Nous négocions les réparations et le prix, le vendeur me dit OUI a tout mais ne note rien, je le force à prendre en note tout ce que nous négocions. Deal, nous faisons un dépôt pour l'auto. Le jour de récupération arrive, j'inspecte l'auto, demande à voir la facturation des réparations demandées, on me réponds : désolé nous ne les montrerons pas, c'est à la discrétion de la maison. Très étrange, comment puis-je savoir ce qui a été fait ou non ? Les rayures ont été faites mais pas l'impact sur le parebrise. Nous finalisation le paiement de l'auto, et le vendeur nous informe seulement à ce moment que nous avons seulement un jeu de clé.... et que l'ancienne propriétaire doit rendre le 2e jeu bientôt. Le bientôt n'a jamais eu lieu plus de 2 mois à les appeler pour savoir quand nous pouvions les avoir, le vendeur nous a finalement dit qu'ils allaient nous envoyé le double par la poste, puis aucune nouvelle. 2 semaines après nous rappelons, le vendeur qui a suivi notre dossier ne travaille plus là. Il a fallu encore plusieurs jours pour avoir quelqu'un qui puisse nous aider car il n'y avait pas de note dans notre dossier ... finalement le directeur du concessionnaire Ile des soeurs nous a demandé de faire faire un double nous même et de lui envoyer la facture. Chose que nous avons faites. Devinez .. ça fait 2 mois qu'on attends le remboursement ... ?!
