So I went back in october and ask to check why that pre-existant noise when they install it last summer was there. It took 45 min to the technicien to finally say, it's the tire, they are due to change. So, i've been charge for 45 min for that. So why noboly told my in the first place last summer ? And another thing, i see more often the receptionnist scraching the checkup box than the technicien and this is very wrong. So, what i don't like is that their technician do not do the complete job ok in the first place.

August 26th 2021 I had an appointment for a scheduled oil change. Once there, they suggested I do my 2nd check-up, which I agreed to. The receptionist at the Service Center said it would take about an hour and a half. From where I was sitting in the dealership, I saw that my truck was only taken in after an hour and a half! After 2 hours of waiting with no word, I went back to the Service Ctre to inquire about the wait time. I was told it would be ready soon and when the lady went to ask the mechanic how long it would take I could hear yelling in the back. She came out to tell me that it would be another 30 minutes. I had another appointment that I had to be at and then the Assistant Manager went to see the mechanic a 2nd time and that's when the mechanic started yelling at the top of his lungs and throwing things around.
