I would like to start off by saying that these guys are really great, they'll treat you like family and make sure you're happy once you find the car of you're looking for. Their showroom is indoor, and their cars are meticulously well detailed; at first glance you'll forget these cars are second hand! Anyways, my experience with Autoxtreme didn't start off great, it actually started off as a nightmare... The car I had bought encountered serious problems within the first couple of days, none of the problems were detected on the inspection I had done. Simon and Louis were real nice in trying to get the problem fixed, but after several times back and forth with the garage, there was no success in fixing the car. At this point, I felt quite discouraged and had no clue what to do. To my surprise though, Simon offered to exchange the car for something else in the shop, and offered to take the time I needed to ensure I find something that I like. A couple of weeks passed and I did indeed find something nice! Louis made the exchange transaction really really smooth for me, something I know that was very complicated on his end. All in all, they really looked out for me and got me driving away with a nice ride. They turned an awful situation into a memorable one... If you check out this shop, you'll recognize within the first few minutes they're way above the competition!

Very clean and well organized showplace for their vehicles. My partner and I called the same day to do a test and with ease it was granted. Beautiful cars all around and they show very well. In these times I am very particular where, and with whom I will spend money so customer service must leave me with a good feeling, and high personable standards from introduction to exit no matter what price you pay for a car. Unfortunately, as much as we loved the car I was not left with feeling "yes, I feel good about giving them my business." So we left after test drive and probably won't return. Note: this is only based on one interaction with one salesperson. I can not speak about the others there. Review is solely on my feeling, standards in sales and experience. UPDATE: I read their response and it is totally fair. We will give them another try as they asked.

Started a very smooth transaction turned into a terrible experience. Spent over $180k Ferrari site unseen. Trusted the dealership on their words. Car arrived not what was promised and unable to reach sales person and no one calling back. Very easy fixes but dealership chooses not to make it right! Exotic car or not there needs to be some sort of honest customer service aspect. Don’t buy a car from them!
