Really disappointed, I bought a new car 2019 elantra sport and now that I have made the first service I noticed that the car is rust. I went with the service Manager and he took out the importance of this, and he says that the rust is normal in their cars, how is possible that a brand new car is normal to have a rust on the frontal axe. Also the car in the highway is vibrating all the time, we report to him almost two months ago and he is not working on it. I would like my money back!!

"Can Sell A Car, Everything In The Details Is A Fail" Bought our 2017 new car December 9, 2017, went so well we never expected the dismal failure at every step after our signature was on the line. #1 Financing Department took all the steps they needed to do at their extreme leisure, resulting in a payment for the trade in vehicle coming out of our account. Was reassured that wouldn’t happen..but it did. #2 Have on paper we would receive the second set of keys (with no explanation beforehand that we would have to wait for the second set) with our license plates and temporary paperwork via Purolator. The Purolator package was mailed Dec. 18/19 and delivered to my house Dec. 22....NO KEYS. Delivery man said...you’ll never receive them, I bought a car three years ago....was given the promise they would mail my second set....I still haven’t gotten them. Said he got tired of them lying to him saying they JUST mailed them. #3 KEYS. I called and talked to Vanessa on December 22/17...where are the keys?...oh I FORGOT to include them as promised in the Purolator package, so I mailed them via regular mail Dec. 20/21...tracking?...sorry no. My husband called and asked about them as it’s been 6 business days...and no I didn’t count the holidays as business days. Vanessa once again reassured us they were in the mail, but if Canada Post sent the keys back to the dealership she’d resend them to us....send them with a tracking # and verify the address and maybe that wouldn’t be a concern. Dec. 31/17 I shoot of an email to Levi asking where are the keys?? His lame reply is that NOW they were mailed Dec. 28/17....NOT Dec. 20/21 as Vanessa told us they were. Levi said to give it ANOTHER 3-5 business days. Someone is lying and giving us the run around about keys of all things. Every time we bring up a valid issue we’re corrected and automatically put in the wrong. As I told Levi, I will be in their dealership January 6th and I will leave with keys....if not....I have a lawyer.... Jan. 2, 2018 complained to Hyundai Canada and BBB. Got a call from a Mr. Jeff Hyslop. He was going to get to the bottom of things.... Jan. 4, 2018 So...have since been scammed by Mr. Jeff Hyslop. Once again the customer is stupid and deserving of being put in the wrong. He ‘dug’ into the story of what’s happening with my keys. Says they definitely haven’t been ‘withheld’ from us. The original second set was ‘misplaced’ (when asking Levi this was never told to us, we were just given 4 different dates they were mailed to me) and a new one ordered...that second set magically appeared at their dealership December 3, 2018. But that he was waiting for me to call and let him know that the second (misplaced) set that was never mailed in the first place hadn’t arrived in my mail before today before contacting me with his story and actually sending the replacement key via Purolator. I asked to be given the Purolator tracking information. I won’t be expecting a call. I have a feeling it isn’t over yet.

I had the extreme displeasure of buying a car from this company about a month ago and finally finished my dealings with them today. There were no fewer than three points in the buying process where I should have walked out, but I didn't, only because the price of the car I bought was quite good. First, Alex #1 was very condescending when I asked for clarification on why I had to sign a list of fees (license, taxes, financing, etc.) that was separate from the price of the car. He couldn't explain and resorted to asking whether I wanted to buy the car or not in a decidedly snotty tone. Next, while doing the financing dance I get hit with an extra fee that didn't show up on the list of fees that caused the first kerfuffle. Not only was the CarFax fee not initially disclosed, they put a retail mark-up of their own on it. Awesome! And the icing on the cake: during the negotiations, I was promised a full tank of gas when I drove off the lot since apparently this is the only dealership on the planet that doesn't fill the tank when you buy a car from them. When I got in the car to drive off there was 1/4 tank of gas. Awesome! Alex #2 swears they'll send me a gas card, but it took a few emails, touching base with Rallye Motors' overall client care, and threatening legal action for breach of contract to actually get said gas card. This outfit is also so disorganized that they dropped their online listing price for the car I bought after I already agreed on the price they were asking. A small win for the customer, at least. The fees are also on the high side--$600 for paper shuffling alone, and over $900 by the time all is said and done. I would only recommend this or any other Rallye Motors dealership to the worst of my enemies.

I was serve today by Jared Smith, I just wanted to share my experience, he was really polite and listen to me the whole time without interrupting me. He had all the answers for my questions, and trust me I had a lot. He never let me down and make me feel he was trustworthy. So if you need to be well serve next time you want to buy a car, ask for Jared, you won’t be disappointed. I also wanted to mention Krista Boyle in Finance, she knew how bad I needed that deal to be done, she used all the information I had given her in my advantage. It took a while but my situation was really delicate. So I went home really please and less stressful.

Real But for some reason the sales manager comes over started to question me? Told the sales manager that the sales person already know all the information that is need. Terrible service, terrible salesmen. The sales manager looked like he was on drugs. Lying to me about how he used to run TD auto finance. The whole experience was so sketchy, I caught the salesman twice trying to skim a couple hundred dollars on top of the sales price. Apparently, you can't expect your car to be worked on and fixed when you pick up your car after an appointment. We live 40 minutes out of town, and this is the second time we had to go back for the same problem. They shuttled us, and just after we get out of the shuttle, I received a call from them...to come back and pick up the car. He told us that the warrantied work is going to take 5 hours, so they need to do it another day. They told us that we have to make another (the third one!!!) appointment. If only they knew how to do math, this whole thing could have been prevented!

Today was my second time at Moncton Hyundai. The service here is incredible. I have a 2011 Sonata and this is the first time I’ve had to get work done on the Sonata. My Hyundai has been the most reliable car I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dependable vehicle. We’re looking for a larger vehicle-can’t wait to see the Palisade.

So many issues.... Had so many issues at the end of lease. Initially we dropped the car off and signed over the registration. Two weeks later, I received a call from the Finance Company saying I did not return the leased vehicle on time was being charged penalties and fees. I explained I had returned it to the dealer more than 2 weeks earlier. They said they spoke with dealer and I did not return the car. So I called the Rallye. The person I spoke to assured me they would investigate and get back to me. (This was around 9:30am). By 4:30pm, I had no response so I drove over. My returned car was still in the same spot I left it - Spare Key and Driver Manual still on the seat where I left them. Although I was in a panic that the car was missing and I was told I was accountable for it, no one bothered to check for the car or get back to me. After another full week of dealing with various issues that we could not resolve with Rallye we decided to buy it out. The finance company agreed to it over the phone but I noted that the buy out I was being quoted on the phone by the finance company differed from my copy of the lease. So we drove over to Rallye to ask about it. They had the finance company fax over the copy of the lease. It was a completely different contract (Different Date, Different Contract Number, Same VIN # but the net difference was their price was $ 1300 higher than my price and the buy out was higher). We asked how that was possible if I had my copy of the lease. So they looked up my Lease right there at Rallye and it was exactly the same as my version. We asked how it was possible that my signature showed up on the last page of a completely different lease that neither Rallye nor I had a copy of. They had no explanation but yet did not honor the only Contract that Both Rallye and I had. They charged us the higher buy out price After over 3.5 weeks of many calls and visits to try to straighten this out, we just caved and paid - - and after all that they still charged the $299 fees for the paper work. I like Hyndai but would not purchase from Rallye.... The drive to Amherst was well worth the trip for 100% better service.

I called the owner office as he said he is Interested to hear my story but that is fake; because no one show any interest to follow up my case without the need to taking it to court and show them the entire bills and signed estimation form to prove that I should pay $177 not $330 as they charged me under force and calling the caps to pay or leave otherwise we will remove the installed part from your car. By the way; I am In Canada not in some poor third world country to see these type of cheats.

I just recently purchased a 2018 Kona! I must say this process took a little longer than needed. There was a few things that happened that I felt was unprofessional. Such as the first time they put me in a Kona it was a 2019 and then the next time I was put in the 2018 but was never notified that it was a different vehicle, I feel as though they should have at least let me know what car I was test driving and given me specifics about it instead of me figuring it out on my own when i went for the test drive. And exaplained why it was a different Kona which I was completely okay with but an explanation would have been great! I feel as though honesty is the best policy instead of it being shady... The customer service from Emil was awesome, Alex Warren worked absolute wonders and a HUGE thank you to Grace Morgan for helping me get through the process at ease!! Thank you for everything helping me out the way you all did!!

I was lied by sales rep telling me warranty was 7 years 120000km and it turned out 1 year after buying car I found out it was only 5 year 100000km. I just found out years later that they sold me used car and passed it off as new. My warranty email came in saying it was done Aug 20th 2017 but when I called in they told me there was a discrepancy and warranty was done July 11th 2017. So the car was registered 1 month prior to me buying it. Also had a friend who worked for them and he said that they are told by management to find things wrong with vehicle so they can be paid to fix it. I believe when they give you a complimemtary alignment check, they are actually putting alignment off then showing you it's off so they can charge you 90$ to align it. This dealer is untrustworthy and I will learn from my mistake and never buy anything from them again. Please you do the same.

This is our 5th Hyundai car purchased from Rallye Motors. We loved the service received and how helpful everybody was. Because we wanted a Santa Fe 2017 of a specific colour and with specific features, Levi took the time to look for the exact vehicule for us. We would recommend him to everybody. He was very professional in explaining everything from this car features to finance options. We already own a Santa Fe 2013 limited and we were looking into buying a second SUV. Santa Fe 2017 Ultimate was the perfect car for us and Jose was very efficient in assisting us with this new car. We also want to recommend Marco from the service department. Great service as rally’s motors were the ones who advised me that a safety was required every 2 years in the province of New Brunswick. When I registered my vehicle after moving here from Ontario, service nb never mentioned this requirement. I could have received a ticket if I had been pulled over by the police. For this I am great full. As well the service was done in the time period I was given.

I bought my brand new 2020 Hyundai Veloster N last July 24,2020 at Rallye Motors Hyundai Moncton and I haven't received my spare key and the $500 referral cheque that was promised to me and my dad if he will co sign with my car. The spare key and the cheque was promised by my finance specialist Tiffany Richard. I have brought it to her attention multiple times in person and I was told that she was going to look into it but I didn't receive any updates. When I sent a message through their website, Suzanne McCafferty a sales manager called me and told me that she CANNOT issue me a spare key and a cheque because it wasn't written on my bill of sale, she was very rude and not empathetic considering that I'm very frustrated about this issue. I would like to file a formal complaint about the situation as I need a SPARE KEY. This is very bad for the reputation of your company and its dealer.

Always changing and when I needed real help they never got back to me, I wouldn't recommend going to this dealership I should have went to Trevor's Hyundai in Miramichi. Also I wanted to look into trying to get into something smaller because my insurance payment went up $400, something cheaper would help me tremendously but no one has bothered to get back to me... Went in to get a price for a vehicle with the intent of buying but was presented with a piece of paper with hand written options of bi-weekly payments. No computations, no breakdown of fees, just 3 options. I asked for the out the door total price but they can’t give an exact amount. They kept giving me an estimate, so I wonder how they got the payment options they gave me. I just gave up asking and walked out the door. I felt ripped off just by being there.

Went in to test drive a suspiciously priced 2019 Micra and I bet my husband lunch that the car would either be "sold" once we arrived or would be a different trim level than advertised due to a "mistake". Both were true! Difference in price? A whopping $8000. The deceiving ad is still up on their website. If they cared it would have been fixed right away to avoid wasting anyone else's time. Go to Amherst NS instead, their reviews are much better.

They insisted to make me take a car even if the deal was not completly closed, now the deal is still not complete and they won't take the car back. Spent a week in communication with this dealer. I had my own financing in place, but had to go through them to get the listed price first. I live 3 hours away so it all had to be done by phone/e-mail. They approved my application, moved the car to the same dealer as the salesman I was speaking too, and set an appointment up for me to come 3 days later on my only day off. They I get an e-mail reply the day I'm supposed to be driving up there with one line "I was off yesterday and could not respond to you. The other issue is the vehicle has been sold. " After telling me he specifically moved the car to his dealership for me. This was also a used car, not something they can just pick out another one and offer up. There's nothing special here, poor business ethics. If you have no choice and do still go with them, DO NOT LET THEM DO FINANCING BEFORE AGREEING ON A PRICE. This was my biggest mistake, never ever let them put through an app before you have an agreement on a price. I could have walked away from this with no negative effect and kept looking for a car, but now I've got 3 hits on my credit for nothing.

We are currently in Orange Phase at the time of this review. I brought my car in to have my winter tires changed. My wife is high risk for COVID, and the previous two visits I had to the dealership, mask wearing was pretty lax, employees with masks around their chins, not covering their noses, so I planned ahead and brought my dog for a walk so I wouldn’t have to be inside a dealership that isn’t on top of this. My car took longer, so I went into the waiting room to warm up. To my right was a customer on his phone not wearing a mask, and in front of me, a young woman not wearing her mask correctly (nose exposed). I waited five minutes to see if any employees noticed. A few walked by, and didn’t say anything, so I asked the man to put a mask on. He did. I suppose I could’ve been nicer, but we are month 11 into this, and in Orange, so at this point you’re getting a basic ask, no sprinkles. The woman in front of me (who is an anti-masker) not wearing her mask correctly took offence to my request, and started questioning COVID, I could smell some QANON diarrhea coming, so I quickly cut her off and asked her if she could wear her mask correctly to which she refused (even after I told her my wife was high risk), and said I should report her, so I did. I asked the service person if he could get her to wear her mask, and out of the corner of my eye I see a woman, mask off, blowing her nose in the waiting area. Yikes. The service attendant doesn’t ask the anti-masker to put her mask on, and just escorts her into the service bay, where I guess she can incorrectly wear it freely, and I see him talking to her, probably about how ridiculous I’m being. I say that because at no point does he acknowledge or apologize for what happened, which leaves me feeling like health and safety rank pretty low at this dealership. But it’s my wife’s life we are talking about here, and my longterm health as well. I will be driving to Amherst, as I’ve had several people tell me that Rallye is one of the poorest run dealerships in NB. I guess when you own everything you don’t have to care. I reported them to Public Health.

Please read this detailed review before heading to this dealer. I had walked into this dealership on Dec 21st and was interested in Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 new vehicle. As the sales manager Mr. Alex Worden spoke to me and gave final price of the vehicle, when I told I may have to pay high insurance , he gave me wrong quote by entering wrong details even though I handed over the licence to him. He misguided regarding insurance premium by showing me wrong quote and made me sign the deal. Further, on Dec 23rd when I told it is impossible to take the vehicle. Mr. Alex has called TD auto finance and told that loan is sent for cancellation and it will be processed on same day and there is nothing to do from my end. Further, I and my friend were threatened that we will be sued if we walking into any of the Rallye motors dealerships(first time I guess any customer in Canada got threatened like that). That kind of audacity that guy showed and td auto finance told me to complain to auto mobile association for this kind of behavior. To my surprise loan amount has been debited from my account even though I didn’t had vehicle and when I called Bank they told me that loan is still active. I was shocked and later they closed my loan on Jan 7th. I got nsf fees in bank and I am still following up with credit agencies to clear that loan on my file(Guess what!!!! I didn't had any car with me). These guys push for their sales and never care for clients. @@@Beware of cheating @@@

I had bought 3 vehicles from them and now on my 4th and last one. The last one I bought (7 years ago now and still own it). I had returned my previous vehicle ( a lease) and purchased my current one. My lease return had a dent in the side of the door and I asked them when I returned it if I should get it fixed, they said no as I am buying another vehicle, 3 months later, I get a letter in the mail stating I owe 3500 for the freaken dent with pictures. I told him my concerns, what I need, what I want, etc. He was honest with me - I told him which ones I was debating between, he told me which was PRACTICAL for a purchase, versus my "not practical purchase, but cool purchase" lol. Justin got the ball rolling for me, and the financial adviser Joelson that finalized everything was also real with me. I love my car, loved my seemless experience with them. Renee followed up with me today (I bought my car 4 days ago) just to see how I was doing or if I had any questions. I asked her about my winter tires being there until I have to get them changed in a month or so, she said that's no problem. Honestly I have nothing bad to say. *Literally one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had* Purchased a vehicle from these guys about a month or so ago - travelled all the way from Cape Breton to buy it. They had me at the dealer for over 5 hours (while I still needed to drive home that day) - they had absolutely nothing prepared for me even though I had given everything they needed prior to just have the keys waiting for me and some documents to sign. Since buying the vehicle I've needed to make some larger payments on my loan, etc... They literally cannot wait to get you off the phone, have asked me to call them back vs. them call me back (real customer service) a ton of times, absolutely no time of day for me once they got my money... They are incredibly disorganized, give you lots of "ball park" numbers over the phone that never actually reflect the reality when all is said and done (especially on interest rates, ect), the knowledge of their staff was minimal... Super unimpressed. Literally one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Considering the purchase was over $20,000 I expect a heck of a lot more.

Not impressed.I was looking at purchasing a new 2021 Kona (cash purchase) but when it came to confirming the deal the sales manager decided not to commit to the agreed price. Then was advised I would have to finance my purchase if I wanted the same agreed price. I was very stern about not wanting to finance as I was paying cash, but was pushed into financing as the only option. (Come to find out the dealership gets a credit from the bank if you finance). I’m writting this as my experience was not a pleasant one, I ended up giving up on my purchase and went else where. Not sure if I will go back to this dealership.

Do yourself a favour and do not deal with Rallye Motors. Apparently I was the only person who didn’t know how “crooked” they were. So long story short they never gave me the money for my trade-in. Lied on the papers that I unfortunately signed. When I realized I got manipulated, I started calculating everything and realized they didn’t give me the money for my old car. So I told them I wouldn’t give them my registration papers until I get the money for my trade in. Well today I got home and my car wasn’t in my driveway anymore. They came and picked it up (I want to add that I did not miss any paiements) There is so much more to this, that’s just part of what happened ( I was also offered money from Justin Killen if I gave him a 10/10 review. ) Asked Pierre, Justin and someone else that called me today for the price of the car and all of them won’t answer me because they also lied about that on the papers. I am mind blown that they are still in business and just want to let everyone know, please go shop elsewhere or have someone look over your papers before signing them if you’re not sure!

Make sure if they give you free stuff while dealing for a new car (tires change, free oil changes) they put it in the system.. We ended up paying after dropping it off for an oil change when in the deal they have said we had 4 oil change free.. They said they didn't remember saying anything about free oil change and tires change. There was a recall on my car for several parts due to rusting issues. I went in to the dealer with the documents the Hyundai webpage told me I would need in order to receive the maintenance necessary. The person I spoke with at the counter flat out refused to even look at what I had. I then asked for someone else, at which point he decided he would take a look. He walked away with the papers for a few minutes, then came back and proceeded to tell me there was nothing they were going to do. He said to me "Cars don't rust. The only reason a car has rust is because of its bad owner." It was at this point I realized I was dealing with an degenerate incompetent. I've heard many horror stories regarding the horrid service Rallye Motors provides, but experiencing it for myself was what really made it sink in. I proceeded to take my car to the SJ Hyundai dealer, where they immediately accepted my vehicle for the recalls. When I told them about my experience at Rallye Motors, they felt so bad and embarrassed that after the work was done to my car, they undercoated the entire thing for free. If you want a Hyundai, I can't suggest Rallye Motors, but Saint John Hyundai were great to me and I would buy a car from them in a heartbeat.

I was expecting better than that, if their were discrepancies or things to clarify, I would think the thing to do would have been to tell me they needed to check on a few things and get back to me...instead no one took ownership of the situation and I felt that I was in the middle of dealing with dirty laundry that should have been dealt with internally instead of saying deal with the sales manager we had nothing to do with...so they preferred watching me walk away instead of trying to clear things up with their colleagues. Despite all that, the next day I went to get my spare key then Alex and Blake took the time to listen, honored our first deal and got me into the epitome of luxury that I could only dream of but thought I could never afford. I was offered free undercoating as part of my new car purchase, only Rallye Motors considers $530.00 as free. When I spoke to finance I got the run around, I have emailed both finance and sales and have not had the courtesy of a response from either. Look out when buying from this dealership, you never get a straight answer and when you ask for clarification they refuse to respond. They agreed to install the snow tires included with my purchase after initially suggesting I put them in the car myself. After finally connecting with the right person, this has been favourably resolved, a huge thank-you to Alex Worden for his personable nature and professionalism throughout this process. At first i talked to alex worden sales manager and i told him what a wanted and what i was looking for. Booked an appointment to look at a 2020 hyundai elantra that was listed for 12,999, drove from sussex to look at it. When I got there they informed me the car was sold instead of calling me to tell me it was sold they told me they could get me another 2020 elantra for around the same price so I stayed and waited and the price they came back with was 20,000$ and tried to tell me that the ad never existed and kept making up excuses as to why it was so low. I had the screenshot on my phone of the ad, while I was there they changed the price of the ad telling me that wasn't there ad. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Already wasted enough time at this place not calling your service team.

I received a call from a salesperson wondering if I had received a letter in the mail regarding a sale that they were having. I explained to the salesman that I had a very bad experience in the past and would not be returning to the dealer. He spoke to me for a long time on the phone about how he would like to change my opinion on Rallye’s and give me the experience I deserve. Although hesitant, I went in to the dealership Saturday and met with Jared and he was exceptional. He answered all my questions and did not pressure me throughout the whole process. The sales manager (can’t recall his name) was also very polite and he did not make me feel uncomfortable like I did in the past. Although I’m still unsure if I want to move forward with the purchase, Jared and crew regained my respect and I will be reaching out to him when I am ready to purchase. Very pleased !

We went there to price a vehicle. They would not give us a price. All they were interested in was getting personal info so they could start the purchasing process when we told the salesman from the beginning that we just wanted the total biweekly amount. The salesman then told us that banks are charging between 15-20% interest. Really? Between the salesman and the sales manager, both were a couple of pieces of work. We were so turned off by the non-professionalism sales tactics they used in order to pressure us to purchase a vehicle before leaving, that we decided to definitely look at other dealerships We will never recommend this Hyundia dealer or the particular staff we dealt with to anyone. If fact, through social media we will be telling everyone about our experience there.

VERY DISSATISFIED…. Bought my first new vehicle here as all past vehicles have been used. Asked for the extended warranty and was told it was included with what I was getting. A few months later I get a hole / leak in my tire, I bring it in come to find out no extended warranty was included nor was the road hazard warranty offered to me. I contacted the person who I bought the vehicle from and said what’s going on, I recounted the conversion we had where I asked for it. I was basically told, you signed a legal contract and they would not help me. My suggestion if you want to buy a vehicle at Ralley Motors, have a lawyer present to review everything and make sure you get what you ask for and or promised. I was forewarned not to buy from them and I thought I could trust the person I brought from but I guess not.

I really wish that you could review separately in the star section. Nobert is the best of the best, his sales advice is spot on, and he knows his stuff. This is the 3rd new car I have purchased from him in 3 years. The only blemish on this dealership is the after service. I have had so many run ins with 1 service adviser in particular. If Rallye sees this, please ask Nobert my issue. This person tends to talk to me like I am a beginner, and when called out, he changes to another reason (honestly he makes a fool of himself). I will absolutely keep buying from Nobert, no matter where he is. These 5 STARS are for him, and NOT service. With that being said, their Nissan team has AMAZING service.

Yesterday I took my 2012 Santa Fee SUV to Rallye Motors for a recall on the engine computer. While at the dealer I reported 2 deficiencies on the vehicle that I was absolutely positive that it was on warranty. Paint had peeled off to grill and the door seal on the drivers side was worn through. This car has 39,000 km. and has never been driven in snow as I spend my winters in Florida. They claim neither was warranted as it was normal wear and tear. Isn't a warranty to assure that normal wear and tear last for the life of the warranty? I use to defend this dealer went everyone was telling me that I should not deal with this dealer as it was the dealer with the most complaints at the Better Business Bureau. I still can't believe that a business will loose a good customer for such a trivial problem. Live and learn.

Well not a very impressed customer went for a oil change and the way I understood what the service desk said that I can get an alignment done for 29.99 and he would take 20 dollars off I figured sure that's a great deal ya Ya right at the end of it all I ended up leaving there paying 221.82 then on top of that my car ended up pulling to the right on the way home from the dealer so I called them and told them what was going on they told me to come back a week the 28th so just came back apparently they didn't do it right the first time and waited another hour for them to fix the problem no apologies or anything else per example a free car wash like they offered the first time. So there's my rant about this dealership no stars awarded for them no confidence nor understanding on what they do awful service do NOT recommend them at ALL.

I purchased a 2018 Elantra from this dealership and it was not a bad experience originally but don't expect any help or adequate customer service if you run into any problems. I misplaced my key fob and when I went to pick up my spare key which I had not picked up yet, they couldn't find it. It took them almost a week to tell me they had lost it. After calling every day and being repeatedly lied to about getting a call back, they finally agreed to order a new one. After two weeks of waiting I called back and was told they key was not even ordered. I asked to make a complaint and when I was transferred to a sales manager, he assured me he would get to the bottom of it and call me right back. It's been over a month and I have heard nothing. During this time I missed two services appointments because I could not drive my car and they did absolutely nothing to compensate me for a brand new car I couldn't drive due to a mistake they made. The whole situation stressed me out to the point where I stopped calling once I found my misplaced key but I have no doubts when I go back they will still have not ordered the key. Do your research and look at all the one star reviews this dealership is receiving.

Everyone we met were friendly. Let me share the story. My niece went to her car dealer to get an inspection, her car was rejected. Her dealer wanted her to purchase another car with them. I suggested that she look around. Which brought us to Rallye. We went into look and speak with a sales rep. My niece receive a very pleasant surprise. Rallye was able to put her in a 2016 Jeep Patriot with less than 2000 miles on it for less money per month with a 18% less interest rate than her dealer offered her. Warrantied till 2021. She was beyond happy and excited. I would highly recommend this dealership. They work together as a great team. Thank you again Rallye for making sure she had a safe and reliable vehicle.

I went to the service department as I needed engine work and my usual mechanic told me that I should go to the dealer. Some work was covered under warranty which I was grateful for. A week later my check engine light came on and I was told that I had a cracked cannister and he would need a $100 deposit to order the cannister and that it would come off the final bill of $599. After the cannister was replaced I was charged the full $599. I was show on the bill where the deposit had come off but that he'd added additional charges to bring the bill back up to $599. Stupid me was in a hurry to get to work so gave him my credit card and it wasn't until I got to work that I realized I'd lost my deposit. Carefully check your bills before paying.

2 Stars because their pricing is competitive on their used stuff, but their sales practices include every dealer trick you can find on the internet. I called about a car as I had configured it online and they informed me they had one with a manual transmission for $6000 under MSRP ($19k down to $13k) as an end of year clear out in fall 2020. After test driving a car and doing up the paperwork I find out why they were only talking in payments and not total cost. I spoke to them in terms of final price of $16k after tax.fees and monthly payments being around $300. They came back at $270 per payment which doing the math I was impressed at how good a deal that was and spoke to them about that being a great price monthly. They come back after doing my credit check and the paper work they handed me to sign was $270 BI-WEEKLY. Total price of a car I was told on the phone was $13k was now $26k and they were hoping I wasn't going to read the papers carefully or bother doing the math. I was furious as they had so many opportunities to correct me. The $13k car from the phone call? It doesn't exist! It never did! It's a ploy to get you onto the lot where they can do what they can to swindle you. Constantly using bi-weekly payments to respond to a customer who is talking about monthly payments was pretty disgusting.

I Saw a listing car on Facebook and asked if the car was still available as I was interested and one of them name Brad told me yes it was and we booked an appointment. Went there with my sister and our kids who are 2 and 3. First another man came in took my name.down, my information and minutes later brought the car and told us that the car we were interested in was sold out in the morning but was the same. First the car was not the same as the one he brought us was more expensive than the one we saw. He told us the car was $18.500 extended warranty included and then we asked him what will be the price without the extended warranty he said $14000. We told him our price that with the extended warranty. He said for that car it wasn't the price minutes later , he went see Brad and he came told us $18000 was the price of the vehicle without the fees or extended warranty that we did understand which is not.true. Then said for the amount we said we have he will go get the vehicle but then brought a.vehicle that cost more than .the first one. We left.but when we went back home we checked the price on their website and we saw that both cars they showed us were less expensive as they were on sale. Then one.of my fried went asked for the same car and they guy Adam they saw told them that the 2017 Sante Fe we wanted was $18300 with taxes included. We spent almost 4 hours with our kids listening lies and no car. That Brad and his guy were not serious at all. We don't know why they did not want to sell us the car. Why making people test the car and do not want to sell them ???? Very disappointed ! Will definitely look somewhere else

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff especially the beyond courteous sales specialist Paolo Pollio and the knowledgeable manager Alex Worden. Everyone we met were friendly. Let me share the story. My wife went to her car dealer to get an inspection, her car was rejected. Her dealer wanted her to purchase another car with them. I suggested that she look around. Which brought us to Rallye. We went into look and speak with a sales rep Paolo, who greeted us and made us feel welcome. We received a very pleasant surprise. Rallye was able to put her in a 2016 Jeep Compass with less money per month with a 18% less interest rate than her dealer offered her. Warrantied till 2021. She was beyond happy and excited. The sales team at " Rallye Hyundai " specifically the Finance manager could care less about you or your purchase. They're more then happy to rush people with less then perfect credit into a car , at high interest with a payment you probably CANT afford.. Within 45 minutes of sitting with the Finance Manager i was thrown keys to different vehicles i wasn't interested in and told " YOU COULD DRIVE AWAY WITH THIS TODAY " .. I'll never recommend Rallye Motors to anyone. There's other dealers out there with MUCH BETTER staff who actually HELP you make an informed decision. Stay AWAY.
