I'm amazed. The salesman wasn't even willing to give me a price for the Hyundai Ioniq... he was like go on the website and see it there. He wanted my Social Insurance Number and date of birth just to give me a quote! He said it's better to pick a car from the lot because they have to go through the hassle of bringing in the Ioniq from the factory. Oh Rallye Motors... you've got quite a reputation in town.

I bought a vehicle there and found that the sales person and supervisor avoided answering some questions like what was the total cost of the vehicle, instead answering my question by giving me the monthly payment amount. I asked the supervisor if I could pay off the loan right away if I chose to and he said that I needed to make at least 6 months worth of payments before I could do so. After contacting the bank they informed me that I could pay off the loan at any time. I went for my first service today and the gentlemen that served me was very friendly, quick and professional.

Technically a -10 stars but ????‍♀️ waited about 30 minutes to actually test drive the car I was looking at because they couldn't find the keys. I was asked if I was making a deal that day before I even laid eyes on the car. Finally got the car and it was filthy! Chips crumbs in the cup holder, garbage in the driver door pocket and dust and grime everywhere. Then when it was brought up they only rolled their eyes at us. Probably because we are young but that doesn't matter, I have money to spend but it certainly isn't going to them.

We never bought a vehicle with Rallye before due to the undue pressure their sales persons put when you visit. They dont want you to come and see the car, its features and compare with other deals available in the market. All they want to buy right now because some CRAZY DEAL is going on only for today. And if you say you are shopping, they lose interest in you.. thats simple. This year we wanted to buy and with a reference from a friend, we went to see Mr. James at Nissan. James is a super nice gentleman and we didn't feel that we are at Rallye Motors even for a moment. He first focused on what we are looking for and what have we seen so far. He explained the features, available deals and compared with other cars in the market. Simply the best way to influence customer with information and benefits of the product instead of forcing on CRAZY DEALS. We decided to buy and closed deal with Mr. James and even after a month he is in touch to make sure we do not have any problems. He perfectly followed up on registration, service and other pending things and made sure that everything is completed on time. I am not sure why it happens at Rallye but in last 3 months I visited number of dealership in the city and everytime I went to Rallye for Nissan, Hyundai or Mitsubishi, I came across similar problems. Except when I luckily met Mr. James who gave us a total different experience. Thank you James!!!

I left the Rallye Nissan store a short time ago and unfortunately I felt harrassed and pressured! I did not agree at any time with the financing rates presented to me and I still don't. I wans rudely informed multiple times by your staff member that the vehicle was now under my possession, even though I DID not SIGN, AGREE with or PAY for anything that would result in the completion of the transaction, On the day of my previous visit to the store, we agreed on the price proposed for the vehicle only, the rates were never agreed on. so we have the right to accept or not the financing and as it went far beyond what we expected, unfortunately we were unable to keep the car. The store manager was extremely rude and abusive when dealing with me, even on the day the car was searched, He put fraudulent information regarding the mileage on the vehicle 50,000 km less than the real one, we asked him to fix it and once again the same thing happened. still 900 kilometers shorter than the real mileage. I have already sought my rights, I contacted a lawyer and I would like to know what is the best day and time that I could make an appointment with the store manager so that we can discuss this traumatizing experience. as I strongly feel that such experience cannot go unnoticed. Went in for a recall item and asked them to change 4 spark plugs... The bill was $400 for that. Year's of poor reviews, making news for shady practise... Why do ANY of us even give Rallye business? When you deal with Rallye, expect to be over charged, under served and full of buyers remorse.

Although the car has had valid inspection, the parking brakes did not work at all, in the drum all the parts rotted, there was also a check light of the side airbag I have spent much money to fix all these problems. The dealer did not provide a spare key for the auction, did not react to my questions concerning the transfer of the car in unsatisfactory technical condition with a valid inspection

I was very dissapointed by the marketing strategy of Nissan dealership (Rallye motors Moncton). I've just came there to ask about the price for the New Nissan Altima and being cought by 2 salespersons to get immidiately New one car. ( The price was more than 40000 dollars). More than hour they didn't tell me the price of the car. They giving me a lot of papers, asking my driver licence, and copied it, file it, asking my adress, occupation, my SIN number etc. I told them - I Just want to know how much the car... And again" please, wait for 5-10 min I need to ask... And again papers, papers... It was awful. After 1 min test Drive they asked many time if I'm ready to get a New one right now? Just when I said that I'm going home "I just want to know, I need a day, two, week to make my choice and I don't want to know them any more, they told me the price. So, be careful, it is very agressive sales strategy. You have no choice there! And all privat Info you bring there before they let you know the biggest secret in the World--the car price!

My wife and I were out shopping for a new to her car. One of the vehicles she liked is made by Nissan so we decide to visit the lot to see what they had. I never trust what is on a dealer website as they all do the bait and switch. We drove around the lot and as we rounded a corner, a guy comes running out of nowhere! He is a sales person, cannot remember his name, and he is shouting. We stop, he comes to my truck and asks what we are looking for in a vehicle. We let him know and he says they do not have any of the model we are looking for. He gets very aggressive trying to get us into the dealership. We advised that is the only model we are interested in, yet he still tries to get us into the dealership. He even tried to open my vehicle door!! We have only been living in Moncton for 2 years and so far our interactions with the Rallye group has been less than impressive. This will be our last visit to any Rallye owned company.

Went there today to look at SUV's. Young SalesLady named Keisha Tucker came over to help us out. WOW !!! Amazing lady who knew her stuff !!! Very impressed at how open she was and how much she wanted to help us get into a vehicle that was right for us. We gave some ideas and she went right to her computer. She offered us various options, all that were what we had asked for, and more, for the price we had been looking at. We bought and were , ARE extremely pleased with our purchase. Overall love my Nissan Rogue. James is the man! He is very professional and patient. I personally wouldn’t do business with anyone else. 10/10 for James! As for the finance departments side; they attempted a bait and switch on me. Please, please, please read over the agreement, finance rates, be adamant that you only want certain banks/nisssan finance to finance your vehicle. Steer clear away from midnight madness as it’s a gimmick. Prices are not reduced whatsoever; more opt to be increased markups. 6/10 experience with finance dept. 10/10 for James.

Just wanted to test drive a 2018 rouge. We were the only customers on the floor and it took 10 minutes for someone to greet us. We then sat down with the dealer. Told him what we were looking for price range. He then had my fiance fill out a form, he then stopped before he signed and ask if this was for a credit check because it asked for income and SIN. The dealer tells us it's his 2nd day and will ask his manager. It was a credit check! we told him we will not agree to a credit check before even knowing we want this car! He then took forever in the system and told us he will he back with the car to test drive. It was now 6,rallye closes at 6. I was already upset about this guy try to run a check without telling us...so we left. Took him 20 minutes to call us and ask if he did anything wrong. YES YOU DID! I will never touch a Rallye motors dealership. You should look into your training practises, you are dealing with people's personal and credit information.

Bought 2021 Nissan Altima here. Rear mirror on the trunk always keep on vibrating even i play the music at 5-8 level. Went there to get it fixed and they came up with no solution. Instead of fixing it service department asked me to keep the bass down so it won’t vibrate. Spend 40000 on the car and no one is able to fix this problem. Poor service.

**BUYER BEWARE!!!** DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS COPMANY, AND KNOW THAT THEY DO NOT STAND BY WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEES TELL CUSTOMER'S THEY ARE BUYING. PLEASE READ OVER YOUR CONTRACT AND CONFIRM AS MANY DETAILS AS YOU CAN WITH THE REP BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING. The vehicle I purchased there in 2017 has been great, but the warranty was an absolute waste of money and I've never been taken advantage of so greatly in my life to the tune of $3,000.00 (with taxes). The finance rep at the time (no longer employed there) told me I would have 6-7 years of coverage (dependent on km's) with the extended warranty from the date of purchase in 2017. I remember discussing it thoroughly at the time, and he crafted his sales pitch precisely with information vastly different than the contract I signed actually stipulated. In actuality I've just recently learned since I put a claim in that my warranty expires next month (Nov/2020) which is what the policy shows so Rallye is only going by the paperwork and are not willing to compensate me for even one dollar of coverage. I was even willing to accept if they covered a percentage of additional coverage, but nothing was offered. If I was told information by the rep that reflected what I was actually purchasing I would never purchased it, 100 times over. I normally never buy a warranty but the false information the rep told me convinced me to purchase. Essentially they do not back what they're reps verbally tell customers, which I feel certainly fits within the definition of unethical business practice. I feel so clearly cheated, and left high and dry by the current management there. Worst experience I've had with any purchase in my life, and I've seen such disregard for a customer's testimonial - what's reflected on the paperwork is all they care about here.

Me and my girlfriend went in to look at a Frontier since we have been looking into one for the past few months, we went in and as soon as we did we were forced to go see some salesman from western Canada that flew in for this promotion and took our personal information as soon as we got in the door... No biggie... After a very short amount of time we were told that it wasn't worth anyone's time to go test drive the Frontier because my girlfriend owed too much equity on her car vs what it's worth... Little did they know we already knew all of this and saved up for a down payment to balance our equity but they never even attempted to help us or ask us any other questions on how we could make the deal. We didn't argue, we simply left and thank the salesman, because at this point we knew they do not care for customers at all, they see us as $$$ bills. They don't seem to care even for people being potential future customers, which is the basic needs of any company that wants to succeed and stay in business. In short we weren't even able to test drive the Frontier. We didn't even get to have a decent chat, it was "hello, goodbye we don't want you"... Ah well... Maybe a GMC Canyon? Ford Ranger once it comes out? Or probably a Frontier but not from Rallye motors. My friend also had this experience last week with Rallye when they came in to look at the Juke, they waited over an hour after them saying just wait one more minute every 10 minutes... They also didn't even get to the point of making a price because my friend was not happy with the service, this week we've gone to Mini and boom, they got what they were looking for... Do youself a favour and never shop at Rallye, don't even think about it... They prey on people who don't have much knowledge on cars/financing or how buying a new car works.

I just purchased my first car in many years, I was driving quite the beater to say the least. I went in to Rallye Nissan where I was quickly greeted by Alex, I told him what I was there to see and he didn't try to talk me into something different or newer. He was very polite and professional and very patient (I had to bring in my 5 year old niece) coffees and hot chocolate were offered numerous times. I ended up purchasing a new vehicle from Alex this day and am very happy with my decision. The staff at Rallye Nissan made this experience a good one for me. Getting fed up with excuses the service department like to give. Got a new Rouge last year had a noise in the steering column they blew it off as Rouge are know for that. And also crooked bumpers squeaky brakes again told (Rouge are know for that).Was not told that when purchasing the vehicle should be in the broucher. Keep blaming the vehicle poor service department. Went to Rallye Nissan to fix a fog light which had popped out after hitting a seagull on the highway. The friendly service agent told me that it looked like about a 45 minutes job, and that if it took less than one hour he would only charge for the actual time. Some places will charge a minimum of one hour regardless of how long it takes. He charged me for 0.4 hour or 24 minutes. How someone can do that job in 24 minutes is beyond me, 45 minutes would have been closer to what I would expect. Some dealerships may have a bad reputation for honesty, but it certainly ain't Moncton Nissan. When it comes time to replace my Rogue, Nissan will be first on the list. Highly recommended. Love my Nissan..love the brand..hate servicing my vehicule there.If you have a chance next time you pass a couple of hours waiting for your vehicule make it a point to see the technicians going in and out telling people what is needed for all the vehicule models and should be done while the vehicules are all new to 3-4 years old.My vehicule has less than 30k on it and the only problem with it is the rust on the brakes and rotors..no parts needed just labor. Next time take the time to see how many times they will tell them the brakes and rotors need to be oiled and serviced at over 100$/hour and without replacing any parts that will cost you 375$ plus tax while you end up with the same brakes and rotors that can't pass the sticker supposedly? Warranty work only will be done there because it's not that i'm cheap,it's that I can have new brakes and rotors put on my vehicule for about the same price. Shouldn't be that way but if you charge 4.25hours needed on the books and the vehicule is ready 1h45minutes later well that's double billing and only legal at a dealership. I've never been able to tell my employer hey it says that it takes 10 minutes doing xx but I did it in 5 minutes x25 times today so i'm charging you 11 hours of labor for my 8 hour work day. Would I buy a Nissan...Yes because I love it..the upsell in the service department thow makes me want to do all my work off the dealership site and locally at my mechanic. Is my vehicule rusted underneath..yes like all vehicules on the road but I've been oil undercoating it the last 2 years so all links,arms and tierods are rusted but not a problem because they are under warranty. Focus is on brakes,rotors and filters...things that are not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and it's very visible why they focus on it.

Ralley Motors is the worst company to have been placed on this earth. I spent 8 hours there and waited and waited because the sales manager and the finance guy led me on, making me think I was going to be getting a car. When it came to closing time, they pulled me aside and just straight up told me they would never approve me. I went to Mazda the next day and was ready to drive away in a new car, with a higher MSRP, at a lower monthly cost, in online hours. Ralley motors needs to be shut down. Unless you can buy a car in full cash, they are useless

I would put zero stars if it were an option. We contacted Nissan Moncton regarding the purchase of a 2018 Nissan kicks. The sales representative responded shortly after with all the details. We knew we would be purchasing it if all the financing went through. We waited 4 days to hear from finance with still no response. They did not contact us once with any updates and when we advised them how disappointed we were in the service, we were told we could walk away from the deal. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership and I hope others have a better experience.

Our car was a lemon. We had it in the shop multiple times for the same issue and they had it for longer than we had it. Sales manager was incredibly rude to my wife. Had to fight with them to get a loaner car and they had our car almost a month and couldn't figure out what the problem was until they finally changed out the battery. It was a BRAND new car. The service guys were very nice but we will never deal with Rallye again. Buyer beware. No lemon laws in New Brunswick. Once you sign on the dotted line it's hard to get them to do anything about problems you may have. There is in fact another issue with the car but we refuse to return.
