These guys are liars. Avoid these scammers and save your hard earned money. Alex agreed on the price for 2012 Honda Pilot at $12500 and when we showed up to test drive and finalize the deal, they removed the Ad from marketplace right away and increased the price to $14500. And after this review he reduced the price again to $13900. Upon reminding them about agreed price, Mike turned rude and arrogant and said he doesn't care what other partner priced us. I traveled from Toronto to pickup the vehicle but these guys ruined my day and I ended up coming back to Ontario without buying the car from these bunch of frauds. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Ugh, regret buying my first vehicle here. Purchased a pickup truck from Autonova in April. Michael and Ali were my points of contact related to the sale of the pickup. The truck had the the airbag, ABS, tire pressure, and the brake warning lights on, but Ali and Mike assured me they were simple issues to solve. Ali had me take the pickup to one of the tire shops nearby to swap out the tires on the truck. He put on a set of 4 winter tires on the truck (even though it was April) and I was stuck with 2 all season and 2 inter tires + rims to dispose of (Ali said I could sell them for $$, but no one is really interested in buying mismatched wheels). After, swapping out the tires, I needed to go to a different mechanic on a different day to get the tire pressure and brake warning lights dealt with. He looked at the ABS issue and wasn't sure what the issue was. Went back to Auto Nova and Ali told me that ABS isn't that big a deal and only really useful in the winter. I kept insisting that I'd liked it dealt with and he assured me he would call me to schedule something with his mechanic friends. I followed up 2 weeks later with Mike and was told Ali went on vacation for a month... I got impatient and brought the pickup to a mechanic of my choosing. They found the issue with the ABS. Turns out the rear shaft has issues which is causing the ABS sensor to trip. The parts for that repair around $1200 + labour (estimated at $400) + tax. Mechanic also said the airbag sensor would need to be replaced ($280 part + labour + tax) and it's not guaranteed to solve the air bag issue. If the vehicle was in an accident where it caused the airbags to go off and the previous owners did not replace the airbag "computer", then that will have to be replaced as well. Can't find if the computer needs replacing until the sensor has been replaced though. Looking at $2200 + tax for the repairs and I paid around $10k cash for the truck. Vehicle registration at the saaq also did not go well since Michael wrote up the "Attestation de transaction avec commerçant" with incorrect payment amounts that did not add up. I had to call Michael up and say he needed to re-write it. He said he was busy and would call me back right away (he only called hours later). Instead of waiting for Michael to call back I drove right to Autonova to get the documents corrected. Ali corrected it right away for me. Thankfully I was able to drive back to the saaq right away and get my registration figured out (instead of having to book another appointment online and waiting 2 weeks). I wish I read some of these 1 star reviews beforehand since they could have acted as red flags. I thought buying my first vehicle from an dealer would be better than an individual seller, but this was a terrible experience. Autonova has been dodging my phone calls related to the repair costs and I'm basically on my own now. Will be filing a formal complain with the government consumer protection office.

Seems like they really don't like it if you do a thorough inspection, and don't even think about writing little X's on a check list!! they got all flustered, and started making strange comments like "who does this guy think he is??", "Do you worked for a inspection company??", or "Caa doesn't even inspect cars that thorough"... I was looking at a gold Toyota Matrix they have up on Kijiji for $5900 They would like you to think I never met them but I was there Thursday June 6th 2019 at 5:15pm and stayed for about Half an hour Inspecting the car in question, I've attached a few photos of the problems I found as proof, Also the Lift supports on the trunk are to be changed as they don't work properly.

I put a deposit for a vehicle and unfortunately their pricing for finance was not convenient for me. I was told that I would be able to get my reimbursement but did not get it. According to the protection de consomateur I am entitled to my money as long as I did not demand modifications for the vehicle which I did not but still no reimbursement. They tried to give me a 300 credit for their store but did not even go with what they said. At the end of the day this was a bad experience and a waste of time. They are in a rush to take your money but when it comes to giving it back they will avoid it at all cost. Don't waste your time here go anywhere else. Eventually I found a better deal.

10 days after buying the car the engine alert goes off and my transmission started having issues. Dealer gives 1 month on engine/transmission issues, so once I contacted AutoNova I was asked to wait 20 more days and claim it on the insurance which they sold me for 200$ when I bought the car. Communication went unattended very shortly. Dealer stopped replying to calls and messages within a day. I was hand tied because I agreed in the contract the car was sold for pieces to avoid the taxes (Big mistake). After many attempts I was offered 150$ towards a transmission flush. That didn't work. Now 2 months into fixing the car with my own hands, I discovered rust inside the engine. They used a lot of lucas to hide the damages. I changed the transmission and it cost me 1500$ because their insurance didn't help either. I have documents and took pictures to prove all the above. To me this is a whole line of dishonesty working together. One of the worst experiences no one should go through

Would give zero if I could. Since I was out of town I asked about the vehicle being inspected, they said it was inspected inside & out.... So i Show uo there to buy it, while there some not happy customers enter cincerning their recently purchased car and hey were told too bad sold as is.... Flag should of went up then...but regardless i got in and turned the key, immediately check engine light comes on, after getting them to take some money off the price. I depart, 10 mins later my passenger windshield pane fly off. Then I notice what appears to be a Red Green windhield job as there is still duck tape remnants stuck to my windshield, and that the panes were stuck on like stickers using putty..since then I have noticed just about everything in the vehicle is broken and defintely not inspected!!! Only thing that saved them from trouble from me is that the model i purchased is rare and hard to find ao I will tackle these issues on my own. Stay away! Horrible service and the salesmen should he ashamed for selling vehicles like that!! 0 Stars.
