Mon anti-rouille électronique a été débranché et depuis, aucun problème. Malgré cela, le concessionnaire refuse de me rembourser. Je vous suggère ardemment d'aller chez un autre concessionnaire Acura.

Worst Acura dealer ever! Poor customer service and employees are extremely arrogant at the service department. By the way, if you don't like your job, please go find something else to do! I first went in for a TPMS sensor issue. I was in a hurry and couldn't wait 4 hours to get my TPMS sensor installed. I finally bought the sensor so I can get it installed at a later date by my personal mechanic but the guy at the service dept. had planned a recall job on my car without me knowing. I was told to take a taxi to go home and come back after 4 hours. Director wasn't available to file a complaint because he's currently on vacation. I had to speak to a manager so I can have my car back and schedule another appointment a week later. I called Acura Laval on my way home and they accepted to do the recall job tomorrow which takes 90 minutes to complete according to them. They will also lend me an RDX to run my errands while in Laval. That's customer service! Employees at Gravel Acura should get trained by staff at Acura Laval on how to run a business.

Called used car department and made appointment to test drive a used Honda for the following morning. Since this is an hour and a half drive for me, I called again in the morning of the visit to confirm vehicle was available and salesperson confirmed it was there. I arrived on time, as scheduled. Sales person took us outside in yard to view the vehicle. He looked around and said, oh, it must be inside. We went back to showroom, he went to the garage and was gone for several minutes. I thought it was odd, so I looked in their service garage area and neither he nor the vehicle were there. He finally came back ( and reaked of cigarette smoke so he had decided to have us wait as he was having a smoke) and said there was a misunderstanding, the vehicle must have been sent out to be cleaned and would be back at the end of the day. We certainly were not in the mood to wait several hours to see if the vehicle would show up or even if there was a vehicle in the first place. Very unprofessional experience and no respect for their customer's time.

I had a really bad experience (more than once actually). Like usually I went and asked for a full check up. I’ve waited for minimum 3 hours. When they were done checking up my car they just told me about all the maintenance and the alignment Which i was already aware of. I wasn’t satisfied i knew my car had something else, I brought my car in a corner garage random place and asked for a check up. Surprise, my two Front shock absorbers were dead. I called the customer service few days later and asked how come they couldn’t see that. He told me”we didn’t drive your car we just did an eye check up.” So for 150$ just an eye check up. Okay. So I was wondering what do you guys ask to get a full check up?. That’s okay I’ve let that one slide. What really frustrated me is that I’ve sent my dad to bring my car to fix the issue today, and they kindly kicked my dad out due to covid which is understandable, but What I don’t understand is that the lady who works in the front desk who kicked my dad outside kindly in the cold NEVER asked him if he needed a taxi to get home (my dad don’t know how to use a smart phone and dont know how to search a taxi number on his phone and the street the dealership is on its kinda the highway good luck to find a taxi) so he called me and asked me to call a cab for him i was shocked. I asked him to go back inside and ask her to call a cab for him. And asked my dad to put me on speakerphone and asked how come you cant ask your customers if they need a ride home? She said rudely “he never asked for one”. Yes. I did try to reach you Mr. Marleau a few times. Your college said she will send a email regarding the situation for me after no news I asked your college for your email adress and have written to you, still no answer from you and the line is always occupied Thankyou for making it look like you care. I guess I bought a “luxury car” and unfortunately getting a really cheap service. Never again with this dealership.

I am writing this review because people need to know that Nicholas Tang is the best sales rep in the universe. A couple of weeks ago, I had my 2020 Honda Accord Sport stolen. It had been more then 10 years that I was leasing with another Honda dealership in the West Island. When I reached out to them, the sales director game me wrong info in regards to how the insurance claim was gonna go, and a really high price to lease a new car. So I decided to check out the Acura, and got introduced to Nicholas. He went above and beyond his normal scope. He took the time to explain in details the insurance process. He even got me the numbers to be able to get the maximum amount from the insurance. Finally, I decided to lease a new Accord Sport through Acura Gravel. Nicholas gave me the best price on it. It ended up being 85$ less a month then the price my previous dealership was offering! What’s amazing is that Nicholas was so quick to get me the new car. This way I wasn’t stuck without a vehicle (my insurance covered the lease for a limited numbers of days). I have to add that he responded to all my texts right away and answered all my questions with accuracy (something other sales rep didn’t do). So in the end I didn’t choose the dealership but I chose Nicholas. And the 2021 Honda Accord Sport, it exceeded my expectations. The bronze instead of silver on the front of the black car, that was a nice touch.
