In July, I found a car I wanted at Auto Laval. Initially I dealt with Mathieu, but eventually I dealt with Will. Despite never having bought a car sight unseen, and despite living in Nova Scotia, I must say I am more than satisfied with the car Will had shipped to me. It was obvious from our phone conversations that Will was extremely knowledgeable about cars and was very focused on excellent customer service. Great guy to talk to! We had a few hiccups with the shippers of the car, but Will made sure I was satisfied. He even included some parts that the BMW Dealer inspection said needed replacement, but which he felt were actually not quite ready to be replaced at purchase time, along with a new key fob. I was so impressed, that when I made a trip to Ontario in August, I stopped in to the dealer and met Mathieu, Amelie and Georges, all of whom I dealt with in the process of buying the car. Great people! I would highly recommend buying from Auto Laval! The car was even better than described (Georges even gave me a walk around video tour of the car before I bought). I would buy here again!

I work nearby and was looking for another car. My boss said this place is great. So I went to check it out. I've been to a lot of used car dealerships. They're all hideous and pushy. But this place is great. No pushing, no trying to drain your energy but pretty helpful and respectful. Mathieu and Will, cool & honest guys. I don't buy on the first visit so I shopped around after visiting them the first time. Then I came back to buy an Elantra GLS 2013 from them. Because they're better than other used car dealerships I went to (about 10). Car's like new. Financing is decent. They changed the new brake pads, oil, topped up some gas and detailed the interior before handed the key to me. Good work.

Dealing with Will was an outstanding experience. He listens to you and understands what you need and finds it at the right price. I did my researches, I can use a computer, but I don't necessarily know what I'm looking at or what to look out for and stay away. Dealing with auctions is no easy business and bringing in a car from another province, is not fun. We didn't end up buying it as we went a different direction with cars but Will was very sweet, no pressure whatsoever. Not sure what the issue was here: we called ahead to verify the car we wanted was available, and drove the 35 minutes to the dealer. The salesman didn't retrieve the paperwork on the vehicle, didn't rise from his chair to give any details - generally seemed irritated we were interested in buying a car - going so far as to say there was no way to test drive it. When we said we had no intention of buying a car without driving it, we were told that was our prerogative. It was absolutely bizarre.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Auto Laval. It's the first time I've purchased a car sight unseen, and from across the country none the less. The price and configuration was better than I could find locally. Will, the salesman who I worked with, went above and beyond to ensure that the purchase and shipping went well. Toys R Us for Big Boys. These guys are world class. Service is impeccable. They won’t try and sell you just any car they sell you the car that you want. I went in looking at a Q5 and came out with an A6 after 2 very long test drives, by myself I might add, and I knew which car I wanted. He would have let me test more but I was set on that A6. OMG what a car. Set me up with a set of black mags too and, let’s just say these guys go out of their way to make you happy. I was looking for a 1 yr or 2 used Toyota Camry or Corolla with low mileage. l saw an ad in Kijiji auto side for a 2013 Camry XLE with low mileage and reasonable mileage, this was in November 2013. When I went to visit Auto Laval showroom about 5 days later, the car was sold but it was still there for pickup. The car looked like brain new. I met William Westcoff, senior Buyer, he showed me other cars which all looked great from inside out. Then he asked if I was in a rush to buy a car, because he said he might get other Camrys from US with low mileage, I said fine to wait till after holidays. He called me in mid-January to let me know that he had 2014 Corolla S (< 1000km) & 2013 Camry 2013 (+-5000km). The cars were like new. My daughter needed a car also so William made me a great offer if I bought both, right away I asked him to hold them till my daughter will see it. A week after we bought them both. As I was leaving for vacation that week for 6 weeks, I left a depot and they hold them for me. We got possession of the cars in mid March. Will made the whole experience quite efficient and pleasant. He was personable and genuine to deal with. He never pressured me into any sales job but listened and offered honest opinions and info whenever I had a question. I read the testimonials and I can relate to their experiences. A great stress free car buying experience. We were referred to Will and Courtier auto Laval by a friend who had recently bought his car there. My wife was looking to replace her current vehicle a few weeks before the birth of our daughter. Although we didn't live in Montreal, we were having difficulty finding the car we wanted at the right price before the baby arrived. We gave Will the specifications of what we were looking for and within a week he found a vehicle that exceeded those specifications. Throughout the process the communication was great and Will was very good at making us comfortable with purchasing remotely. When we went to Montreal to test drive the car, it was perfect and Will was was just as courteous and polite than he had been over the phone (despite being busy with multiple clients).
