They contacted me on Sunday to tell me I could come over on Monday to try a Toyota Corolla that was listed online. The "costumer rep" or whatever even called me 2h before the appointment to confirm with me and I even checked with him that the car was really available. After 1h30 of transport and 40$ of taxi to get there, I learn that the car was sold on Saturday! Trying to do business with them only costed me my time and my money. Only thing I know : you can't trust them.

This is the 2nd used car I bought from the one on Marcel Laurin. The cars work well but both times there were some small issues that they refuse to take care of. 20km after i pulled out of the dealership the check engine light went on and I called the dealer right away. I was told to bring the car in and that it would not cost me anything, when I brought the car in they told me that they will not pay for the repairs. When I asked the supervisor about the engine issue he said that it's possible that because the issue wasn't serious the mechanic erased the check engine alert. The salesman I dealt with was the only positive experience but seeing what I'm dealing with now, I wouldn't be surprised if he was aware of the issue as well. You all should be ashamed of yourselves, greedy and disgraceful bunch of people ripping people off of their hard earned money.

Bought a 2016 Honda Pilot, very satisfied with Mr. Joly and the staff at the time of purchase. They were very reasonable and helpful. Found a problem a month later though when changing tires. Had to deal with Mr Trottier because of the initial response, but we came to a settlement I was happy with. Know your rights as a consumer.

Very good service! Bought a 2015 CR-V and was really well treated. I was well explained of all models that were available to me by the salesperson. I had an appointment to change my tires at the end of winter and was well greeted by the service manager. My father bought a brand new car with this dealership and they sold it to him with scratches on it. They offered to ‘’fix it’’; however, they made it so much worse! Subpar quality work from subpar quality bodymen who worked on the car. You can still see the paint dripping and they still put the clear coat on it, freezing the dripping in place + they didn’t properly sand and repaint the problematic areas. You would think that after purchasing almost a $40,000 car, you would get quality work done on it but then again, what can you expect from this joke of a dealership. I wish this review would allow me to post the picture of the car after their service after they ‘’’fixed it’’. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!!

Horrible mechanical expertise. Service department aren't customer satisfaction oriented. They are purely profit oriented. I went with my still under warranty car for a TSB fix for my brakes making noise. Honda NA released an official "fix" simply by putting lube on the front retaining clips (which i knew prior to bringing my car. Yet they didn't want to do that simple fix (not generating enough money instead wanted me to resurface my rotors for them to make 5x more money)

So, it goes like this, price haggle 500$ off a used car, she comes in, seems pleasant, the starts taking about the car shortage and the already good price I'm getting, starts raising her voice like I'm a 3 yr old being scolded...we'll fix the scratch on the door, that's it, and storms off. Sat there amazed and stunned, need less to say, ALLER , far away from this establishment.

Called a day before to visit a used Honda Odyssey 2018. On the day of the visit, two hours prior, I see the ad is not available online anymore. I called to confirm if still available and they said yes. I asked them if they are sure because I have to drive an hour to get there. They put me on hold and then firmly confirm. I drive to the dealership and 10 minutes before arriving, they call me and tell me the car is sold. I talked to the manager, explain to him that I am a consultant (my hourly rate is 120$ an hour), wasted two hours (250$ with gas), he then says that there are worst things in life (I’ve got 4 kids and It’s time and money that I won’t see again) and that their internet communication company is to blame. Did not offer any compensation what so ever. Not very professional and will be reporting to Honda Canada.

Quelle perte de temps et d'énergie ! Je compte changer ma CRV 2015 en une plus récente 2019, c'est certain que ca ne passera pas chez Honda Lallier !

I made the mistake of buying a car from here. The sales person Francois was polite till the time I noticed that I was being scammed through unnecessary charges and being lied to about Honda's policies. Once I figured it out and tried to confront him he quickly turned hostile and unprofessional. Sad thing was that I's signed the sales deed by this time and couldn't do anything about it. On the day of delivery, I was attended by a totally different sales rep, I think she was called Mary. I noticed a couple of small issues and asked if they could be fixed, she told me send an email for the issue and they will get back to me. She never did, I tried following up, got ignored till I stopped. Don't expect anything from them once you've signed the papers. All of this was happening to me to me while I paid full list price for the car, extended warranty and rust protection, thinking that COVID might have affected local businesses. Got to know later that I got overcharged for those too and I should've haggled. Also their 10 year warranty is a scam, it will not be applicable if you get your car serviced from anywhere else, even if its another Honda dealer.

I have been to Honda body shop at this place a couple of times. Recently, they repaired my car scratches, very unprofessional and low quality work. They left the car dirty, full of dust. The paint was not matched properly, out of borders dissipated over the bumpers. I mentioned this to the person in charge, he cleaned it up partially by himself and told me to come back the next day. I went there again and waisted my two hours, but the paint still looked pretty low quality. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They took a hefty amount of money from the insurance, with a low quality of work.

I had the worst experience ever. I when there even if I already had a good offer from another dealership, based on their reputation. My mistake: Lallier has a good reputation, but it doesn't apply everywhere, as I experienced in Lallier Honda Montreal. They gave me the same deal, but told me that I have to wait because they didn't have the car with the color I wanted and then the problems started: I had to call several times trying to locate the salesman (Louis-Philippe) to get some news about the process of finding the car (he never took the initiative to call me), and 3 days later he told me that after doing is best, he couldn't find the car (Civic 2018 Trim EX) in white, not even in another color, and told me to visit again the dealership to try to find a solution. I went back one week later and only got options for a more expensive trim with extras not needed, or the Sport trim without some safety options, very important to me. He told me that he tried with all the dealerships in Quebec and even in Ontario, but couldn't find anything (What a lie). I didn't take any of the offers and took my deposit back. Funniest thing? After only 1 phone call then minutes later to another dealership located near from this place, I found the car I wanted (Model, year, trim, color) and a few hours later I started the process to get my new car. According to several people that know very well how this dealership thing works, they were not very happy with our agreement, so they decided to do nothing and make me wait, trying to push me to accept other options. If was like if they can't take a good advantage from you, they are going to treat you like garbage. One more thing: The first day I was there, they had a sales event with promotions. Result: They were trying to offer things like "premium services" already included by Honda in his warranty, pushing to make me pay more for things you already had included: It was more like a scam thing than a discount offer. Stay await from this dealership.

Went to Lallier to buy a 2011 honda civic. The customer service from the staff was acceptable. And the sales person was a nice guy, and tried to help us every bit. But here is the catch, the car they had advertised was falsely advertised. They had a 2011 Honda civic being advertised on their website as Honda certified. I called in several times before paying a visit about anything about the car I should know, as I live about 2 hours away from the dealership. They all led me to believe that there were no problems with the car, and was ready to hit the road. When I got there their the salesman told me that the car was not Honda certified and the engine bubbles. They gave me a 20$ gas coupon to compensate for my visit.

Went to see a car after back and forth with a rep by text and phone. Told me to be there for 6:45pm but I arrived early just in case. They even called me to confirm during the day and sent me 2 texts, one for the time of appointment and one with a Google location to use with maps etc. (Which I added a photo) When I arrived at 630 ish, I waited until about 7:10 and no one came....sad...then someone from the new car sales came to see why I was just waiting since I asked reception twice already and some guy was able to quickly show me the car soon enough but not able to answer any questions what so ever....then I noticed that he left me there in the car to go meet with some of his own clients that just arrived and had to serve them instead. He was able to quickly get me the Carfax right before I left for a quick view but he was rushing hard to see the new car clients instead....all this time no one ever came to see me from the used car sales force and I never even got a text or call back saying sorry etc.... For someone that is looking to even pay the full amount in cash, they sure lost a sale tonight.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place what so ever after this ordeal. Very sad to see how unprofessional and disrespectful this service has been....never in my life. Besides the car being masked to hide the broken bumper and the poor paint fixes that will rust soon I was lucky enough to not buy the Audi from them and will happily spend my hard earned money at another dealer. I come with my girlfriend to fix the car, seems that everything that was wrong with the car was our fault and they said “we played with the car’s front mechanics” and the most funny thing, they make fun of us saying “you can take the bus to commute, you don’t need a car” what kind of a joke is this? We’ve already been here about gas burn rate being high months ago and they claimed that the car had no issues, even tho we insisted that it has, now we come back since the issue becomes more catastrophic, and all we get is a blame and jokes. Never seen such a place where employees do not want to handle a customer and are rude and arrogant, your job is called “service” meaning you take care of the customer when they have issues with their vehicle and make them to worry less on whats wrong with the car and not give them the worst experience in the world. I have my own Tesla electric car, never been treated like this at a Tesla service, always been welcomed with smile and been comforted with explanation and same day repairs, and even got fixed issues that was caused by me, yet a a brand that has been selling cars for decades still has no idea who they are hiring lol. Called there at 40-640 to talk to the sales rep mr Leger, when talked and explained that I wanted to see and test the car from 10 days ago he just laughed and said it’s a sport and price is $27.000 as the car has 6000 km on board. I confirmed an appointment to view a used car at this dealership. I drove one hour in heavy traffic to see the car. After I talked to the salesperson for 15 minutes, I was ready to test drive the car, and he informed me that he had sold the car to someone else. I then had to drive another hour in heavy traffic back home. The car is still listed online. I think they are either using fraudulent listings to lure people into the dealership, or they chose not to sell me the car on a discriminatory basis. I'm never buying a car from this place, and neither should you. Completely unprofessional and wasted my entire afternoon!

When i got their reception, I sit with one of the sales team (regardless that it was very clear that there is no desire to sell), and the car was there, but i have been told that the car is sold out already!. then i was told there is a similar white car, but the price can't be negotiated and the finance rate is 6.99%. was very disappointing experience. even i stayed their for just 5 minutes after spending almost 30 minutes to get there.

I bought a Venza this summer from them. They were very eager to put the car in my hands, which can be good, but: added a 180$ Trousse VIP lallier to my bill without my noticing (this is just a fake fee - I didn't get any special service in exchange. However it's common sense that when you change a tie rod, you have to do the alignment. Of course the alignment wasn't done when I picked up the car for final delivery. I ended up doing it just today, when I got my winter tires put on. This cost me an extra 100$. One would think that buying at a dealer like HONDA is a form of guarantee that there will be good service. WRONG. Improve your game Lallier. Don't hide behind the Honda brand. You're degrading it.

(I have a list of stuff to inspect for used cars from chris fix and its 4 pages long but she had no problems letting do my inspection for 30 min.) Didn't end up in a sale because the car had an issue.(felt it within driving 20 meters out the lot. Car was nice and kind bummed about the issue.) I would return if they had a car i want.

I did recently fuel pump recall service with lallier service Center. It’s really disappointing work done. Seat buckle kept inside seat and installed, now not able to keep child seat, moreover oil spilled over seat covers & car full of gas smell. These all very basic things to make sure done properly. Now I really worried how the fuel pump replacement done. I don’t think certified mechanic s are working here. Be careful going to this service Center.———— To fix above stated issue I have visited this service Center and they messed up with my car again. Inside the car there are full of dirty water marks on the doors and seats attached images as well, I believe they are doing this kind of mess work intentionally, I don’t think they minimum professionalism and curtsy towards customers. I am really disappointed. I don’t think they are really professional mechanics working here. Always better to avoid this service Center.

Recently bought a used Honda Fit from here. Car seems to be fine after a couple of months but the customer service experience was lacking in attention to detail. I had the following issues during my dealings with Lallier Honda (more or less ordered from most to least serious): 1) They knew I was taking the car to Ontario for safety and registration but didn't fill in and sign the Quebec certificat d'immatriculation. Had the lady at Service Ontario not been kind, I would have had to drive all the way back to Montreal. This is completely unacceptable. 2) The Lallier '200000km/10 year powertrain warranty' was a selling point for me but I didn't receive any paperwork for this until I asked for it. When I did get it, it states that in order to be eligible, EVERY bit of work has to be carried out by them, even oil changes. For someone living in Kingston, ON this is completely useless and I felt it was deceitful to use it as something of value to me. 3) It was a certified used vehicle, yet the right wing mirror was faulty. Replaced under the 1-month warranty but should have been detected before I took the vehicle. I had to ask 3 times by email to make sure the repair would be carried out under warranty - that's not a language issue, it's a lack of attention to detail. 4) The car was not cleaned properly (food remains and a glovebox full of dust). This was remedied when I complained. 5) The car did not come with a full tank of gas, as promised. This was remedied when I complained. 6) Battery was flat when I got it (car started but then I stopped it to work out my route to Ontario, after which it didn't start again and needed a jump). Don't hand over a car with a flat battery to a customer! 7) Even little things like having 4 screws instead of 2 on my front and rear licence plate holders so that they don't rattle had to be asked for. In summary, I bought a decent car at a not too inflated price and with the peace of mind that they had (mostly) checked that it wasn't a lemon. I got free muffins and coffee, big smiles and was called 'sir' to within an inch of my life by the service guys, making me FEEL special. But with all the issues I experienced, I realised I wasn't actually that special at all to them and they just wanted me to pay the money and get out as fast as possible without noticing where they had cut corners. Disappointing.

De plus il nous propose de reprendre notre véhicule au deux tiers de sa valeur (12000$) alors que les même véhicule avec 3 fois plus Kms étaient vendu a leur succursale a des prix supérieur a 16000$. Nous avons confirmé que l'ancien directeur commercial nous a bel bien offert ce taux, (taux disponibile sur les Civic a l'époque) mais il insista dans ces commentaires. Nous nous sommes sentis insulter et dénigrer. A défaut de nous faire passer pour des menteurs, il brade notre véhicule qui a été entretenue dans leur atelier et qui n'a que 38000Kms au conteur. Le directeur commercial ne voulais visiblement pas nous vendre de véhicules. Très déçus et insulter de cette expérience privilège ....

En plus le directeurs Desjardins se centais qu'il avais gagné le trophée pour le bon services de vente. Mais il appartenais à un autre concessionnaire Lallier près de la ville de Québec. MDR Plus Jamais du Lallier et plus jamais du Honda .(pour d'autres raisons.).

SCAMMED AGAIN? BUYERS BEWARE!!! You scammed as before, we bought a rustproofing but you did not apply it. You just turned over the vehicle without applying it. We checked the vehicle and there was no new rustproofing applied. So the money paid for the rustproofing was put in credit cause you wouldn't refund it. Every time we do our maintenance we have to go back to your dealership. I had my regular maintenance service done today (Sept. 21, 2020) for my CRV 2014. It was my wife who went there. She was explained by the mechanic that the transmission fluid was slowly leaking. The mechanic explained that it will look like an oil dripping in the garage. If it will not be changed the soonest, the oil will eventually drained out. So the mechanic requested the part to be replaced. The part replaced as reflected in the invoice "REPLACE TRANSMISSION PRESSURE SWITCH 199.95 PLUS TAX. HON 37241-RNA-A01 CONTROLEUR REGUL/VI 010B6D". Why does it need to be changed when it is working properly, no error codes. If it is leaking you can just tighten it. Could you explain further why you need to change it or is this another scam?

went to have front suspension repaired on honda fit 2007. they call me back to say they won't have the parts for 8 weeks and it would cost 2500$.Told them to forget it. Went to small garage recommended to me by a friend, They got the parts 2 days later and charged me 800 $ granted they don’t have wi fi and a nice ,clean waiting room but they did the job..A 200 $ difference would be normal, but 1700 $ more ? On top of that they refused to offer me a drive home (which they use to) and claimed they had no available courtesy vehicle (I could spot at least 1 in the parking lot). then they call me 4 hours later to say they can't have the parts for 8 weeks. Talk about not wanting my business, they made it clear with that quote that I would never return there,. Recently she had her keys stolen by her ex-husband when she told us about the one set of keys i made inquires to other honda dealer concerning this practice with the keys they all told me the same thing they were suppose to give here 2 sets of keys no matter what. So I called them to ask someone and they transferred me to someone, who refused to give his name, to asked him for an explanation on this and they basically told me to late to bad it has been 4 years she has the car it her problem if she wants new keys she will have to pay, over $300.00 for something she should have gotten with any car purchased. I was even told by other car dealer to call honda lallier and fight them to get the 2nd set of keys free because that is what she was suppose to get. i had a problem with my ignition in 2015 and changed the ignition barrel and got it coded for approximately $500. 3-4 years later i have the same problem. I called the service and got an estimate for re-coding my ignition barrel and they said $239.95 + tax. For fun of it I called Hamel Honda 332 Rue Dubois, Saint-Eustache, QC J7P 4W9 that is about the same distance from my house however a lot further from my work and the estimate for re-coding the ignition barrel was $189 + tax.... Don't understand why they have such a difference in price for the same job. Requested for management to call me to explain the difference. will see if he ever calls back....... i spoke to management and they re insured me that the service i will be getting is the same from one Honda dealer to the other however the hourly rate is different. Thant's the reason why. I choose to bring it to Honda Lallier since its closer to my work and don't have to go through that traffic jam on the way to Montreal.

I was on their site when one of their customer service reps asked for my phone number, which I gladly gave to them. From that day on I had daily calls asking me to go in and talk to their sales representatives. I finally made a date a visited their branch. That day I test drove a Civic 2012 and told the sales rep I will get back to him. After a few hours of research, I emailed them an offer for their car. I was told in to come in and verbally mention the offer. Obviously my offer was rejected and they countered my offer over by 1200 $, then after submitting 3 offers in a row, the sales director, Mr. Donnadieu, comes out and says "it's the best f*****g deal you will get, it's 1000 $ off the car price ". After he leaves I respectfully declined the offer price and left. That's some customer service right. Within 2 days I start receiving calls from lallier honda regarding their asking price, I declined again. Another two days pass and I start getting phone calls again, and then personal text messages from their sales rep. The sales rep tells me they knocked off 200 $ from their previous offer. The price was still too steep but I decided I will get their car. After selling my car privately, I went directly to Lallier Honda, I was told I can't pick up their car till Thursday (it was Saturday, and because of National Patriots day on Monday) so I was willing to leave a deposit for the car until Tuesday when I would come and make a final payment. While I was outside inspecting the car I was supposed to buy, the sales rep tell me "we can't sell you the car at that price". I was like why, "it's because you aren't financing the car, and we need you too finance at-least 8000 $ for a certain period of time so the dealership can make money". I left all angry and feeling betrayed. Had no way of getting home so I took a taxi. I then emailed and texted the seller regarding the price and the name of the manager who agreed on the price, however I have had no response. Do you believe this ? Apart from the sales rep I think he was doing his job and was respectful, however this was a total loss of time for me, including selling my car thinking I was going to get another car that day. Playing with peoples emotion and luring them in to negotiate prices and when the time comes they want you to finance 80 % of the car so " they can make money" how absurd is that. Lesson leaned , Lallier Honda is not in the customer service business, let alone they can't even accept their own negotiated price. They need to make their money. A message to the owner and your customer services specialist. There is no need to reply to this review nor get in contact with me so you can pretend you care about your care about clients.

She did not care at all about anything, not even a smile on her face as if she was a receptionist and not a “customer service rep” when asked to go in the back, I went no one was there, so drove back in the front, she came knocking at my window upset saying “I told you to go all the way in the back of the building!” Never again…. Sales director that doesn't even know what is a cutomer service because he talked to me and my family with realy disrespectfull maners. I wanted to transfer a lease and in my whole life i never been deceived like that. I was going to get a honda last night but i changed my mind because it looks like they dont give a damn about the people all they want to do is sell. I don't know how they made a guy like that a sales director! Its a shame. No sympathy, talked to me with a realy disrespectfull way, no education level at all and lost a very important client that was willing to change for a honda.in my hole life i never had a director talk to me with nerves, screaming at his clients. Yes I was also very annoyed with having to give a star rating just to post my review and after all that writing the owner did not respond, is that because he ignores the worst reviews hoping they will go away? Buyers and owners find another Honda dealership to go to I did. I had a very bad experience with Lallier Honda from the reviews I have read here and the way I was treated I can only assume that the difference between me and the clients who were treated with respect is that I was buying a second hand car at a low price. I fully believe and as your Sales Manager hinted at, if I was buying a car at 15 or 20 thousand that would be better and I could then get credit, CREDIT!!! at no time did I ask for credit I made it very plane I had cash money to spend even that did not get me any respect as a customer as what I heard from two conversations was your profit was the most important thing. This arrogant person I spoke to, I believe his last name is Campeau, was very aggressive and only seemed to want to pick a fight. he kept telling me over and over I could not get credit, when I stated I did not want credit he kept insisting that I had to stop asking because he had to make sure that I understood I could not have credit, he repeated this over and over, the more I insisted I was paying cash the more he kept repeating himself. Just went in to try to see the new honda pilot .... trying is as far as it went ,first of all the salesman looked at me and asked me if i was " dans la vente " wich at first i did not understand then when he realised i was not he smiled and told me the only pilot they had to show me was taken by the boss and he wont be back ....before monday. For a dealership that advertised being opened on saturdays i m just wondering what do they do for customers that are coming to see the pilot. I am currently driving an xc60 and an s60 ...the saleman didn't seem to take me very seriously as far as potential , it might be a good idea to give him a little training on how to ask the right questions and therefore screen real potential clients by not looking so unprofessional and laughing when anouncing that his boss is gone with the only model !! I was potentially looking at changing the lease of my company car (the s60) for something bigger to transport things but i guess that sometimes it might be better to stick with what works and expecially a good customer service ... i will try another honda dealer but lets say that this one did not start really well on reflecting good customer service and professionalism...." the boss took the only one" you are right boss ....the only pilot available is much better off with you driving around than being put available for your laughing salesman to show to potential customers so hope you enjoy your ride and allow me to join the laughing out loud myself to ! Bought a used 2012 Civic Ex with about 40k km on it in 2016. During the test drive brakes were making a noise the sales person said it was normal. I ended up purchasing the car, went back two weeks later to the dealer with the same noise and asked for an explanation. When I spoke to my sales person he freaked out and pretended he didn’t know me until I brought up the 1 month warranty that comes legally. It was the reaction of the sales person that has convinced me to never go back. Service and parts department is the only aspect that is good hence the 2 star rating. Considering that my car was a Honda certified and everything was supposedly perfect, battery went out two months from when I bought it. Perhaps buying a new car is a great experience with them but for used cars it’s a scary experience. A few of the reviews have also been put up by the employees.

Great customer service. I always take my car to them for service and repairs. These guys always look around the car and sometime go beyond the scope of work to check if everything is okay and most of the time just help eliminate the additional service which really doesn't required to help lower down the cost. But the recent experience didn't went well. Long story short, I went their to return complimentary/replacement vehicle and the guy told me i scratched the front bumper just from below (towards the road) which I really didn't and I mentioned I am not aware of that. That spot is hard to see and the scratch was barely seen. The fact is that I didn't drive car much in whole 5 days and end up paying $100 from my pocket (since I was getting late for my work meeting). I have decided not to take replacement car from them.

AVOID this dealer as much as you can! I signed the lease offer on April 3, 2021, and gave 500$ deposit. The car is scheduled be delivered on the fourth week of April. With one week (around April 9), I found a better deal, so went to the Honda Lallier to cancel the lease. It is surprise that the dealer refused to refund 500$! CAA towed my Honda CRA in Honda Lallier this morning, due to 2 flat tiers which I changed there 2 weeks ago. I picked my car at noon, and drove to work. The same tires are flate again!!! I was told it all good. Now I am in Ile-Perrot, I called, and Lallier only said to bring back the car and not responsible for anything. So who is going to pay for the taxis and the tow fee. 35km away. I parked my car in front of my window, nobody touched it. There are surveillance camera, recording. Bad service quality!!!! When i ask for a loaner vehicule, they let me know that they don’t offer any and have to wait the full time in a very rude manner. Wanted to lease a brand new CRV. After discussion, they did not have one to test drive. I needed to schedule another appointment to test drive one (couldn’t believe it). The sales person showed me the regular price off of his computer. When I asked if there was room to negotiate, he pretty much said that was his price. So I just left. Pls put negative star . If I had read reviews here I wouldn't have bought from them. We paid 600$ plus rustproof that they didn't apply, honest mistake or ripped-off .. Our vehicle is not Certified, pls check the process of certification in the Honda website, our Crv is so dirty, the thick dirt or dust grime are still intact, not disturb or touch on the engine and it's surrounding, there are still plenty of leaves accumulated, it is impossible to work without disturbing the dirt We bought a used they say Certified Vehicle Crv 2014 last July 2017 since we are immigrant, first they get our financial records for loan credit check, sales agent Steve said you could deposit 200$ , it will be refunded in case you won't buy , Honda don't want to blemish it's name for 200$. So we made a deposit. They entertain us good before we made the purchase after that we get the vehicle when we call the agent to complain it's hard to reach him always not available, when we talk to him about possible brake fluid leakage on the abs pump, he said he will call, we waited for a few days he didn't call, we had to call him many times again, ask about if still under warranty he said no more warranty it's already 3 months, even thought it's still 2months. Their service dept said the wet fluid is rustproofng they applied starting 2016. We complained about the rustproofng Bec. I notice that there was no new rustproofng applied, there is a sticker stating rustproofed 2016 ziebart, Instead of cash refund they only give a 600+$ credit deposit re to our account they say bec. it's includedi n a loan from the bank even though we made a 9,000.00$ down payment so that our monthly payment would be smaller, If I didn't notice it or somebody who doesn't have knowledge about it, lallier Honda would be 600$+ richer. I thought when we get the car the interior would be clean just like the Honda in our place they clean inside out . I thought the dents would be fix Bec Steve showed me another Crv w/ dent & rust, the dent was just painted. It should be repaired Bec when these leased units were returned the owner is ask to pay for repairs for the dents. There is a black paint on the door handle of the rear door looks like painted with an ugly brush. We don't expect to be treated like a v.i.p, we just want to be treated fairly & honestly. I will be going there tomorrow for an oil change Bec engine is still under warranty and we still have 600+$ deposit

By far the worst customer experience ever. I got threatened by the one of their service men. Long story short, I came to pick up my car that they were supposed to fix, when I looked at my car the job wasn't done AT ALL. The receptionist came Out and ordered me to to pay up for the job, I told her I'm Not paying for a job that wasn't done. Benoit ( that's his name ) then came out and said " Oh sorry I forgot to fix it but give me 5 minutes and I'll fix it ". I wasn't going to pay him 500$ for a 5 minute job that I can do myself. He then threatened to take my keys back from my hands and told me " You can go home by foot yourself ". After I said I'm Leaving, he blocked my car with another one of his Honda cars in the parking lot and left. I was standing there with my car blocked between two cars and couldn't leave. He said " if you keep arguing with me im not giving you your car back so go Home on your own ". Disgustingly rude and he does not know how to speak to customers. He started painting on my car in the parking lot! Not even in the garage, and I couldn't do anything about it because he blocked my car. They only moved the other cars after I was forced to pay. This is the LAST time I go to Honda Lallier on Boulevard Laurentien. They need to re evaluate who they hire to present themselves. Please save your money and time and chose another dealership because Benoit clearly doesn't know how to handle customers. Keep it classy Honda not trashy.

On se présente donc à 15h30 en espérant que le tout se fasse rapidement. Le véhicule nous est remis sale, mais très sale. Il sent la cigarette, il y a des frites au sol, du ketchup sur les sièges, quelque chose collée sur les portes-verres. Inacceptable! La réponse de la fille de la livraison et du représentant des ventes au neuf : « -aviez vous négocier un lavage ? Ce n’était Sûrement pas inclus? » C'était inscrit de base sur l’annonce du concessionnaire. Les véhicules usagées vendu au concessionnaire sont TOUJOURS lavé avant d’être remis, c’est loin d’être ma première expérience. Il a fallu se fâcher pour avoir du service d’un représentant aux véhicules usagés. Nous sommes donc repartis sans le véhicule et dans le trafic du vendredi de surcroît. Ils ont lavé le véhicule finalement mais ceci est pour nous une service après vente inacceptable par le service de livraison d’un concessionnaire de ce nom. La compensation reçue?! Le lavage de fond en comble et un changement d’huile gratuit. Je ne retournerai plus à cet endroit. L’achat a été fait au nom de mon conjoint pour répondre au commentaire de Lallier. Nous avons donc un dossier et un achat à VOTRE concessionnaire.

One of the worst dealers in Montreal. “Your reputation proceeds you” that is so true for this dealership and it’s sales persons. They made me signed the lease contract for new Civic and got the deposit from me and then very next day told me that the Car is not available anywhere in its dealership across Quebec. How could you made me signed the contract if you didn’t have a car available for sale. Imagine, what would they have done if I had to canceled the deal for some reason!!! After that we came to an agreement for another car at a certain Price but again the very next day, just before signing the contract told me that the manager wants to increase the price for the car. They are not reliable and trustworthy at all.

We were interested in a car and spent some time at the dealership, and then via email and over the phone to come up with a reasonable price. My husband was quoted a price over the phone and so I drove across the city to confirm this deal. I then spent 2 hours with the sales rep and then with the manager. The sales rep reiterated the deal he had made with my husband, but later when meeting the manager, reneged on this deal and quoted me a higher price and refused to honour the original proposal. I felt very played and taken advantage of, and reneging on a promise deal is just not good business. I would stay far away from this dealership. It was a giant waste of my time.

I gave him back his business card and he angrily crumbled the piece of paper where he took my information and threw it in the garbage. While I still think very highly of Honda as a vehicle manufacturer, the service I received at this dealership was very unsatisfactory and will probably not visit this dealership again.
