Great place to get service, parts or a new vehicle. Service and parts are very knowledgeable. They are always friendly and try to help you out as much as possible. If they don't know the answer they will book you in to the techs and get everything sorted out. The sales team is fantastic they always have he answer to my questions and if they don't off the top of their heads they find out in a timely manner. They give you all the information and let you make your decision on if you shoukd get a vehicle or not. They don't pressure you or push. I have never once been hounded with phone calls because I didn't buy somthing that day. And once you do buy they call randomly (once or twice a year) just to see how things are going and if there is anything they can do to make your vehicle or experience better. I will always go talk to them with all of my Toyota needs.

They have practically spit in my face in a nice and polite manner, stating that my car for trade-in worth half the price that it can be bought at other places. (Actually 6000 less because there is a crack on the windshield.) Plus they are making money on the car I wanted to buy, so they were trying to rip me off earning double profit. Do some research on your vehicle before going there and asking for a trade-in price, or else they will rob you!

Worst service centre. Do not take your car there. I brought it there for a safety on a 1 year old certified pre owned Toyota vehicle with 30 000 km that I bought from Birchwood Toyota in Winnipeg. They told me I needed new brake pads and rotors because I had rust on my rotors. I didn’t drive my car for 3 weeks while I was in classes and could walk to work. It was really wet and slushy in the spring there was a bit of surface rust. My first drive in weeks was to the service centre so of course I had surface rust. The metal is exposed to the elements. I got the new rotors because I didn’t care to argue and within a week.... guess what. They were rusted on the surface after being parked outside in the conditions..... I also need the well known “wheel alignment” but the service manager never gave me the sheet showing the specs. He just charged me for it without showing me any of the tests. Next time I brought it to them for an oil change. They unplugged my dash cam during the service. They didn’t have signage saying no dash cams and told me it was on my service slip to approve the work but I didn’t sign that until after the service. They didn’t plug it back in after they were done and didn’t tell me they unplugged it either. The following week I got in an accident and didn’t get the footage because somehow my dash cam was not plugged in. I called them back and they blamed me for not knowing the privacy laws and for not noticing it myself. They said they would send me the laws and their policies but never did. The shadiest service centre in town. Poor management as well. I wrote my car off with the dash cam and was gonna get a new Prius but walked straight across the street and bought a Honda after that situation. If you just would handled the situation better your dealership would have got my business. I won’t be back. I might buy a Toyota again in the future, but never from this dealership. Thanks MJ Toyota for wasting my time and money.

Immensely disappointed. I went in after reading the reviews and test drove a vehicle. Went through the whole application for a pre approval and never heard a peep from anyone within the time frame specified by the finance department. A few days later I called back and spoke with finance manager and found out thata large portion of thequestions I had answered during my test drive were somehow missing. So I answered them all over again and was again promised a call back in a day or two. February 2nd, 2018 will be two weeks of pure silence from their end. Not impressed and extremely disappointed. Update:I contacted the company this morning and had a talk with them and the gentleman was extremely apologetic and friendly. Apologized profusely and I look forward to doing business with them soon!

My wife and I worked with Dan O. to purchase a 2020 Highlander this spring. Being that we live an hour away from MJ, the majority of the dealing was done via email and phone. Dan was excellent to work with and always prompt to reply to our questions and concerns. He located the vehicle with the exact trim and color that we wanted and had it at the dealership and ready to go for us very quickly. The purchase process with his finance team was smooth and he even assisted us in getting my wife's plates swapped over with an SGI broker in town. The 8000km service was just completed and Taylor Toyota covered the cost, and even washed the SUV for us before we picked it up, Awesome! we will definitely be buying another vehicle from Dan and team in the future!

Where should I start. If you are the kind of person who doesn't like shopping for a new vehicle, well, I'm that kind of person as well. That being said, this was a complete and unique experience. Let me provide you with a Reader's Digest like story... It all started by sending a "request for information" and one of the sales advisor contacted me the next day. Straight through the "in person" meeting, this gentleman was great to deal with. Mike Eason is his name. A gem of a sales person. I went directly to the branch after several email exchange. I felt comfortable throughout, Mike was always available for any questions I had (phone or text messages). Did a great test drive where all of the capabilities of the new vehicle were explained in detail. I had the opportunity to meet with the General Manager Cody Connatty. Great bunch of guys, lots of exchanges and questions asked and answered. It made me feel more comfortable at making the big decision than just the "Hey welcome, here is the vehicle, test drive this. Oh by the way, 100 other people are interested in this vehicle" speech. Have you ever been to a dealership where the business has the sales advisor's cell phone number for direct contact? Well this was a first for me. The day I returned to purchase, Mike was right there, on a Saturday. I was actually surprised to be honest. All of them were in there, doing business like any other week days. Had a great time with the business manager Jaffery Syed as well. Then went on to sign more paperwork and I thought I would be on my way. Boy oh boy did I get surprised. Mike had so much attention to detail, the kind of service I never got before. Mike ran through the entire vehicle diagnostic again, through the entire vehicle capabilities, through the new technology. Mike even added some quick "pins" to the owner's manual for the most used sections... talk about attention to detail and service provided. I even had a vehicle, running and waiting for me to drive to the local insurance branch to swap the plates (which I didn't need but thanked the team for this kind of work). Before leaving, I had a grand tour of the entire building and ended up feeling already familiar with the location and place. Craftsmanship lives right there. Oh, did I say that at no given time I felt any sort of pressure to purchase? Well allow me to. No pressure whatsoever. Now if someone was to ask me: would you recommend this dealership and this great group of guys and gals? Absolutely 100%. I would recommend this dealership to a friend. If I could score this dealership 10/5 I would, but I can only go by what I can get from Google. So here it is. If you want great customer service, attention to detail and a team that cares as much about you and selling the vehicle comes way down the list, do yourself a favor and go meet the team at Moose Jaw Toyota. You won't regret it. Go say Hi to Mike, Cody and Jaffery, they are quite approachable and are always happy to assist. If this review can make a family or anyone feel comfortable about buying a vehicle from them, well, my job is done and that makes me happy.

I took them a working vehicle with a slight oil leak to diagnose. I received a vehicle with no gear selector on the dash, no reverse lights, and a flashing 4-LO, check engine, and traction control lights on the dash. They didn't have any solution other than look at it myself and book another appointment if I couldn't fix it. I posted this review, they accused me of lying and phoned around to other shops that had seen my vehicle in an attempt to catch me in a lie. Do you want to do business with people like that? Edit for owner's response: - See the incredibly immature response from the dealership owner below. - This behavior lost them my business. A few months after this incident I purchased a new vehicle from a competitor. Quite an expensive mistake on MJ Toyota's part.

I had to ask someone to drive me to MooseJaw and then we had a flat tire 50km away from the town. Well.... after over a year of looking at toyota products and different dealerships,we finally settled on taylor Toyota moosejaw. We have been other brand owners for years. Since the phone can call I made to this dealer.... Dan was my initial contact, we have never looked back on the purchase and decision we made. We were treated well and very professionally. We have now gone thru our first service and inspection on our 2020 tacoma. Dan.... first and foremost, Jaffrey, Brian, Murray.....and all the staff from washbay to front counter have made our experience having a toyota well worth it. They have not let us down and made the customer experience at Moosejaw Taylor Toyota a wonderful transition into the Toyota family. People say good comes to those that wait....... this was one of those good things. We look forward to any future purchases we make with Toyota...... thankfully due to the fact of this great dealership. Buying a vehicle at Moose Jaw Toyota was honestly the most excellent experience I’ve ever had in buying a vehicle.. The salesman Emerson Arandia was knowledgeable and great to work with, He is always available for follow up questions regarding the car, anytime I call or message him I will always get the correct information. He even delivered my 2020 Toyota Corolla Hatchback here in Kindersley, Saskatchewan which is a 3-4 hours drive from Moose Jaw. We really appreciate that Emerson. Newly renovated workplace. Customer service was on point every visit. I would also like to thank Cody, Dan, Jeff and Ed for being such a friendly and a superior team to help out and make the purchasing experience a peace of mind. Recently purchased a new rav4 XLE 2020 from Moose Jaw toyota and the experience by far has been awesome. Customer services were on point and lots of friendly good advices throughout. They stand by their product and if you find something is confusing or missing, they are willing to fix and make sure you get the full package of the deal by no questions. I strongly recommend Moose Jaw toyota to everyone who are interested. The suv itself has been a smooth drive everyday by far. The interior looks great and although not luxury at my trim, but it is what I paid for.

Service team does not provide a proper maintenance at the same time they do not have a professional manner. Thank you for your return. hopefully next time you can work really for the wheel alignment. I checked with Regina Toyota that you have never done the wheel alignment for my car but your service team said they finished the work. Please correct this kind of way.

Pretty displeased with how my sale went on my car. A deal breaker for me was command start from the get go, and is the only reason I ever bought a new vehicle. Salesman promised me my vehicle came with command start, and upon arrival of my vehicle couldn't figure out why it didn't work. It wasnt until well after I signed the papers and had already driven the car that I was informed my vehicle did not come come with command start. It's a good car but the salesman didn't know what he was selling and made false promises.
