(Translated) I went in 2016 for a 5 year rental. From the start, very bad service from a lady who was angry because I did not take the insurance with them ... but I still wanted to give them a chance. Recently I am returning because my rental agreement was ending. The saleswoman seemed amiable, but as soon as I told her that I wanted to buy back my rental car and not take a new rental, she quickly transferred me to her colleague and the mood changed. Her colleague, the finance manager, was very cold and LIAR. I had to take the financing with the bank and they kept telling me that I could not repay the loan for 6 months. However, I called the bank directly (and read my contract) and they confirmed that I could repay the loan without penalty at any time. I imagine the finance manager at Lombardi didn't want to lose her commission if I paid off the loan faster ... this probably made him lie to me without any embarrassment. They even added a fee to me that was not in the contract ... well it was $ 100, but still. Anyway, did you know that other Honda dealers call them “Honda LomBANDITS”? I should have listened to them ... (Original) Je suis allée en 2016 pour une location de 5 ans. Dès le départ, très mauvais service de la part d'un madame qui était fâchée car je ne prenais pas l'assurance avec eux... mais je voulais tout de même leur laisser une chance. Récemment, je retourne car mon contrat de location prenait fin. La vendeuse semblait aimable, mais dès que je lui ai dit que je voulais racheter ma voiture de location et non prendre une nouvelle location, elle m'a rapidement transféré à sa collègue et l'ambiance a changé. Sa collègue, la directrice des finances, était très froide et MENTEUSE. J'ai dû prendre le financement avec la banque et elle m'a répété que je ne pouvais rembourser le prêt avant 6 mois. Par contre, j'ai appelé directement la banque (et lu mon contrat) et ils m'ont confirmé que je pouvais rembourser le prêt sans pénalité à tout moment. J'imagine que la directrice des finances chez Lombardi ne voulait pas perdre sa commission si je payais plus rapidement le prêt... ceci l'a probablement poussé à me mentir sans aucune gêne. Ils m'ont même ajouté des frais qui n'étaient pas au contrat... bon c'était un 100 $, mais tout de même. Bref, saviez-vous que les autres concessionnaires Honda les appellent «Honda LomBANDITS» ? J'aurais dû les écouter...

The sales manager raised his voice and got aggressive when we told him that we had received a better offer elsewhere. My 9 year old stepson who was there still remembers it. Besides, I had to give them my driver's license and my credit card so they could see if they could offer me a discount. I don't know what they did with it, but the practice is shady. Besides, they forgot to give me my cards. We had to come back. No apologies on their part, just aggressive silly airs of frustrated salespeople. En plus, il a fallu que je leur donne mon permis de conduire et ma carte de crédit pour qu'ils puissent voir s'ils peuvent m'offrir un rabais. Je ne sais pas ce qu'ils ont fait avec, mais la pratique est louche. En plus, ils ont oublié de me remettre mes cartes. Il a fallu revenir. Aucune excuse de leur part, juste des airs bêtes agressifs de vendeurs frustrés.

Terrible service! The manager got mad saying "You never get that price again if you come back!". Then he left. This is the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. In addition, in order to get a quote for a vehicle, you have to give them your drivers license. They make a copy of your drivers license. Their excuse is they can not give you a price quote without your drivers license, which does not make any sense. We went to another dealer. This dealer gave us a price quote right away without asking to make a copy of our drivers license. Until we decided to sign the contract we gave our drivers license. We were very happy with the purchase at another dealer better price, better service.

I NEVER write reviews therefore, me having to edit a review I wrote a year ago shouldn't even happen but here I am. I bought my car last year after a bittersweet encounter. To "make me happy" they said they would "fix" my car by changing the breaks and doing a proper maintenance... fastforward a year later, and I'm not only completely changing my breaks but IM ALSO ADDING FREON because guess what? My mechanic told me that there's none in the car (no leaks and nothing is wrong with the compressor). I regret not taking my car to a proper mechanic when I first got it and that's on me, but I won't ever go back to this dealership. They try to "buy" you but in reality they're just applying cheap fixes. * IN RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY*: One, I already e-mailed you guys and NO ONE has answered me a week later. Secondly, my steering wheel was LITERALLY SHAKING everytime I pumped the breaks and my mechanic CALLED ME and told me there was no FREON. I've been going to the same mechanic for 3 years now; it was the first time I bought a car at Lombardi.

Regret about the visit. I was in a plan to purchase a used CRV and taken an appointment for that. Mean time heard about the Civic promotion for brand new one also found some demo civic car sale with them. But the sales person was not cooperative to get to know about the civic sales and other options. I informed him, this is my first Showroom visit to look in to car so want to know about that. But he was just focusing only to the used CRV and said he is working on commissions basis, was not arrived on time. Why should customers want hear that all. Don’t we have a right to look to the other vehicle other than the first opted one ? Are they giving car at free of cost? He was not friendly and never again visit this show room and won’t recommend to anyone. Sorry to post my review here.

My adventure continues with this dealership... After posting a negative but true review I was contacted and asked to remove it as they would work on a deal for me.... Here we are a week later, I've been contacted once and I find out the poor salesman who tried to help me at first got fired .I blame the sales director. He's the one who gives the price. In 1 week all I got was one price .This is ridiculous .I should be getting a price within minutes .This experience with Lombardi has been an epic FAIL.. I gave them a chance to get back to me and at least make a decent offer... I don't need to buy the car but keep your word and make me a good price, make an effort. Very disappointed ... Purchased a used vehicle here after shopping around for a month. First salesman I dealt with was no longer with the company when I wanted to make a purchase, but his replacement was helpful. They were quick to respond with inquiries and kept promises. Unfortunately on the day of purchase, the battery was dead as someone left the lights on and it did not hold a sufficient charge after running for 30 min. Riccardo however, reimbursed me for my trouble after the fact without question, and I appreciated the gesture and his promise that he would ensure it wouldn't happen again for future customers. Would I shop here again? Yes. (would I bring a spare battery just in case? maybe...)

It was my first experience in car buying in Canada .Me and my family was initially turned away rudely by some other car dealers which made us think of dropping the plan altogether. On the spot, I thought to wait outside and to leave in the next hour but no .. I have to leave my car and it can go until 5:00 pm. Personally, I live far from the place, I went there alone and I was never informed that I could receive my car 4 hours later. So I have to manage to find someone available to pick me up (I was offered to call a taxi but at $ 50 round trip it's expensive for a tire change!) At 4 p.m., they called me to inform me that my tire change could not be done during the day and I was asked to pick up my car the next day. So I wasted a nice day off and disturbed friends, I strongly advise you to go and encourage your small mechanic in your area rather than a large company that is not able to manage their schedules. (Original) C'était ma première et dernière expérience là-bas. J'ai pris un rendez-vous quelques semaines à l'avance vers les 13H pour un changement de pneus. Sur place, je pensais attendre à l'extérieur et quitter dans l'heure suivante mais non.. Je dois laisser ma voiture et ça peut aller jusqu'à 17H. Personnellement, je demeure loin de l'endroit, j'y suis allée seule et jamais on m'a avisé que je pouvais recevoir ma voiture 4h plus tard. Je dois donc me débrouiller pour trouver quelqu'un disponible pour venir me chercher (on m'a offert de m'appeler un taxi mais à 50$ allez retour ça fait cher pour un changement de pneus!) À 16h, on m'appelle pour m'informer que mon changement de pneus ne pourrait être fait dans la journée et on me demande de passer récupérer ma voiture le lendemain. J'ai donc perdue une belle journée de congé et j'ai dérangé des amis.Je vous conseille fortement d'aller encourager votre petit garagiste de votre secteur plutôt qu'une grande entreprise qui n'est pas capable de gérer ses horaires.

This is a follow-up of my 1st revision of review. After I attempted to discuss the problem with its service manager who referred the case to the original service advisor. He chose not to get the 1st hand info from the customer. The service advisor did call back but instead of saying sorry for the messup, he tried in different ways to excuse himself and defended its wrong doing while he did not dispute the facts, I.e. the company has a culture of false committee to its customers. The same incident just happened twice within a month. I later filed a complaint at CAA. Stay tuned ** ** 1st revision: I changed my rating of 5 star to 1 after two recent incidents. In both cases, I booked rental car and was only told rental was not available at the scene. No one bothered to informed me in advance. So this is becoming a norm and does not seem to be a matter anymore.

Never going back there. The salespeople there were practically hiding in the showroom, maybe they thought I wasn't a serious buyer. I had to go get one of the salesperson, Abdel Kadiri, who forcefully answered my questions and lazily came along when i asked for a test drive. He did not speak and only provided evasive answers. He was basically saying that he's not going to work for free unless he was sure to make a sale on that day.

Great service. My car had a recall and they were able to help me to get this resolved even if my car was bought in Toronto they replaced the recalled part and during the hrs I didn't have my car they were able to give me taxi vouchers to come back and pick up the car.. Thank you

I needed a new car as I just had my first baby and wanted something safe and comfortable. Our salesman Stedson was very helpful. He was very transparent and patient with me. He himself also had a baby recently and bought a brand new CRV. So he recommended the same car. We got the CRV turbo touring 2019 in black. I really wanted to take my time and tryout different cars and he didn’t mind. He was able to give us the pros and cons of each car and explain it to me in simple terms, terms that I can understand. He gave us great deals on winter and summer tires, a hitch and honda accessories. If you have a family and want a family car or even if you want any car. Ask for Stedson, you will feel comfortable with him and he won’t judge you or rush you like other places we went. We felt like they immediately judged us or just wanted to sell and get it over with.

I bought a used car three weeks ago from this dealer. The price was right and the staff were very kind and not pushy. The car works fine and I am satisfy with my purchase. However, there was a small problem with them. When it came to the delivery day, the car was not quite ready. Some modification (some touch ups, cabin filter change, and washing the front left sit) were needed, as they were promised to do before delivery. They promised to provide the modifications in the early next week, but it took them 5 weeks to give me an appointment. All in all, still I recommend this dealer as they are fair in their price, although the service department is slow.

Après avoir manifesté mon mécontentement, l'on me dit qu'on a été gentil au contraire avec moi de me parler du problème mécanique majeur au lieu de rien me dire (!!!!) et qu'ils étaient débordés les jours suivants, alors que j'ai pourtant toujours parlé à Valentina, celle qui a fait mon remboursement, au téléphone... Bref lorsque la vente fonctionne et est conclue, c'est une expérience qui fonctionne bien chez Lombardi. Par contre, lorsque cette dernière est annulée pour xyz raisons, ça devient plus complexe !

Bought a used car here (Subaru Forester XT). My issue here is with the service dept and not anything else. Everything was good. After I purchased the vehicle I was told oil would be changed because it was black and brakes would be serviced. I go to pick up the car and nothing has been done. I bring the car back a few days later to get everything done. The next day I pickup the car and bring it to my personal mechanic to make sure everything was done correctly. Turns out the oil that was put into the car was the wrong one. They put 5w20 instead of 5w30. Subaru engines (especially turbo ones) are notorious for failing when oil changes are not done or done improperly, I'm not sure how a dealer could let this happen when the type of oil needed is literally on the cap. As well, the breaks were apparently serviced. Brake pads were changed however the rotors that were supposedly polished were not done at all. Someone just went over them quickly with a Dremel like someone didn't care. When I sent an email and called back to get these things done properly no one ever got back to me. Therefore I had to cut my losses and just do this on my own. I'm sure Lombardi is great when buying a Honda but with the experience I had with a used vehicle from another manufacturer I would not recommend buying used from them.

I bought a Honda civic from Lombardi Honda and the staff were very helpful during the process. I was told that the car was inspected fully and that i will have a peace of mind purchasing a car here. However, a couple of months later, when i went back for an oil change, the service department told me that my spark plugs needed to be change at 150k kilometres and they haven’t yet been changed! (I bought the car with 170k on it), so i asked the person, didn’t you do a full inspection before selling the car?, he showed me a list and indicated that everything has been inspected but the spark plugs have not been changed which was due 20k kilometres before i even bought the car! Now I’ll have to pay $230 plus taxes.

Good initiative, thanks. --- I went to Lombardi and met with Mr Yves, he offered me a courtesy car and took in my Honda CRV for repair/check up. The next day I went to pick up my CRV, as per the service person, the front passenger side tire should be ok now (it gets deflated very quickly, and I had to inflate it in the first week of purchase; and then once every 2 weeks or so). Aujourd’hui, nous retournons récupérer le véhicule. Le véhicule est prêt, mais le problème de bruit n’a pas été vérifié et on nous redemande d’expliquer (une 3e fois) ce qu’on veut en nous mentionnant que rien avait été indiqué au dossier. Notre problème est complètement pris à la légère. J’épargne aussi notre expérience d’achat qui a été aussi très négative en 2018. Bref, c’était la dernière fois.

I went here to visit for a used car Honda Civic 2017 Touring. I called and set an appointment with Mr. Kevin to visit and test drive the car. As I arrived on the day of my appointment on Friday 12 June 2020, First they made me wait for 30 mins because they were too “busy”. Then Mr. Antonio showed up and he showed us the car, the car was dead, the battery was completely dead and he had to boost the car. It was on the 3rd floor and he asked for a $500 deposit for the test drive which they will schedule next week. I was still interested because it was the particular model I was looking for and car is neat. I was still interested in the Test drive, so I told him okay take the deposit and schedule it. We went downstairs and sat down to do the payment Mr. Antonio went to confirm about the car and came back with the news that somebody came back this week (week of 8 June 2020 to 12 june 2020) and reserved the car and they are waiting for the bank to response. I was not happy and trusted what they said. Then their director/manager shows up and he apologizes and said that the car is under the 2nd credit check by the other person, so they will get answer from Bank on Monday, 15 June 2020 and they will call me immediately and notify me if the car is available or not. Monday passed no call till Wednesday 17 June 2020 no thing from their side. Then on Friday I decided to call them and confirm again. Guess what? I got another appointment to visit the car. I went again and this time it was with Mr. Bao, again same thing he showed us the car it was still dead, battery was dead I asked Mr. Bao this time how can someone reserve a car without test drive because the car is dead and its only possible if the car is stationed more than a month, and he explained that they approve finance with bank first and then they book a test drive. He repeated again same story that someone’s credit check is being done on the car and he reserved it Last FRIDAY, JUNE 12 2020 The Day I had an appointment!!!! On that day they said somebody came on Monday( 8 June) and now they said Friday (June 12)!!!! They are Playing around! Nothing else! Not recommendable.

I had a bad experience at this dealership. Before going there, be informed and do all your homework. There was a discrepancy between the price listed on the Honda Canada website and the price in store. Honda Canada had it listed with certification included, whereas at the dealership, they wanted an extra $500. I asked to speak to the Manager to discuss the discrepancy. The rep says that he will go speak to his Manager and will be right back. After I persisted, the Manager finally decided to come and speak with me. The Manager told me to sign the contract at his dealership at the higher price and then to take it up with Honda. He refused to look at the discrepancy with me online. I called Honda, informed them of the discrepancy. They then called the dealer, who agreed to honour the pricing, but would not give me winter tires as we originally negotiated, so i said no. I was disappointed, since I really wanted that Accord. A week after my visit, the price was still listed incorrectly on the Honda site.

(Translated) Is something I don't understand, or is it they went for their 4.4 rating; here is my story: 1- After purchasing the new vehicle, I had to retrieve the vehicle at 0 km, once I got home I realized that the dashboard indicated 164 km, while I signed documents at 0 km. 2- For the change of summer tires it was agreed upon purchase of the vehicle that for the storage of the tires I had to pay $ 50, upon presentation of the invoice I had to pay $ 69 excluding tax. 3- When recovering the vehicle after changing the tires, the mileage on the table indicates a change; on arrival the dashboard indicated 3010, after recovery 3014. Why a displacement of 4 km when the vehicle was supposed to remain on the spot, I used to change the tires never the mileage had changed. When I wanted to buy a new vehicle I looked for the best rated dealer, unfortunately I just realized that it was the rating that misled me. Dishonesty par excellence. Regret my purchase of a new Honda civic 2013. Not impressed with the interior quality nor the drive.The quality and reliability they claim to have is lacking. The hood and the inside passenger door started to rust which honda refuses to fix. Never had a vehicle that rusted especially a 5 year old one. They changed an alternator at low mileage. Also had a few other mechanical issues. This is my last Honda and my last Japanese vehicle. I will be repurchasing either German or American from now on.

Took my vehicle here, they were going to charge me $200 for a repair of a loose side bumper. I went to pick up the vehicle and they did no work and now all these other elements (extra parts, spray paint, more labour time) was going to come out to near $1000 +tax. I demanded my car back. I took it to a Honda in Ontario, they fixed it for FREE in minutes. No spray paint. No parts needed. They laughed. Lombardi Honda. Either they tried to fool me because I speak English or they are incompetent. Go somewhere else. edit: They have now called me multiple times asking me to take down this review. I reflected on this and no I will not. I also feel this is an inappropriate use of the phone number I provided them.

I called for a transfer of responsibility and the GM said we will call when all those with a warranty are done being served. After a few weeks I contacted Honda Di Sigi. We had an issue with the start engine button on a 5 years old car so took an appointment, got it for the week after. Then, went to the appointment, left the car there and had to walk home. They told us that they will be giving us a call early afternoon to provide the diagnostic of the car. Didnt receive any calls so I decided to give them a call, only to be told that they havent touched the car yet because they were out of electricity for 2h. They will probably work on the car the next day. I told the lady on the phone that we needed the car the next day, i havent finish my sentence yet and the lady straight up told me to come get the car and take another appointment. Asked her if they had courtesy car and no was the answer. All I wanted was an aproximate time of when ill have the car back so I can plan the rest of my week, but they cant provide the answer and didnt event bother to try to find a solution.

I just returned home with my newly purchased used Honda FIT-EXL and the car is wonderful - very clean and the maintenance is impeccable. I met with one of the reps who was in charge of the "extra's" during the purchase negotiations and in charge of the contracts. They quoted me a price and terms for an extended warranty, which I accepted in their office. But today, when it came time to sign all the paperwork and accept delivery of the car, the extended warranty terms had been modified to a lesser mileage coverage. After pointing this out to them, they would not honor the original terms, saying it was their mistake. They refused to give the terms originally given to me when we discussed the extended warranty. Just to warn others who may be dealing with Lombardi, to verify and have the representatives sign what they have offered in the initial negotiations because they can change them at will. It's disappointing to know that Lombardi will not stand by their staff's agreements with clients. I have noting against Honda brand very good cars. However, the Sales Service is straight up BS! They will try to juice you as much as possible, even though you think you're getting extras on them, you are not! When someone says the phrase, "We'll throw it in." (the car starter) You would understand that they are giving you something for free. However, according to them "in their language" it means in the end, that the customer will still be paying. When negotiating, build your car from the site with them and don't ever take their word! Especially, when they are writing it on a blank piece of paper. I suggest you bring a LAWYER! Go look at your car before signing anything with them. In my fault I didn't.. because I trusted them since it was my 3rd Honda with them. I figured being a loyal customer, they would help out. They also didn't want to match Honda Gabriel's price quote. I told the salesmen to call them, he said he would, but he never did. Which was a red flag to me, but my wife kept saying, " If we're loyal to them, they'll take care of us!"hahahahaa yea right. JOKE IS ON US! They called me on June 16, 2018. We made an appointment to pick up my car for the following week. I had asked them before hand if everything will be in order, and that my wife and my previous car payments will be stopped. Of course they said not to worry! That promise wasn't kept either! My car payment went through and now I'm still waiting for a refund to my account. Which they said you'll get it soon, and their excuse for this happening was because of the holiday a whole week before. And I'm still waiting if it will happen again with the other car. I'm also waiting for a call back since Tuesday, June 26. They are very aware of this situation, but haven't heard back from them yet. You can sense my frustration with them. I am not one to leave a bad review. I believe in respect and loyalty. And with this company those were the two things that my wife and I felt we haven't received with them. I am not expecting anything from them, as they play the roll to care. I feel the need to share my experience I had with them. This will most definitely be our last car with the Lombardi group. I will never recommend any of my friends or family. I must add that the day of the delivery they gave me a car with no caps on wheels. I figured they were in the trunk, but noting. I had to call/text the next day and explain to get them. And don't write back to me saying you been in business for more than 45 years, don't need to hear more of your BS.

Does not honor warranties I bought a CRV in 2019 with winter tires. I noticed that the sidewalls were ripped. This is covered under BF Goodrich warranty. They told me there was no warranty because I didn't purchase an extra one with the car. Lie! I called BF Goodrich and they told me to bring it in to where I got the tires. I finally spoke to Grace. She was the only one who was honest with me. She told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. Unfortunately, she was not working when I went and I got the runaround again. And, they sent me to Touchette in Verdun to resolve it. So, don't buy cars there because the after sales service is garbage.

watch out with Honda models carrying TAKATA airbags, lots of serious problems with those airbags. Also, DO NOT even think on getting on a Civic Si, they come with all kinds of problems and most of all, and one that Honda shows no resposibility for and have not yet found a solution for, is an everlasting noise and problems with the rear suspension system. First time I go Honda and first time I go wrong. Will look at Subaru in the future instead, I also heard they have an outstanding post sale service.

Had a horrible experience here. The salesman I met wasn't very eager to help, but did answer all my questions accordingly. However, the real issue encountered was with the Sales Manager. To say the least, he was completely rude and very pushy. He tried twisting my words at nearly every response, and tried really hard to push me into a sale. I tried to maintain respect in the conversation but was told to leave if I wouldn't buy the car today. Yep, he literally said "goodbye" when I was hesitant to make the purchase on the spot. I bought my first car at Lombardi. The price and service was decent, however I had a problem with my car after only two months. I went back for repair, and their service center was really bad.There was no one who actually knew how to repair my car and they were randomly changing parts hoping the car would get fixed. I ended up having to pay around 2000$ for their "work" and parts that were replaced in order to retrieve my car with the same issues I left it there in the first place. I am really disappointed that a Honda specialist was not able to find a solution for my new Honda car. For around 400$ a garage near my place was able to fix my issue in a single day.

I went to Lombardi yesterday morning without an appointment because one of my tires seemed to have a slow leak. I had previously had that tire "fixed" by a neighborhood garage but it still seemed to be slowly getting softer. I had a poor to terrible experience with a salesman here, one Yohan Lussier. I had identified four Civics and wanted to talk about their relative advantages. He kept asking why I didn't want to buy a car that very day although I kept indicating that I would need more time before I could make such a commitment. He wouldn't let me test drive the one I felt best suited me. He said one can only test drive a vehicle only once one has made a decision to buy the car! After this, it turned out that one of the cars we talked about hadn't even arrived from the mechanic and so couldn't be viewed. This was unlike my experience with all other dealers. Quite unlike the politeness with which Quebec salespeople usually treat one. Based on this, I decided I wouldn't buy a car at this dealer. I'd advice people interested in Hondas to approach a different salesman or dealer.

Came here for an oil change and they told me that there was a recall on the car, did the oil change and came back to do the recall. When I pickup the car after the recall was done, I noticed the car was making a very strange noise and when I got home I clicked on the manete of the car and the beep sound did not work. Called them the next day, explained the situation and Cedrick asked me also to send him a video of the noise which I did, I went to work, and as I was going on the highway it felt as the hood of the car was vibrating, I stopped the car as i got scared and noticed the hood was open/not locked. I go to my appointment a few days later as discussed with Cedrick on the phone, I get there, he starts being VERY rude with me and telling me that, it's a big job for them!!!! That they have to do a full inspection!!!! and that its to much for them!!! because the noise is not consistent!! that they never open the hood of the car!! clearly for me they did!!! and that I have to pay for the inspection!!.. I insisted since they are the last people who touched my car and that the problem was caused by them!! the car was not making that sound before the recall! I refused to pay and Cedrick was being very rude and told me to drive a few days like that with the car and see what happens. I took videos of the noise and sent it to him since the noise was not consistent. The only response I got from him was; <> .. and another time when i sent another video, he said : Je pense que j'ai assez de preuve. He clearly did NOT care at all!!! Its NOT normal that my car makes a strange noise like this after a recall! I DO NOT recommend going here, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, Service! and now i have to go somewhere else and pay to find what the problem is and that they caused!!

I bought my red honda civic 2019 ex car two weeks ago, on February 21st. The salesman Bao was great, Phillipe as well, everything was well until the day I pick up the car. There was a damage on the bottom right bumper the day I picked up the car. They advised me that they will fix the car but I refused to have it fixed but instead, I'd rather have the front bumper changed. I didn't buy an accidented car or used car, I bought a new car! So lombardi's director agreed to have it replaced within 2 hours when we will come for the appointment. Now follow up to today, I arrive for the service area where everything is a mess. The representative takes a look at the vehicle and stated that he's gonna fix it and followed up with "theres nothing wrong with the bumper" I got upset and refused the repair and requested a change immediately. I stated that the car is brand new and I bought it two weeks ago and he simply said "I understand that you bought a new car, but its not our fault that the scratch is there." Are you kidding me?! The way your representative responded to me, seems like you guys are selling vehicles that has defects and that the consumer should assume the responsibility of the damage and not have it changed for a brand new part and should instead have it repaired. The representative didnt even take the time to read because clearly in the paper it's written that the bumper would be changed and I have proof on the day that I bought the car that there is a scratch on the bottom right! The representative then said to me that I'm giving attitude right from the start when I came in and said that all he is doing is servicing me. Following afterwards he stated to me that the car wont be ready for today, to which I told him that I was promised that the vehicle would be ready within 2 hours. Following after that he came back and said that the car will be ready before 5. He then provided to me a courtesy vehicle which only a quarter of the tank is left. Overall, Lombardi Honda you guys dont deserve a 5 stars for this service today. You definitely deserve a 0. If I find any repair on the car, I'm sure you will know what to expect from this.

I do not drive a Honda vehicle but when I drove through a pothole very close to Lomdardi Honda and one of my front tires deflated, they did not hesitate to help me. They assisted me immediately despite being very busy with Honda customers and changed my tire. Truly amazing customer service!

I purchased a new Honda Civic earlier this year and the air conditioning stopped working just a few months after the acquisition. I scheduled a repair appointment with the dealership in June, when the summer heat wave was unbearable. I got rescheduled a number of times, and the last time being until October due to a lack of inventory. It was disappointing how unavailable services are at this dealership; after four months of communication, the repair has still not been done.

Be careful about this dealership since they are dishonest and do anything to stuck you with a car and they have horrible service in my opinion. I was going buy my first car , honda civic, and when i was there i was offered four colors (red , blue, silver and gray). We greed on the gray civic with salesman and even the manager came down to see us and confirmed everthing. When I was there to pick up the car they tried to give me a BLUE civic!!!! And on top of that the manager looked us in the eye and said ,there were never four colours and it was only blue!! And it is your problem, you knew that our salemsan was inexperienced and you should have been more careful!!! So what i thought happene that they made me happy to get my color of choice for my car and when they were siging the papaers within themsleves they just put the color they had in stock without my knowledge. There are sort of people that have no respect and sense of what they are put people like me through and when you try to get your right they just say we don't care!!! We are honda!!! We sell our car anyway!!! We are the top brand!!! So to any person like me that is eager to get your first car and is as excited as i was, be careful before the deal and the after deal , read every paper 10 times, record them if you meed too so they cannot deny later. They use whatever chance they get to trick you in my opinion. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- quick notes in respond to the owner reply: 1)It is easy to make a costumer like me happy and it is required the dealer to be honest, truthful and fair in the selling process which you guys failed in both.If the you guys has honored what was agreed upon, this transaction would have been completed with both parties happy. 2). I went through the reviews here , I see that I am not only one here.there are couple other people too that agreed on sth but were received sth else.So to people who reads this my advice is to be fooled by the 4 starts as i did. 3) yes , you guys come a long way from 1970's however I believe that your business model and costumer service stilled stuck at that year. The use of pre-written same reply for all the complains also is an example of old-model. At the end ,one advice for you guys would try to be honest and truthful with the costumer instead trying to sell cars at any costs.
