Hello Fortier Ford Ville d’Anjou, Thanks again for your service. I’m still give a 5 star rating to Fortier Ford Anjou. At the end of the day they have fixed and serviced my Ford Fusion. I would like to mention a couple of things that I was a little frustrated with but was satisfied once everything was said and done. First, was getting an appointment. I’ve reached out to Fortier Ford Anjou months ago prior to my visit on Nov 26th 2020. And have not received a call back or reply. So I had when to the local mechanic near me. Second, and I have mentioned this before to Fortier Ford Anjou is the language barrier for English customers. I can speak French and will speak French the best to my ability and will always try, but if the personnel sees I’m struggling with my words trying to explain ...A little help and consideration would be greatly appreciated not making me feel inferior. I have mentioned to service by phone, by email and to the service person when I got there that I have 2 free oil changes and wanted to take 1 of my 2 free oil changes (I got this offer when I purchased my car at Fortier Ford Anjou) but they wanted to charge me at first? I tried explaining but they have Mistaken because they thought I did the oil change with them already but this was my first time and they wanted to charge me ? Third, when I found out the work on my car would be 4 hours more or less and I’ve been in the service center since 7:15am (my car was ready at around 2pm, is when I got the call) I was asked if I was going to stay to wait or will be leaving. To long to stay and wait. I said I guess I’ll leave and wait for your call. I had no car to get home and did not really know what to do so I walk home from Anjou to RDP. 2 hour walk. I was not offered any ride or any accommodations to get home. Never asked me? Finally, got my car back. Paid for a full break replacement on all 4 tires, replacement of the passenger side Main headlight and got my first free oil change. Checked out my Car and was very happy. Clean and the job was well done ... but I notice on the passenger side headlight they have replaced, the mini top bulb (parked light) was out? It was working before I brought my car in. Just wished they checked since it was right beside the headlight they changed? But it’s okay... I’ll will buy a replacement mini bulb and replace it myself. Would be cheaper and save me on time. I feel if I bring it back I’ll have to wait a long time and pay a lot for something small like that. I don’t want to miss work again. Keeping my 5 star rating with Fortier Ford Anjou because of the cleanliness, staff and the great job the service center does. Communication of my needs, once understood were all met. Thank you once again Fortier Ford Anjou.

Dream car come true! Great service, beautiful beautiful car! Telly is a great and fantastic sales man, you just can't beat a ford! Plus Telly did let me have a test drive and he was extremely courteous! The young lady that was there for the actual signing was extremely professional. I only wish I could find a ford baseball cap!

Every time I go there I think they are trying to scam me. Every time my car has a different problem that cost around 1000$ if I add all the bills they gave, I should buy a new car instead. Hopefully, we didn’t buy ford.

First you call and the seller cannot tell if the car it is 5 or 6 passengers, and he told me "if I want to know I have to go there and see it", also he told me it was available. When I called again, trying to talk to someone else the second person told me the car was already sold. It is the worst car dealer, very disappointing.

Very bad costumer service and shady sellers they won't tell you if the car you are buying as any problems even after asking. Not recommend buying from them.

Bought a Ford Escape 2014 a few years back. Came in for a quick check on a weird squeaking noise coming from the suspension. Mechanic took a quick look and cleaned the break pads. We were not notified and the service rep tried to charge us 220$. We never consented to any service and the car is covered by warranty. The rep tried to guilt trip us into paying. When called out on the bull, she told us the service was on the house. Super shady business practice. It's really a bummer because we would come in frequently.

Confused staff gave us an appointment on site to evaluate damages, when they should have sent us to a third party. Spent 45 minutes waiting, including at least 3 conversations to clear this up. Sigh. Will now avoid this place like the plague.

I was hesitating between buying a corolla or a focus, I got an appointment from ford fortier and my only goal was to test drive a focus and I mentioned that in the session with the representative! However she got all my information and retrieved my credit score!! When the score was printed, she came to me and said you're credit is good but to let you know if you go to another dealer your credit is gonna go down! That was a disgusting move!! I had no idea about the process and I just trusted her!! I'm just so happy that I didn't buy a car from them!

Your ad on "Ford employee pricing" is so extremely over used, that the day I buy a car, I would consider any brand EXCEPT FOR YOURS. Such a headache. Everyone in my entourage have the same opinion. So many lost potential customers. Good job!

Professional staff. I would like to notice monsieur André Robert (spare parts department). Every time when I have a chance to meet him and purchase something I realise that Fortier Ford has VERY KIND STAFF and PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I have been to the service section three times and had very negative experience that the agent I dealt with was making up the case for undue repair given that my car was relatively new and another dealer disagreed that any repair was required. I complained to Mr Roger who is supposed to be manager. I found Mr Roger lacking in credibility and his style does not beget customers’ trust. He talks with his hands and was very rude that I wonder if he is at all fit to be manager. When I talked to anther service agent, he was equally rude and impolite. Poor service and lack of credibility and being rude appear to be well-rooted culture in Ford Fortier. I asked to talk to the top manager but I was told Roger is the top guy and I was suspicious because his behaviour does not appeal to being a manager at all, the opposite is true that he mismanaged the whole service matter. There appears to be no accountability to senior manager or the owner that Mr Roger and the other agent are taking their job for granted. I now appreciate why the service department is not at all busy. Every time I have been there, there was hardly one person, which is the reason why they rip customers off. I have been driving Ford cars for my life but with this experience, I am considering to change. I invite the senior management and the owner to carry some investigation into the service concerns of Mr Roger and others. Unfortunately calls are not recorded and customers are not given an opportunity to rate the service received from Mr Roger which is way below zero. The response is as untruthful as the lies given by Mr Roger. This is the extent to which the culture of “lies, lack of service” and “rip-off customers to make up for the losses” is very well-rooted in the service department of Ford Fortier. This is a question of a Service Agent and a Manager who falsely claim certain parts need replacement to rip-off the customers. This is a question of a service agent and a manger that cannot convince the customer at all simply because as they talk you immediately figure-out they are “lying”. Because you know they are lying, I cannot trust this this service department on my car nor do I believe the bill is true. Unfortunately, Ford Fortier do not record the interfaces and/or tel. calls so the top management can see what is really going on and establish the link between the poor performance of Mr Roger and the other agent and the fact that every time I have been there, there was hardly one customer, if at all. Although this is the closest service centre to my new home, I have to seek service from another professional dealer. Unfortunately, Google reviews force me to give at least one star, otherwise Ford Fortier scores well below zero..

Poor service. If I could rate it 0 stars I would. . Cars are overpriced. I don't suggest selling your vehicle either, they will give you half of what it's worth and turn around and sell it for more than double. Theirs making a profit and then theirs taking advantage of people. Dishonest to the core.

5th time I bring my car in over an issue with my brakes. The problem still has never been resolved. My lease is ending in a few months and I wanted to purchase the car but due to this issue and their unwillingness to fix it, I don't think I will anymore

The sellers are rude. A couple of years I went to the store to buy a brand new ford Edge and the service I received was so bad that I purchased at Ford Lincoln. Today I gave the chance to see if they change for better but the service I got was even worse than Dollarama. I know what I want, a brand new Ford Explorer with the equipement I need, nothing more or less but the seller didn’t want to work online, despite the COVID-19 he insist the I need to go to the store while everybody work online nowadays, to see the equipement. He even agree for me to purchase at Ford Lincoln. You guys are the best marketing for your competition.

Update : Awful dealer. Promote false advertising on their website - scratch and see your discount - there is no discount. Not worth driving there. I went to another dealer and got a better price for the same vehicul. They are taking advantage of the shortage of vehicles - flash news - not all dealers do that,but this one does so stay away.

I would not recommend the used dealership to any of my colleagues, friends, or family. We where treated very poorly. I am quite surprised that the rating for this dealership is not worse. Very unprofessional. Will never see a penny of my hard earned dollars. I advise you take your money elsewhere

I met Antoine Default at Fortier Ford after visiting 11 other dealerships. Antoine was knowledgeable, patient, answered all my questions and took the time to go through all the options to ensure I received the best possible deal and that I received exactly what I was looking for. So, I purchased a new F150. On the day of delivery, unfortunately, Antoine was off sick so someone else handled the paperwork. During the signing of the paperwork there was a question of the warranty, which was not as I recalled but spoke with Serge. I am not fluent in French, and despite asking him to speak English, he continued speaking fast in both French and English and tried to confuse the facts. We moved on past that moment but the red flags were starting to rise. At the end of signing all the papers, I was informed there would be a 400$ licensing fee, which came as a surprise, 2nd red flag. I received the keys at the reception desk and was walked out to the truck. No explanation of how anything worked, no walk around, 3rd red flag. I asked a couple of questions about the truck and began to realize that the truck was not as I had ordered. There were things that I discussed and paid for, that were missing: heated rear seats, mud flaps, and black rims. Serge was called again and started to talk fast and promised that all would be fixed and that I would receive a call the next day: 4th red flag. A few days later, I realized that the full access tonneau cover I ordered was not installed, but in its place was a limited access tri-fold cover. A few days later I received a text message from Stephanie Durocher asking to call her if there were any issues with the truck. I called her several times and she was able to organize an installation date for the heated rear seats but nothing else was resolved. I was told that the black rims were never included in the purchase price. The mud flaps were simply ignored and was also told that all covers have some restrictions, despite receiving the wrong one. I have asked for a detailed accounting of the section in the Offer to Purchase where I was told that these items were listed, this request has also been ignored. How this will end is yet to be seen but I'll update as new developments unfold. UPDATE: 08/13/2019 Thanks to Antoine Default, a resolution is in the process. The tonneau cover will be changed.

Horrible place. And the Suppose GM that responds to poor reviews will never get back to you. They don't care at all. Tried to sell me a vehicle that had numerous engine codes deleted. Glad my mechanic found them. Stay away. And to the owner who will respond to this review. I have emailed you a number of times. Why won't you email me back you coward.

After making an appointment online i get a call and 3 texts to remind me of my appointment at 1pm. I was looking for a used ford escape and saw one listed on the website that i was interested to test drive. I get there on time and ask for sissoko, since he was the one texting me and assured me that the car was still available the day before. Waited about 30 mins before asking if someone else was available. Michel was next in line to help. Right off the bat he wanted me to guarantee i would buy a car on the spot or else i would lose out on a special. Please, there are hundreds of cars for sale every day. When I mentioned i never driven a ford before and before committing to a sale i would like to test drive his attitude was so rude like i was wasting his time. Then he checks if the car i wanted was still on the lot, it sold. So sissoko used that as bait to get me to the dealership. That’s wasting my time. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Pushy and unskilled salesmen.

I didn't have much done, but it was fast and accurate. I have been a client of Fortier Ford for many years and have been satisfied with sales and service. But I hope they got this problem with transmission settled once in for all! Ford will stop producing Focus & Fiesta! Too bad, they shd change company for transmission, it's a good little car (Focus), I will miss it, as it is my 3rd one! Thank you
