So, what i don't like is that their technician do not do the complete job ok in the first place.

August 26th 2021 I had an appointment for a scheduled oil change. Once there, they suggested I do my 2nd check-up, which I agreed to. The receptionist at the Service Center said it would take about an hour and a half. From where I was sitting in the dealership, I saw that my truck was only taken in after an hour and a half! After 2 hours of waiting with no word, I went back to the Service Ctre to inquire about the wait time. I was told it would be ready soon and when the lady went to ask the mechanic how long it would take I could hear yelling in the back. She came out to tell me that it would be another 30 minutes. I had another appointment that I had to be at and then the Assistant Manager went to see the mechanic a 2nd time and that's when the mechanic started yelling at the top of his lungs and throwing things around. At this point I yelled as well to get my truck down because needlesstosay I no longer had confidence in my truck being handled properly. Not to mention the very poor service, wait time and lack of professionalism. The Assistant Manager was nice enough to not charge me for the service, and did apologize for the situation which was appreciated. I don't know if it's a scheduling problem which put the mechanic under great pressure but in the future it would be appreciated to schedule appointments properly because I will not be returning for my oil changes there. Presque tout les liquides ont été remplacé : huile de moteur, preston , refroidissement antigel, même lave glace ajouté , et lavage int. et ext. comme toute neuve.
