I dont even know how to find the perfect words to explain how incredible Paul was!! I found a car online the night before I started back to work as a hairstylist after covid. In other terms, ridiculously busy and long days for a while ahead of me, which was a huge problem in making time to come in from london during operating hours. Paul did everything and went out of his way for me. Coming down to my work for me to test drive for the only 5 minutes I had (he knew this and still drove to london and back just so I could). He was patient, waiting hours, sometimes the next day for me to send back information (cuz he was so understanding knowing how busy my days were). Even more, but too much to write. And then he came down to bring me my car, new plates and sticker, everything just ready for me. Went out of his way numerous times to make this possible for me. Just wished I had time to actually sat and talked with him during the process. Great guy! Not pushy at all which was amazing! And clearly cares about people. My car was delivered with the air conditioning off!! (I mentioned it in our 5 minute test drive briefly! Lol) This is a long post, but considering I didnt even get time to shake his hand and thank him personally because I was in the middle of a haircut lol, I just have so much to say! Thanks again Paul for all your hard work and being so patient and kind!

My first car I bought was privately owned so this was a completely new experience for me, but every step of the way 519 cars had my back! Every question or concern I raised (as I had pretty much zero background knowledge in purchasing a car) was met with prompt, polite and professional answers from Mustafa who made me feel welcome in their establishment and helped me learn as well. I definitely would recommend buying any type of vehicle as you will not be disappointed with your purchase or the customer service you receive. 10/10 would recommend.
