My brother in law was misled in buying his first car.. It was a used car that he only see online. He is dealing with a salesman named Jeff.. he is looking for an suv but gave him a 2016 dodge caravan instead .. they are not satisfied with that because with the price of 20,000 the car has lots of scratches that are now showing off since they deliver the car 4 days ago . This salesman didn’t even explain that they are going to pay 9.92 percent interest on that purchase.. I talk to their business manager named Shawn but he is nt helpful either..Im calling the attention of the general manager

Sale was quick and painless.. Excellent service. Applied on a Thursday afternoon was called the next morning with an approval, just had to go in and pick the truck I wanted and by Saturday I had my new vehicle.. Update - Recently went in for service as my truck had blown it's engine, had got it under warranty and replaced by the end of the week I had my truck, warranty had been extended and have a new engine with 2yr/unlimited mileage warranty on the new engine. I experienced an employee going the extra mile. I had complained about a rattle in my truck and told Jaylyn (service desk person - I hope I have name correct) that to hear the rattle you had to go over a pretty significant bump. When she called to tell me the truck was ready to pick up she explained the the service tech could not hear the rattle and that she decided to take it for a drive herself and she did experience the rattle. I thought this was awesome that she took it upon herself to do his and not just accept the service tech’s position that there was no rattle. I also really appreciate the truck getting washed when it is in for service. This is an extra that I value greatly. Keep it up.

Way more inclined to help you and earn your business because they are a smaller city instead of the big stores in regina or Saskatoon that have all the walk in traffic. Received a recall for a part in my Ranger. Called Moose Jaw Ford to book it in and was told someone would return my call. I didn't receive a call but called back the next week and they booked me in that day! I also booked an oil change. The job was done fast, the truck seems better (it's a real piece of work ????) and they even washed the exterior. Some helpful notes on my bill too! My service experience at MJ Ford was very good. Had an end of warranty check, oil change and tire rotation performed. They found that rear tires are cupping which is a concern as it may be a result of another issue although none was found. Time will tell.

the experience is not good ...yet...we will see how the after sale service is. After taking the car, found the windshield washer sprayers were broke. Fixed with a some inconvenience to me. Now a couple days later I find the touch screen does not work properly. Once and a while it works, but that's not good enough, shouldn't have to fight with the controls while driving, its distracting. Which we all know is a accident waiting to happen. I will be taking the car back to see what can be done.

Well they never call you back. They do not fix anything and charge a arm and leg to tell you things you already know.Take in for warranty work and nothing fixed just tell you that your at fault. You also walk out with a big bill and nothing was done at all. Was dealing on a 2019 edge there until service Department incompentance ruin that for sales. Also would never refer anyone there until the Service Department is fixed. I work in service and can not run a service deparment like that or sales wont sell anything.Being a journeyman Mechanice for 25 years never seen anything as bad as this experience. The service writer was good but his hands where tied. So will never be back.

They were super friendly upon entering their super expensive garage , even though they were able to get me in fairly quickly , I feel like I was taken advantage of , very badly. I knew that my fuel had jelled on me overnight. I got a low fuel pressure warning from the truck computer and I instantly knew to add diesel fuel conditioner, unfortunately that tripped the check engine light. 1 hour or so after adding the fuel conditioner the truck was running normally. But the famous “ Check Engine “ was still lit up on my dash . Being a conscious owner and it being -30 with wind chills I thought I should have it put on a code reader and removed . Why not ? Right ? They had the nerve to charge me $209 to remove a code, I said no way am I paying that , besides them sneaking in $24 in shop supplies to boot . After having to refuse to pay them , the service guy dropped the price to $134 but then still added the $24 shop supplies( guess I bought the dealership coffee and doughnuts) for a total of $179. A word to ANYBODY having problems with a check engine light, disconnect the vehicles ground cable from the battery after you’ve figured out your problem and not be a victim to garages like this. I’m glad I have the option of another dealership in Moose Jaw to take my vehicle to , they’ve completely ruined my trust .

I have taken my truck 2 times now to Moose Jaw Ford. I cannot say enough thus far about the service I have received. Everyone is extremely polite and every issue always dealt with. I bought my truck in another province, and when I came to Saskatchewan I had a very, very poor experience at a unnamed dealer. Moose Jaw Ford was brought up by word of mouth for me to try as I was told their service was great. Moose Jaw Ford has treated me like a customer who bought their truck from them. I had my last maintenance schedule service with the spark plugs being replaced. After the service was done my vehicle smelled like fuel when stationary and idling. I took it back to the other dealership 3 times and it was not repaired. I decided to bring it to Moose Jaw Ford which is where I bought it. Within 30 minutes Martin in service found the issue. The other dealership did not tighten the spark plugs properly. Within 2 hours we were on our way back home to Swift Current. I'm not very happy with the 2017 explorer that I have purchased it has had one issue after another and is still having issues as of the 6 months that I have owned it it has been in the shop for 3 weeks in separate occasions which is a big inconvenience to me as I have to drive or to moose jaw which is 2 hrs away plus my time off work . I asked about trading it in on a escape and would still end up paying 32 thousand dollars which is b.s. when this vehicle cost me 57 .... I am so not impressed I and my husband have always bought our vehicles from Ford but now that I am a widow and traded in a 2016 f150 +a 2013 edge for the explorer with an extra $5000. Down and all your giving me back is a lousy $14000. As a trade in for the explorer on an escape ...shame

My truck was making a rattling noise in the front end of the motor. I called Jason and he said bring it in ASAP. Took it in and they got the truck in right away. The water pump was shot. We bought a used 2014 Suburban and were promised that we could take it home immediately and Moose Jaw Ford would ship out the parts that we discovered were broken (a $500 door handle and several small cosmetic clips and covers). They did not follow through on their promise and just ignore our messages. Considering how eager they were to sell us a vehicle and how promptly they replied then, I have to assume they do not intend to ever send us the parts they promised. I’m not happy with the service. Over charging when I had the job half done. Check engine light on my service truck when “it is ready” and my truck didn’t make it home it broke down from the techs not looking things over properly. Paid the 1200 bill and made it half way home and truck was down again. This is the second time this has happened to me from this dealer ppl not properly checking to see if the problem is fixed. I asked Jeff from Moose Jaw Ford for help, he directed me to Doug. Doug ordered the parts and arrived in less than a week. So I drove all the way from PA to Moose Jaw. My new vehicle was making a terrible noise and I was alarmed. I checked the "engine system" and it said OK. I called, talked to Sam and she told me to get the SUV to them and on the way the noise suddenly stopped. They checked anyway. There was nothing wrong but there may have been a small stone lodged somewhere. Great service and I am a confident in this business and would recommend Moose Jaw Ford to anyone.

I was travelling from Ontario to alberta over the weekend towing a sailboat .My 99 f350 diesel was running rough. Seeing the highway sign saying there was a ford dealer on the transcanada 10 km ahead I stopped. After explaining my problem to the service department they allowed me to park the sailboat in their parking lot and had my truck in the shop within the hour. Two hours later they explained the problem and after shuffled their schedule they said the truck would be ready by noon the next day. They found me a hotel called the hotel to be sure they could take me and drove me to the hotel. The next day the truck was ready on time and I later learned their diesel mechanic came into work early to ensure the truck was on time. There is nothing more to said about service like that. I was above and beyond for someone just traveling through. Needless to say I found the experience excellent and completed my journey with less stress and no new issues.

When I booked the appointment I had asked for washing inside and out. I assumed it was on the service sheet but only received and paid for outside washing. Also with the weather turning colder, no one thought to relocate the block heater cord to the outside so that it was easily accessible in -25 weather and I didn’t think to mention it. That would have been a nice thing to have done without having to ask.

Amended review: Following my original review (see below) I was contacted by the service manager to discuss my experience. He acknowledged my issues, apologized, and did not get defensive at all. Head every effort to makee a happy customer in the end. I ended up coming back for my allignment and inspection at no cost, and had a much better experience this time. Original review: Was told the inspection would be 1.5 hours, maybe a little longer as the person doing it woild have to take a lunch break. After 3.5 hours, I called and they said it should be ready by the time the shuttle came and got me. At least the shuttle service runs on time! Also, there was a $30 charge for "supplies"....on only an inspection.

Bought a truck from Moose Jaw Ford, not impressed with the sales team, called 19 times trying to get a hold of sales man and sales manager to get work and maintenance done that was agreed on in the sale and never got called back. Ended up dealing with the service manager, he was great and so was the service deptartment. Would never consider buying another vehicle from Moose Jaw Ford, but would bring mine back in for service anytime.
