice is do not fully purchase the car until you have done a triple check on everything requested to be done, and then do it again, and then once more. Check literally everything, gas cap, hood shocks, ignition, every button in the car, seat recline, cup holders....does every latch work are all the wheel nuts present? A goodwill warranty of 30 days is given on all cars sold. Sounds good right? You’d assume if anything goes wrong they’ll be there to help. You’d be incorrect...it simply covers safety related issues....and to the best of my knowledge safety related items have to at least be good for that amount of time through the MTO. Most of us take for granted when we ask for something and we get an affirmative response it will be done...do not under any circumstance make this assumption. If you ask a question and you’re provided with an evasive answer assume it’s negative to you as a buyer & bad news. as an example “are you aware if the timing belt has been done?” If the answer you get is “I have no idea but the car runs fine, no ticks etc etc” DO NOT BUY YET!!! A more appropriate response would be “I’m not sure but I can check if it was dealer serviced” Assume anything unknown has never been done...always, always, always. Moe whom I believe is the owner seems to be the reasonable one there. Johnny I think runs the day to day and Jeremy is the salesman. Deal with Moe if at all possible or keep looking at other cars at other dealerships. These guys, like all car salesman, are trying to make money. This means using cheap parts to replace things that need replacing, fixing the bare minimum to ensure maximum profits and not fully disclosing any and all issues. It’s you who has the responsibility of making sure the car you buy is up to your standards and that you’ve had it checked by an independent mechanic. Used car salesman aren’t your friend, don’t have your best interests at heart and certainly aren’t going to be completely transparent about the car they’re tryIng to sell. They have a guy on site who does little jobs that isn’t even a licensed mechanic. No different than you fixing your brakes in your driveway right? Except you’ve accepted the risk that you aren’t a mechanic...not buying a car from a reputable dealership. I’m expecting a reply to this to the effect of “Please contact us and let’s see if we can resolve the issues” in order to save face in this public forum setting. Believe me I’ve already been down that path and heard the dreaded line “It’s not part of a safety”

Just an update to the below: Johnny reached out to me and advised that he will be more than happy to help with the cost of repairing/replacing the windshield side moulding. I am going to order the parts and send him the receipt and we will work out a deal to pay for it. Appreciate their follow up. Drove in all the way from Hamilton as they had the car that I really wanted: a 2013 Acura TSX (the last model made). Car was great and they were able to get it ready for me very quickly. I thought I got a good deal but when I took it to work the next day, the side molding on the passenger side windshield started popping off. Then I noticed the one on the driver side was lose too. I pushed it back into place but every time I'd take it to and from work, it would pop back out. Specially when driving on the highway it is popping like halfway out and I am worried that it is going to go flying causing me to either go look for it or get a new one. Anyways, after the second day I called the dealer and the guy that sold it to me, Johnny, made 100 excuses, got rowdy, and said that it was probably my kids that vandalized it! Didn't offer anything, not even an apology. I spent a lot of money on the car and was very upset when this happened the very first day that I took it out. Now I gotta figure out how to glue it back in place or take it to a local mechanic. Just another issue I get to deal with.

The car was immaculate when I picked it up, new mats, and I was given money to fill the tank because of time limits. They sold me a car with a false safety and i have the paperwork to prove this. when i called them they said the car was fine when it left the lot and gave me a hard time about it.
