Just had our second very frustrating experience at the QuickLane in the Knight Ford Lincoln in MJ. First time, took them about five hours to put my husbands new tires and rims on. Then they damaged two of the rims (or they arrived damaged and they still installed them) but the manager wasn’t in so they told us to just leave with the rims on and call back when the manager was back. So we did and then they said there was nothing they could do because we drove with the rims (after they told us to do so...) and implied it was somehow our fault the rims were damaged. Then there was some extremely frustrating back and forth and they eventually agreed to replace the rims. So we just took the truck back in to get the two rims replaced, were told it would take 45min-1 hour. The gal at the front desk is very sweet and we enjoyed talking to her. None of this is meant to be a reflection on her! Then it took them over two hours to replace the two rims and we got into the truck (which had just been detailed on the interior) and it was filthy, covered in dirty handprints everywhere. Just not the way a person wants to be treated when they’ve just spent thousands of dollars on accessories. Won’t be going back.

I was never a Ford fan until I test drove the 2013 Escape and compared it to similar vehicles from other manufacturers. From then on we were hooked on Ford. Knight Ford has provided me and the family with great service, ranging from purchasing a new truck (pictures) and the service on both vehicles. Quick lane and the ford service department always communicate with you and I have never been surprised by anything when collecting my vehicles. After downsizing to a single vehicle, we had to plan scheduled maintenance. Knight Ford made this a breeze with their courtesy pickup and drop off service. The sales and finance/accounting teams made the purchase of the new truck easy. They had all the paperwork ready to go, knowing that we had a time crunch. It would be unfair to compare Knight Ford to other dealerships because we have not been to any, Knight Ford has not given us any reason too. I drove to out to Moose Jaw from Ontario to visit family in July. While driving I heard an unusual sound and was concerned. I called and spoke with Zef and he told me to come in immediately. We went to this dealership today to look at a few cars before deciding on a model. The person assisting us (Don, I believe) was fantastic. What was absolutely not fantastic and down right disgusting was when the sales manager walked over to us to introduce himself, while smoking a cigarette. What’s even worse is that we had our 6 year old son with us and he was so close our son was in his cloud of smoke! I immediately took my son and moved away, saying that I didn’t want him near the smoke and this man didn’t even apologize. My husband stayed to talk with him. In the middle of their conversation, this man had the nerve to stop my husband mid sentence and answer his phone, walk away and never come back. It’s a shame because Don was very helpful, but we will not be giving this dealership any business, now or in the future. The behaviour of the sales manager was completely out of line, unforgivably rude and frankly vile. If he’s representing the sales department of the dealership, he’s done a truly terrible job.

I will mention I drove to the dealership for help finding the plug in on the car to keep it warm and couldn’t figure out the car starter. One of the twins in service helped me locate things in minutes. The service was much appreciated and it was prompt. My overall experience with Knight Ford was excellent, and I recommend it, as my experience was great!!

This Ford has been a hassle since I first bought my car. I learned right away that they over charged me from multiple friends and other dealerships. They always try to charge me for things I was told were covered or wasn't even told about while in for a service. They're incredibly rude everytime. Customer service is always terrible, they always have such an attitude when asked questions. And now they're telling me they can't do anything about my defective, new tires because I moved and can't bring it to that exact Ford. At this point I'd almost rather sell my car and buy an old beat up car just so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

I recently purchased a Lincoln from the Knight dealership in Moose Jaw. Our sales associate Don, the sales manager Lawton, and Cam in the finance department were all a pleasure to deal with. They all went above and beyond to assist me with the purchase of my vehicle. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available for any additional questions I had. All three members stayed after hours to accommodate us, as we came from out of town. We had additional accessories purchased for the vehicle and Lawton was able to get the service department to install them in no time so we could drive our vehicle off the lot as quickly as possible. He also followed up after purchasing to ensure I was happy. The three of them actually made buying a vehicle fun. I would definitely return to and recommend Knight Ford Lincoln in the future.

Just want to give a big thanks to Service Manager Zeff Rodriguez, on Sept 26 we were passing through Calgary with our Lincoln MKX and lost our brakes right at one of the busiest intersections on 16th ave .Once we got a hold of Zeff for some advice he was able to direct us to the nearest dealership , he even phoned them before we got there and explained our dilemma. It helped us so much so that in a couple of hours they had us back on the road again. Drove out from Regina to buy a truck from them that was on the lot. They discuss the deal then sit me down in their lounge. I wait for 30 minutes they give me an offer I try to barter they leave and come back turns out they sold it over the phone while talking to me. What a dishonest place.
