!!!!---BE WARY WITH REPAIRS----!!!! My 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe was Involved in a Accident, In which Rallye Motors sent me here to get bumper fixed. When the bumper was replaced they first forgot to install the NEW tail pipe, then after a year of having Parking sensor not working I moved to Halifax I had another dealership look at it and turned out THIS PLACE didn't put one of the sensors back in when they put the bumper back in.... If you get repairs here make sure that everything was done CORRECTLY.

Sure it was easy to buy a car, they want that $$$.. But after the fact they pester you to come in for the oil changes/maintenance like man.. I will call you when I need it..? Actually I won't I'll do it myself from now on haha. I was sitting in the lobby reading a book waiting for my maintenance to be completed when some suit wearing douche bag came down from upstairs to speak with one of the mechanics. He proceeded to tell the mechanic guy to take a screw-driver and shove it through, take a picture and send it to the customer so they'd tell them to fix it.... Right in front of me, I was reading a book not wearing sound proof head gear... What a bunch of brain dead scum bags, whoever that customer was I feel for ya buddy! Forgot to mention ever since they did the maintenance and changed the tires it says I have low tire pressure and the buttons on the steering wheel don't always work, half the time they do random stuff... Brand new car.. Thanks..

Purchased a 2014 Outlander brand new. Purchased Diamond Kote with the vehicle. 6 years later there is a huge rust spot above the windshield. It was inspected for rust just 4 months ago and was clean. They now say this (10cm) rust spot was caused by a rock chip. They will say and do anything to avoid warranty services. Do not trust!

Rallye Motors is nothing more than a bunch of money hungry, backstabbing liars who don't care about customers... just making money. I called Rallye Motors as soon as a used vehicle was listed on Kijiji. I called them and they told me that the vehicle was on their Mitsubishi dealership's lot. I told them I'd be in to see it by noon that day. I went in, saw it, test drove it, filled out an application to finance it, and told them that if for some reason it didn't go through that I had cash to pay for it. The next day I called the salesman back to see what was going on with the paperwork and assured him that I was definitely interested in the vehicle. At first, I thought something went wrong because he was referring to the price of the vehicle but it wasn't right. I looked it up on Kijiji and sure enough, they added $1,000 more to the price. I reminded them that I had already signed their paperwork with the initial sale price. A couple of days pass and I call back and they said that they were waiting to hear back from the finance companies. By the end of the day, I call back and they said it didn't go through so it was going back on the market to the next interested person. Apparently they had a person there in store who wanted it but of course they would have to pay the higher price and so the used vehicle manager made the decision that it was available and approved the vehicle to move to the next interested person even though I had already assured them that I was definitely interested and had the cash to pay instead. Now of course I didn't find all of this out until the next day when I noticed the vehicle wasn't listed on Kijiji anymore and when I called to find out what was going on but everyone who answered the phones wouldn't give me a straight answer and would just pass the buck. I ended up driving down to the dealership to get the story and I was furious. I told them how low that was and how I thought they obviously only cared about the extra $1,000 they made the dealership. They apologized and promised they would make it right but as far as that deal went, it was sold an what's done is done. I never heard back from anyone and I went back 3 weeks later to tell them I haven't heard a peep from anyone there and that I wasn't going to hold my breath either, so they should know that I would be definitely running their name in the mud. So... don't buy from ANY Rallye Motors dealerships unless you have money to throw away because they don't care about you or anybody... just money! That includes: Rallye Motors Hyundai, Rallye Motors Mitsubishi, Rallye Motors Chrysler, Rallye Motors Subaru, & Rallye Motors Nissan. They are a family group of dealerships and no doubt all operate on the same level. #RallyeMotors #Crooked #BBB

I dont know about the dealer itself , but i had to deal with the body shop. If you have a car fixed there please double check the job beurre you axecpt the car , from m'y experience they cut round corners. But after a good talk with them they did a very good job.

Great experience. Found a used car with under 36 000km.. great shape. Mike the manager was great and wanted to make sure our sale was done right. Mark the salesperson was great and very patient in my interest in so many cars. I would highly recommend for used or new cars. Not to forget that they can sell any cars offered by RallyeMotors(Hyundai, Dodge, Nissan and Mitsubishi). I would go into Mitsubishi and ask for the manager Mike. Thanks Rallye, my third car with this business, glad to see that you are making changes to come back from the previous years of horrible service. Having people like Mike in the managers chair will certainly give you better reviews..

Good car, Bad Dealer :( The customer treatment before and after purchase was a stark contrast. I had my escalation call with the Director of Finance, who was curt and unsympathetic in approach. I didn't bother complaining @Rallye Motors after the poor display in customer treatment from senior management. As i never wish to see these people again.....GoodBye!

Their method to sell a car was sketchy at best but once I told them to back off and I chose the car I wanted, not the one that they wanted to sell me, it went smooth. Before a month had gone by they had to replace all 4 tires, 2 trailing arm bushings and a control arm. My question is how did the car pass it's new safety inspection if it had that many things wrong with it? If you choose to do business with Rallye make sure you've done your homework and you read everything you sign. And don't put any money down or offer a trade until you're absolutely sure you have found the vehicle you want.

They stole a 1700$ pilot headset from my car. They said they’ll go over the video to see if it was stolen by one their employees, then I got a call saying they reviewed the footage and it wasn’t one their employees. When I asked to see the footage they said there’s nothing to see because the car was taken to a bay that didn’t have a camera. Either that one of their employees stole it or it was stolen on their parking lot as the car was not locked when I received it. They refused to take responsibility for their negligence I wrote a letter to the general manger and the service manager, never got a response at all. Terrible customer service. When I went to file a police report they weren’t serprided as it the guy that handed led my report was warmed from that place. Stay away from Rallye motors is my advise.

The only good things about this place are the nice cars and the decent, friendly staff. Went for an inspection and they found out that one of my lights were broken, which they weren't since I checked everything before leaving. Besides the enormous amount of money that they requested for just an inspection (about $60) they also failed the inspection so that I need to buy that light and they need to put it, and in total, they added another $90. Put in the money that I've lost just by being there for at least 3 hours in total and you get a garbage place that needs to be demolished. Also, by what I can see, they ask workers to write positive reviews. Check everyone that gave them 5 stars and they all seem to have a pattern and at most 2 reviews overall

These guys are not organized and I will never go there again. 10 minutes after my appointment they tell me the car passed inspection but I should get the brakes done, i tell them I will but not today. Here I am 2 hours later still waiting when they told me it wouldnt be more than 45 minutes. The service desk and the garage dont seem to communicate well with each other because another gentleman i observed was told to come get his vehicle because it was ready and then he is told after arriving it will be at least another hour. They dont value the customers time at all and even though I would prefer to get my inspections done at the dealership I would never come back here for any service or inspection

Our 2014 mitsubishi mirrage that we bought less than a year ago rough idles on occasions (a few times a month) and refuses to start in the winter ... or on wet days... or on days that are too windy... second time taking it in for service, and this time we were told to "wait for winter" since they could find nothing wrong with it. we live out of town and the shuttle won't bring us home so they require us to rent a car if we need to bring it in for service as this dealership does not have their own shuttle ... for a 10 million dollar company, this is the worst service we have ever had. we would gladly give the car back for what we owe on it and walk to work... as my legs are more reliable than this car.... on a lighter note the service advisers are nice and polite... at least they smile at you as they take your money for a car that won't work and they can't fix. do yourself a favor and get a bike... or a 1992 tercel ... at least you will get what you paid for.

Well!! After a lot of issues, I have to say I'll never deal with any Rallye Motors again. We were skeptical about the brakes on our used vehicle and they insisted they only had to bleed them. So after driving 2 hrs and taking a day off work, they did that and still sounded like metal on metal.. then we go to a place in Fredericton *where we live* and it was $750 worth of work to back brakes! They told us there is no way they took the tires off to check or they couldn't have ever missed the problems. When confronted, the manager (Mike) wasn't great to deal with - making us feel like they thought we were lying or trying to cause trouble and after a couple days told us there is nothing they will do. I wouldn't ever recommend dealing with them in any sort and sorry we ever did.

Becarfull when you trade a car that you bought from them this sale manager JARED SMITH , didn’ t explain the procedure of trading the car against an outlander2020 , i’m now stack to pay the new car for 8 years and 26000 $ for a lancer 2017 a car that i don’t own no more he is a thief with suit and tie , no frensh service even when i asked for ,ask them about the main price ,they will avoid to answer, they are playing leagally with the prices and they profit of your non experince and langage barrier to steal money from you. I tried to get lawer they even didn’t want to go against this company . Jared smith ,sale manager ,he is no more with mitsu but still in one of the branches of rallye motors, becarfull of this guy.

Rear brake calipers sticking on a 2015 RVR manufacturers recall but would not replace brake pads because they say they are a consumable part even though the brakes were sticking on causing premature wear as well as waiting for for parts on back order.They definitely do not walk the talk with best backed warranty in the business.Had to replace pads and a rotor on our dime thanks to these crooks

We went there couple of years ago to shop for a new SUV. After going for a test drive, the lady that was the sales rep. at the moment started arguing with us and wanted to know why we didn't want to buy the SUV immediately (after only 30 min being there). She wanted for us to sign some paper without any other information. We never told her we wanted to buy the SUV, and we only wanted a price to compare and to have any idea (and yeah she was aware). We finally ended up asking her some more questions on why we had to sign and what was happening if we do. She then told us that if we sign we can't back off and the SUV will be yours. We refused obviously and she told us to leave and was really rude. Two years after we went there with my partner's parent to buy a second hand car. (We decided to give them another chance) They were going to buy the car but they had to wait a week or so to have it checkup and everything fixed before. The day they were going to buy the car, we went for a test drive and the car was clearly not fixed. He started talking with the sales rep. who assured him that they did the checkup and everything was done. We then ended up talking with the guy from the shop who said he'd never seen the car before. So yeah they just lost a sale.... again.....

I bought an RVR from Michel and Garrett. They both provided me with excellent service such as honesty, patience ,politeness etc....My only wish from the finance department would have been a more thorough explication of the health insurance. I bought the insurance without being explained that pre existing conditions would not be covered. We I read the fine prints on the back of the sheet I realized that benefit was not applicable to me. I notified the fiance department and I was grateful that they accepted to remove this insurance that had no benefit in my case. Overall nice experience.

After spending several Months in Dealership after Dealership all over New Brunswick, trying to find a new Car or SUV that had AWD, I drove over two hours one way to Rallye Motors Mitsubishi to have a look and test drive some cars. I was also looking at used at different Dealers in the area, my last stop was at Rallye. I was met at the door by a salesman wondering if I needed help, I told him that I was looking for AWD car or SUV, we test drove a couple of models before finding the one that I wanted. All the staff at Rallye treated us like we were Royalty, we have never been treated to nice by any dealership before. I visited for the collision center over there. They are very friendly and helpful. They helped me for my car previously and this time I came back to fix another problem. They are very cooperative and have good knowledge of the work they do. They communicate with insurance company very effectively. By the way, I saw an interesting ad about a new hybrid car which made me very excited to see it when it comes to the roads.

The parts were not repaired, they were replaced and on top of it all, they detailed the whole interior. My 4yr old car looks new. Thank you so much!!!!!

Had my car there twice. Once for a recall where they were tasked with replacing the rusted front subframe. They broke the trans cooler, damaged a top hat strut mount and bent the dust shields on the front brakes when lowering the front sub frame. They charged me for the trans cooler and put back the stripped top hat. The dust shields they didn't notice until I came back with a very loud noise on it the next day. I just replaced the front brakes 2 weeks before that service and the dust shield gouged a groove in the new rotor. They turned it and refused to replace it. Guess which rotor ended up warped 6 months later? The next time I had it in, was for a head gasket failure. I told them I thought it was a head gasket. The car had 2 months left on the warranty and they had my wife pick it up saying they couldn't diagnose it and it was fine. I brought it back and demanded they see it. It was over heating, low on coolant, had a mis fire in cylinder 1 (I had already replaced the injector, the spark plugs and the ignition coil). The only thing left that causes that is a head gasket. They eventually also diagnosed a head gasket failure on the rear bank (cyl 1). and ordered the parts from mitsubishi. They gasket took 2 weeks to arrive and for them to do it. When I picked up the car, knowing it was ralleye I asked if they spend the extra 20minutes while doing the 8 hour job to do the other gasket, or if they really cheaped out and did just the one. YUP. dropped the front subframe (and f**kec up the same dust shield again) Intake manifold, Fuel rails, timing chain/cover all out.....didn't bother doing the sister gasket to the one that failed while in there.

Purchased my second RVR in 2016. Have had an intermittent issue with upgraded stereo package since purchased. It is now 12 days away from 2020 and the issue is still not resolved. They have replaced all components but issue still occurs so it appears , because they tried everything its my problem I guess. I had to give 1 star as 0 was not an option.
