Depuis mon acquisition je n'ai pas eu grand chose à reprocher à auto Luana, c'est une société qui ne cesse de s'améliorer depuis des années, ils prennent l'importance des suggestions apportés par le client et ce que je devrais leurs dire c'est d'offrir une inspection de qualité auprès du garage du choix du futur acheteur car l'ayant fait cela m'a coûté deux cents dollars chez lexus tout de même, c'est moi choix oui... Mais j'ai eu tout de même des petites surprises qui m'a conforter dans mon choix à le négocier mais rien de bien méchant qui aurait pu provoquer un désistement de ma part, ou même faire une inspection en désignant sur l'affiche de vente ce qu'il y'a à faire sur le véhicule, vos clients auraient encore un meilleur service. Jusqu'à présent à part la grosse révision qui arrive dans huit milles kilomètres et certaines autres petites pièces à changer, je suis globalement satisfait de mon achat. Je vais même revenir prochainement pour un véhicule à mon épouse ainsi que mon beau frère. Je conseille très fortement auto Luana, et encore plus si mes suggestions émise plus haut serait mise en place, qui pourrait prouver leurs investissements, gage de qualité, pour une clientèle de qualité? Le service à la clientèle est tout à fait ouvert aux questions, très à l'écoute du client et répondent avec franchise sur les problèmes potentiellement que la voiture peut avoir. Petit couac : le compteur auto (kilométrage) n'était pas conforme avec ce qui était sur les papiers ni avec ce qui était enregistré auprès de la SAAQ. J'ai eu la surprise une fois à faire mon immatriculation.
