Le moteur aurait pu arrêter en conduisant et causé la mort de mes filles et la mienne. On a continué à me faire conduire avec l'auto en me disant qu'elle était en test pour voir si elle consommait trop d'huile. Après un mois ils ont finalement décidé de changer mon moteur de façon gratuite. Pendant qu'ils réparaient le problème, ils m'ont téléphoné pour me dire que ma pompe à eau coulait légèrement et il faudrait la changer. Et puisqu'ils travaillaient déjà dessus, ils me faisaient une offre pour payer moins cher. Il était évident qu'ils cherchaient à se faire payer. Mon père ne voulant pas me laisser rouler avec l'auto de courtoisie, l'avait le temps des travaux. Quand les réparations fût fini, ils me téléphonent et me disent : ''Quand est-ce que vous ramenez l'auto? Puisqu'il y a un autre client qui en a besoin.'' Je leur réponds que c'est mon père qu'il l'a et la façon la plus simple de la ravoir c'est de le téléphoner. Ils me disent qu'ils n'ont pas son nom ou son numéro de téléphone. Donc je dis au gars, vous prêter une auto sans le nom, ni le numéro de téléphone ou son permis. Il me répond qu'il n’avait pas le temps d'ouvrir le dossier et de lui donner. Je lui ai répondu que de faire les choses de la bonne façon évites bien du trouble et que lorsqu'il téléphonerait mon père il était mieux de bien lui parler sinon j'allais lui faire comprendre c'était quoi du bon service à la clientèle. Depuis les travaux, il y a un bruit épouvantable qui sort du capot. Chose qui n'était pas là avant les travaux. Deuxièmement il y a de ça un an et demi environ, au changement de pneu on me dit que les freins sont complètement finis. Le disque et tout. Je trouve ça étrange puisqu'un mois au par avant j'avais fait faire la vérification conseillée au dossier. Ils ne m'avaient pas dit que les freins étaient à changer et que je freinais sur le disque. J'ai dû payer pour le changement complet des freins dû à leur incompétence. C'est dangereux de rouler pas de freins. Encore une fois, nous aurions pu mourir dans un accident mes filles et moi. Troisièmement, j'avais une fameuse plaque de métal qui se détachait tout le temps en dessous de mon auto. On m’a fait payer deux fois pour la réparer pour me dire au final que cette plaque est inutile. Combien de pièce inutile avez-vous sur vos autos pour charger au client? Franchement avec cette façon de faire qui aurait pu nous causer la mort deux fois et en me surchargeant plus d'une fois, je ne ferai plus affaire avec vous. Vous êtes sur ma liste noir.

The moment the sale goes trough this dealership will cease to care about you. Called a representative before hand to get my the winter tires (which are already bought and installed on mags) installed and advising I was short on time and that punctuality would be important. Upon arrival, their attitude changed and the promises made, no longer kept. They asked me to wait 1h30 mins to get my tires changed, while they had a free lift not being used for 30mins. The tire change takes no more than 10 minutes. Avoid this place if you don't want to be stepped on all over and taken advantage of, completely unprofessional staff.

I contacted this dealership to find out if they did Daytime Running Light Modifications on American Cars. In my first communication I stated it was for an RIV Inspection. They assured me they did. First Time: They explained how they had to split the ignition to install the relay to modify the lights. I paid $248.25. Within a week there was an issue with the installation. Second Time: I was told there was a disconnection of the work that had previously been done. I was told that there shouldn’t be an issue. I paid $136.92. The same issue happened, and I went back to the dealership. Third Time: It was the same issue, I was assured it was fixed, and I would no longer have an issue with it. The gentleman explained that I should no longer have an issue with them and instructed how to turn the lights on. The lights were not working right. When I took the car to the RIV inspection, it failed. Lights are supposed to come on when the car is started. I received 2 professional opinions before I had the work done at another Toyota dealership. I returned to the dealership and spoke to the service manager. The moment I mentioned a previous service issue I actually saw the body language change. The implication that he made was that if I drove off the lot with the lights working, what happened after is not their issue. He stated they did that work I requested, even though I had to go back twice, and eventually to another dealership. What was even more infuriating, the service manager listed things that they 'supposedly' told me before I had the modification done (the mechanic even came to support him telling me they told me all that, yet it was the first time I was meeting him) The service agents did not tell me any of this either:- • It is a trial and error and a risk (I would never had done the modification if they told me this) • The relay installation modification is temporary (I was not told this) • A permanent solution would be replacing the chassis and that would cost $6000 (Of course I would not have agreed to this) • We are not really supposed to do this ( why did they agree to do it) I can’t believe he said I should have gone back to the dealership after three attempts at getting the job done. I don’t really know if it’s Quebec law. He said the law requires a 10 day opportunity for a dealership to resolve an issue. I haven’t looked into it yet, but I will. I showed him a copy of my receipt as proof that the work had to be redone, he went on and made a copy of it. He stated he would find out what exactly they did. He went on to say ‘you know we are all friends in this business’. I am not sure what the purpose of that statement was supposed to serve. My final take on trying to resolve this issue is that the responsibility is on me, I misunderstood the process and I received the service I paid for. They get to keep $385.17 for work which had to be redone by another dealership. When it’s a service appointment you get a quick response, but when it’s an issue with the service provided there is no response. I will chalk it to a lesson learned.

Bought 3 cars over the last 10 years there..service is mediocre. Sales people don't know what they are talking about. One time they forgot tithing one wheel on my RAV 4.On another occasion they told me my brakes needed to be changed but they where only 50% worn out. This week they called me to offer to take back my vehicles and offer a new one for less than 1% interest rate. When I arrived there the interest rate was 3.5%. Theses are just examples of many events i have endured over the years . I do not recommend that place and i will not go to that place ever again. update - despite what the owner says below, they did called me back but did not try to resolve anything. Update - I just Bought a Honda Pilot Touring and i really Like it !

(Original) Client fidèle depuis plus de 15 ans, avec au moins 4 voitures prises en location chez Toyota Montréal Nord, c'était ma dernière visite chez eux. Je suis allé en septembre, suite à leur courriel de promotion, pour changer ma voiture. Je suis tombé sur le vendeur Majid et j'ai signé avec lui un contrat pour une Toyota Prius 2021. J'attends une semaine, aucun signe de sa part. Donc, je l'appelle pour savoir quand je dois chercher ma voiture. Il me dit que mercredi (dans 2 jours) il va avoir une réunion avec le directeur et il me rappelle. Encore 2 semaines plus tard, aucun signe de la part de Majid… J'y vais alors au concessionnaire pour récupérer mes 500$ donnés comme acompte. Le même Majid me convainc qu'il va me donner une Prius 2022 dans une semaine si je ne retire pas mon argent. Une semaine plus tard, il m'appelle pour me dire que ma Prius 2022 est arrivée, mais surprise: pas avec l'intérêt de 1.9%, comme j'ai signé le contrat, mais....... 5.2%!!!!!!!. J'ai récupéré mon argent le 8 octobre, un mois après avoir signé le contrat. Au revoir Toyota Montréal Nord!

Went to buy an brand new car, done all the paper work and deposit. First they said no fee at all, then there was all kind of fee. We still went through it as it would be to much of hassle to go somewhere else when all the paperwork was already done. We got a call that they wont be having the car and color until 2021 and asked what we would like to do. We asked if they could refund the deposit first and we'll see other options. They refused and asked for more time to look for the car. We had to go back and forth and spent hours in the dealership, needless to say it was not a fun experience. Both the sales person and their financial director was rude and even had us wait in their lunch area for almost 2 hours before someone else came to ask if we needed help. Kudos to that person.. Once you put down a deposit with them, you are stuck with them and their poor after-sale services. Do not bother calling, even if someone pick up the phone they will ask you to come in person, then tell you why did you not call before.. and they are always "busy". We came a third time to get our deposit and the sale person literally just leave the dealership and went to the back packing lot. TLDR; Toyota do make a lots of good car, however, this particular dealership (Toyota Montreal Nord) is shady and have no respect once you sign paperwork.

Est ce normal de vous faire appeler et de vous demander de vous présenter dans 45 minutes sinon des frais pour le véhicule de location me seront chargés ? Je suis partie à la course du bureau , dans le trafic. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir accommoder vos clients sachant que je pouvais remettre le véhicule le lendemain à 7am. Bref, lors de la remise de mon véhicule, la dame me demande de quel façons le paiement de la franchise va être effectué , j explique ce que sont directeur de carrosserie ma avait expliqué mon assureur fait le remboursement automatiquement. Une chance que j avais avec moi la lettre de mon assureur qui confirmait que je n avais aucune franchise a déboursé. Je demande à la dame une copie des travaux effectué, elle me répond impossible vous devez le demander à votre assureurs. Oki On me remet une pochette de garantie , je me questionne sur certains point. La dame n'a pas lu les garantie ne peux malheureusement me donner des réponses . D'accord je vais faire mes propres recherches. Je récupère ma voiture personne vient m explique quoi que ce soit. Deux semaines plus tard, j observe que le pare choc de mon véhicule est instable. Je me presente le 14 septembre 2016. Un peu à la course j arrive à montrer la situation au directeur du département, il me demande de l évaluer et revoir le situacion. Par chance j avais demandé à mon assureur toute l évaluation et la liste des réparations , car mon dossier à ete difficile à trouver. Je convient de revenir lorsque mon horaire me le permettra. J appel le 16, le 20 , le 21 septembre et toujours pas de réponse pour pouvoir prendre un rendez vous et me faire réparer le travail mal fait. Je parle avec la dame qui me donne toute sorte d"excuses, je ne demande pas une réparation demain je veux seulement une date de rendez vous. Je suis extrememt deçu du service de carosserie de Toyota Montreal Nord. Voilà ma déception qui aura sûrement un impact lorsque mon entourage et moi changerons de voiture. Nous sommes à 100% une famille qui fait confiance à Toyota , mais peux-être plus à votre concessionnaire.
