The only signal was the tire pressure to be checked. So I decide to put a deposit of $ 400 with conditions that it passes the inspection. I took a morning off work to pick it up from the dealer and bring it to the garage which charged me $ 150. The verdict was confusing !! The odometer was rigged as the real mileage was 230,298km, the check engine went off, the problem list was alarming. The mechanic had to boost the battery to allow me to bring it back to the dealer who gave me my deposit of $ 400 because I had to show him the photo I took of the real odometer reading and full Other problems. I lost confidence in KSA because I could have bought this car without having it inspected because at first glance it presented no problem. I highly recommend inspecting if you are purchasing with them. I lost $ 150 for the inspection that should have been done by them but avoided losing much more. (Original) Je donne 2 stars car j'ai eu un bon service èa la clientèle. Bonne prise en charge. Je me permets de donner mon avis car c'est grâce aussi aux avis ici que j'ai évité de faire un achat qui m'aurait coûté de beaucoup. J'ai eu un coup de cœur pour une Acura après mon essai routier de 10 mn ou moins. Conduite agréable, le tableau inscrivait bel et bien 134000 km comme sur le descriptif. Le seul signal était la pression des pneus èa vérifier. Je décide donc de mettre un dépôt de 400$ avec conditions que cela passe èa l'inspection. J'ai pris une matinée off du boulot pour la récupérer au dealer et l'apporter au garage qui m'a chargé 150$. Le verdict était déroutant!! L'odomètre a été truqué car le vrai kilométrage était 230 298km, le check engine a déclenché, la liste de problèmes était alarmante. Le garagiste a du booster la batterie pour me permettre de la ramener chez le dealer qui m'a remis mon dépôt de 400$ car J'ai dû lui montrer la photo que J'ai prise de la vrai lecture de l'odomètre et plein d'autres problèmes. J'ai perdu confiance en KSA car j'aurai pu acheter cette voiture sans la faire inspecter car èa vue d'œil elle ne présentait aucun problème. Je conseille vivement d'inspecter si vous acheter avec eux. J'ai perdu 150$ pour l'inspection qui aurait dû être fait par eux mais j'ai évité d'en perdre beaucoup plus.

I recently purchased a 2014 VW Beetle from KSA Auto through Kamal and it went directly into storage until now which Kamal was informed would happen. Prior to purchase Kamal and I spoke many times. When asked about the condition of the car Kamal told me there was no issues, no body damage and that is was inspected. Upon arrival there was body damage that he DIDN'T TELL ME ABOUT! A VERY LARGE scuff mark with scratches on the passenger side front bumper. - 3 small dents in passenger side door which cost $160.00 to remove. - The hood was COVERED! with small chips. - Both rocker panels had several dents including 1 BIG ONE! - And both rear wheel wells (inside lip) had paint flaking. 2 body shops estimates to repair & paint at a cost of $ 3000.00 plus 15 % tax. As part of the deal and price the Beetle was to have a fresh oil change and I'm not sure if that was done? - was to have a full tank of gas and IT DIDN'T! - It was to be rust checked and IT WAS NOT! - It was to come with the inspection slip and IT DID NOT! - it was to come with a license plate (for getting it home) and IT DIDN'T! I later found out that it needed a complete brake job to pass inspection at a cost of $ 650.00. I contacted KSA Auto by email addressed to the owner with no response. A few days later I phoned and they refused to let me speak to the owner, wouldn't give me his or her name, contact number or an email. I then asked to speak to someone in charge and was told no one was there, they just took my name and number. I called back and they put Kamal on the phone, I was treated with no respect both times and was hung up on by Kamal who stated he was a store manager? The same guy who sold me the car denied everything and took no responsibility. You are Dishonest and rude and you are NOT TO BE TRUSTED! STAY AWAY FROM KSA AUTO.

Ils ont chargé des frais de livraison de 600$ en surplus alors que c'est illégal (Informez-vous auprès de l'office de la protection du consommateur sur l'affichage de prix. Ils ont déjà reçu des mises en demeure). Ils ont essayé de nous faire croire que ces frais sont des frais de financement alors que c'est totalement faux. Et aucun employé n'a fait mention de ces frais au moment de l'achat. En lisant plus attentivement le contrat, on s'est rendu compte que les informations qu'on nous avait données sur la garantie sont fausses et ne correspondent pas à ce qui a été vendu. Après la vente, c'est très difficile de les rejoindre. En plus, les freins de la voiture ont du être changés un mois après la vente. Ils ne nous ont pas remis de rapport mécanique alors qu'ils nous ont dit qu'ils le feraient. J'ai demandé à plusieurs reprises de le recevoir et je ne l'ai jamais reçu. N'achetez pas chez eux!!!! ATTENTION! ils ont beaucoup de faux avis 5 étoiles tous posté à la même heure...

I've never been in such a dishonest dealership. Lots of false information on the description of the vechicles. What makes me laugh is that the positive comments on KSA auto on google are made by bots or fake accounts. BE CAREFUL!!!!!
