Just had the worst sales experience in a car dealership. The old bait and switch with Jordan Stark. Avoid him. He asked the budget for my daughter's car. We gave him the number. We went to try the vehicle. Then gave me a price 50% over budget and tried to make it my problem. I hire sales people for a living. This one I tell you to avoid. And their employer should be avoided as well for tolerating that approach.

I had the worst service yesterday! I had lower control arms and ball joints put in my ram to pass inspection last month and now my front tires are worn truck was all over the road so I bought it back in and they said the alignment was way out of wack. They said I refused an alignment at the time which i did not! What ever my truck needs to be safe I will do! I can’t believe how they treated us!!!

I went to Rallye Chrysler in Moncton and I purchased my 2019Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. I was great by the best sales service team ever. I met Jonathan Arseneault and his Sales Managers Paolo Pollio and Chuck Schemri. Service was quick and gave us an awesome deal too. When it came time to sign the documents I was the beautiful and very nice Christine Le Clair, I got a fast and efficient service and no long wait for the plates either. I would recommend them to anyone. Stop by and go see this amazing team you wont regret it. My husband also bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee and we were very satisfied with the customer service they offered us. My wife and I are new owners of a brand new Hyundai SUV!! Logan Stark is new to New Brunswick, he is from P.E.I. It's so AWESOME TO SEE the Atlantic Provinces have AMAZING people!! Logan is a prime example to that statement. Not only did Logan work to get us a good deal, Logan showed us no shortage of Atlantic hospitality!! Logan was very flexible with us to accommodate our schedule, Logan was very knowledgeable with the three vehicles we tried. Let us have a vehicle overnight to test drive with my wife because we couldn't test drive together during the day because of my wife's schedule. When we choose to purchase the Hyundai, he brought us to their lounge offered to make me a coffee and get my wife something to drink. Most salesman would've pointed us to the seating area and the would inform us there is beverages available. Hospitality takes such little effort and receiving such GREAT hospitality goes such along way!! Thanks for such a GREAT experience for purchasing a vehicle Logan!!

Charles, Jordan, and Cole were fantastic to deal with! They stayed after closing time to make sure I was taken care of. They held the truck I wanted to buy for over two weeks, even though they could have sold it on me numerous times. They did everything they could to get me up and running in the shortest amount of time. For me because they stayed later than closing time( I showed up half hour before closing due to flight delay) a lot later I give this spot a 20 out of 10! They had every right to say sorry we are closing at 3 you will have to come back on Monday but they didn’t. Thanks again guys! Loving the truck!

The worst business! I had a terrible experience dealing with the Rallye Jeep dealership. We came to an agreement on a price and a trade in value for my car. I told the salesman that I was ready to go ahead with the purchase and I was told that my credit report needed to be pulled to hold the vehicle. This was done and I was ready to go to the dealership and pick up the Jeep. the finance Manager was not in so I would have to wait until the next day for them to sign off on it. The next day in conversation with the salesman he mentioned that someone was very interested in another Jeep, but not to worry because it was not my Jeep he wanted and the deal was still on. After this conversation my calls and emails stopped being returned. When I finally got ahold of the salesman I was told that the Jeep was gone. I was very upset as I was assured that this would not happen. During our communications we were at the point of discussing when the vehicle could be delivered as they were not going to be available the day I had originally tried to pick it up. The dealership did not take any responsibility for selling the Jeep that I was promised and assured me that they could find another one for me. They did not find me a similar vehicle and I ended up taking my business elsewhere. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership, they are dishonest and have no issues screwing over their clients. I was promised a vehicle, my credit report was pulled and I was left empty handed. Further, I was lied and played around multiple times! They have terrible customer service and they no problem scamming clients. Oh and when I told the salesperson that I was coming in to see the manager, he told me great i couldnt miss him cuz he was 6'4.

We took a white Ford Focus for a test drive , and when they were finalizing the paperwork for the deal, I luckily compared the VIN#'s. The car on the paperwork was not even the car we took for a test drive. If I hadn't checked, we would have signed and purchased a much lesser of a Ford Focus that we never even saw, and wouldn't have anything to stand on. I believe that is called "bait and switch"? They also do not negotiate or budge on price whatsoever. We left and purchased a brand new 2020 VW Tiguan R-line a few hours later. I don't know how this place stays in bussiness or gets away with this type of bussiness practice.

Here is what a brand-new "clean and detailed" Jeep Wrangler looks like from Rallye. Save yourself and go to Moncton Chrysler. They didn't make it right the 2nd time they cleaned it either - this is only the exterior. Windows were streaked and interior was full of dust. Look at the mud! Said this is normal because of the way the vehicle is made - WRONG! My Jeep is spotless after I clean it.... I'm not a professional and I did a better job with the $3 sprayer at the car wash.

We went here to look at a vehicle and it was the first place we went so we were not prepared to make a deal until we had looked at everything we wanted to look at. Logan was great and very knowledgeable but I feel he was being pressured by his sales manager, which in turn was making us feel pressured to make a decision right away and we said no and were still being pushed, and when he called to follow up we said we had decided on a vehicle we had seen elsewhere and started offering to show us something similar even though we said they weren't vehicles we were interested in looking at. This was my second bad experience with a Rallye dealership and has put the final nail in their coffin, I will never be returning.

Not a bad vehicle, but some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Certain 2010 Dodge Caravans have an issue where the Keys can drop while driving and it shuts the Van off! You loose Power Steering and Power Brakes. It happened to my wife and 2 children while they were about to enter a traffic circle. I researched the issue online myself and found a safety bulletin from the States that listed exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. I took it into the dealership and they were completely unconcerned. I had to fight with them to get them to replace the part because it was not an official recall yet and they would not lend/rent me a vehicle until the problem was fixed. I have had to call numerous times to follow up with them and re-iterate the severity of this issue. If you have this model van don't expect them to be calling you proactively. Abysmal customer service. I will never buy from this dealership again (I know, they're all the same right).

I was in the Market to upgrade trucks. I contacted multiple dealers and found the best deal and quickest response was from Rallye Motors Chrysler. They gave me a MORE than fair trade value for my F-150 and somehow managed to lower my payments. My Sales Specialist was Jordan and he was great to deal with. He was more than accommodating answering (or finding the answers for) all my questions/concerns. To add, at no time did I feel pressured into making a decision. I'll apologize up front that this will be lengthy. I was shopping for a new vehicle and dealt with 4 local dealerships. The same bs and empty promises....in fact the general manager of a local Chrysler dealership berated Ralley, saying their advertised pricing was a ploy to get you in, then there were added fees and hidden costs that made the vehicle too expensive. Then they will proceed to try youand sell something else. He then assured me that HE would do whatever it took to make a sale Well.....that couldn't be further from the truth. A substantial down payment for a base 1500 classic express. I contacted Johnathan at Rallye Chrysler. He took my personal and trade info. Within a couple hours he informed my my pre-approval was in place and asked if I had my eye on something. I gave him 2 stock numbers based on the vehicles and the advertised pricing. Again within a short time I received a response....choice 1 didn't fit within my approval, but they could make the second one work ( an Ignition Orange 1500 Classic Express, leveled, KO2 tire upgrade, black tube side steps, spray in bed liner, tonneau cover, led bed lighting, 8" touch screen, dual climate control....a sweet truck). All this within my approval with $0 downpayment (remember the base express from my local dealer with the big downpayment??) Chuck, (sales manager) messaged me to confirm what I had been told. I'll admit I was skeptical, however I made the almost 2 hr drive only to be greeted with a smile, keys and the truck cleaned to perfection. Johnathan was away with his family and he left me in Jordan's capable hands. After a test drive I told them YES ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS TRUCK. Chuck got right on the paperwork...the deal 100% to the offer I was given over the phone, no quibble, no excuses, no attempted up sell. Straight up and honest holding to their word!! Yes buying a new vehicle can be daunting...even frustrating!!!! The group at Rallye Chrysler were 100% honest, friendly and unbelievably easy to deal with. They have ABSOLUTELY gained a new customer who wouldn't hesitate to recommend them as an honest group and a refreshing choice when looking for a new vehicle. THANKS AGAIN guys.

Our finance manager was professional and made sure that we had the protection we needed! We priced out the Jeep at three different dealerships before making our decision and they weren't even in the same ball field as Rallye Chrysler.. great deal, superb service, can't ask for any better! My experience purchasing a vehicle was different then most as I live in PEI and due to covid restrictions everything was completed by phone/email. If i could give no stars i would, i purchased a vehicle and was promised an autostart, they shook my hand and agreed and told me everything i wanted to hear, i called them a week later they said they'd get back to me, i emailed them multiple times, they said they's get back to me, and two months later i called and was told they'd get back to me, finally, the same sales manager who promised the auto start emailed me the next day and said they never agreed to an autostart lol, don't waste your time with the terrible service and sketchy sales staff, I fully intend on pursueing this legally out of principle at this point

I was told what time my vehicle would be ready and asked if that met with my scheduling. Right to the minute, I received a call informing me that everything was completed and vehicle ready. The worst auto dealership in Moncton. My salesperson was arrogant, evasive, and deceptive. I recently engaged with a Johnny come lately who, based on his customer service abilities, will most likely be gone in a few months. He utilized diversion to avoid direct inquiries, and when I was given the usual initial inflated figures and asked to see a breakdown, what did I receive for my efforts? More diversions. He was not planning on showing me, and never did. Not everyone who enters a dealership has little or no idea how things work. This dealership's employee turnover is ridiculous, and it's easy to understand why if this is the type of talent they recruit. If you fall victim to these vultures, check the small print before signing anything. They are not at all transparent in their dealings with customers. Everyone, including these salespeople, need to eat and I understand that, but there are FAR better dealerships in the area; do yourself a favour and go there if you want to be handled with kindness, respect, and, most importantly, fairness. Seeing clients as people yields significantly better outcomes than treating them as commodities to be exploited and manipulated for maximum profit. If you want to increase your percentage of return customers, then your staff needs to be retrained, refocused, and refined.

This has got to be the worst dealership I’ve ever delt with took them almost 2 weeks to try and get me approved on a vehicle. At one point they called me up and said i was approved and they said the bank just needed a letter from my employer saying that i had a job. I kept after them the whole time i just kept getting it’s a done deal on the approval. And when they finally had me approved it wasn’t for the full amount. Don’t know how this works but i do know i will never try and buy a vehicle at this dealership ever again. I was warned before hand and i guess the rumours were true.

Last night I saw a car in kijiji and then I contacted online that I am interested. The next day rally motor from (191 Carson Rd, Moncton,) Mr. Pierre call me to come and test drive the car. We were there like Mr. Pierre told us but when we arrived he says the car you wanted is in other Rally motor, (1810 main st Moncton,) the manager,Mr. MATT CARTER. The same day we went to the other store and we found Mr. Matt carter, he told us that the car was sold the previous night, with a VERY unpleasant attitude and we said your colleague called us TODAY so maybe you can check one more time to make sure . Afterwards he started to say to leave the store and that he does not have time, with his eyes rolling and he raised his voice on us. We were in shock! and we asked for the manager he started shouting and saying: IT'S ME THE MANAGER, get out of the store. In any case, we have become very, very disappointed from rallye motor to get their client out for NO reason! please, I would like an answer from you that why such a famous company (RALLYE MOTOR) should behave like this with their customers!

Bought a 2019 Ram on the weekend, Adam, Monica and Chuck done everything possible to make the sale happen for us as we were from out of province.. and were great with follow up, but I have to give an honest review, and we take ownership for some of this as we should have been more prepared, we really felt very, rushed and in hindsight, a lot of details were not discussed, we only realized some very important details after papers were signed, i.e. interest rates, loan payouts, life insurance details etc. Again this was before a long holiday weekend and we were from out of province, the dealership worked extremely hard in the time they had and stayed late on the long weekend Saturday to get us on the road, Next time I would make sure we allow more time to make such a big purchase.

Had a Fantastic experience on Saturday March 13 2021 - upgraded my Jeep Cherokee to a Grand Cherokee and could not have asked for better service. April was fabulous, she was nice and made my daughters day by giving her a mug with a Easter sticker on it, Cole thanks for letting my husband and son make it on time to Hockey, when we were waiting on final sale stuff. Logan for offering Hot Chocolate to my kids and tell me your engagement story it was so sweet. The one that made the day extra wonderful our Salesman Mark Legge, he was the bomb, made the wait not as painful, he was very attentive and thorough with all the information needed to make the decision to upgrade an easy one. Went to this dealership to test drive a hatchback car this evening. After the test drive, I was not that interested in the vehicle, because I felt that it had some issues. Moreover, these used vehicles are sold as is. Once you drive out of the dealership, you have to take care of yourself. However, still wanted to know how far they can lower the price range. Being a person who purchased several used vehicles, I knew what was going to happen next. They came up a price and they used their usual sales technique to somehow to buy the vehicle on the same day. I told them I needed time to think about the price I was offered. Since I was not buying the vehicle on the same day, the sales manager (Jordan Green) was using DISRESPECTFUL words. I didn't react because I know what to do, so I just walked out. I am going to take this to next level. Try to avoid this dealership at any cost. You will be pressurized to buy. If don't buy, you will be harassed. I know I will get a standard template like "contact our Client Care Team". If you care about your business, then you have to call me, I do not have to.

I had a great experience at rallye chrysler the service department is a great group of people that were very helpful and reasonable in price. I bought a car here from John Newcomb and its a great car and still runs amazingly. I suggest as many people to go there to buy a car great price, selection, and non-pushy atmosphere. However this time purchasing a Ram truck at Rally Motors turned out after frustration to be excellent and must be noted. I recently was in an accident with my previous Ram truck and it was damaged beyond Repair . So I was in the beginning stages of looking for another truck and very stressed. I received a call from an energetic sales women Shawna Martell. She asked, if I was looking for a truck ? . So it began! I visited the dealership and was welcomed buy her . Since Shawna was showing a true interest in what I needed . I decided to take an open mind and hear her out . As we moved through the process of finding what I needed and wanted she made me feel appreciated as a customer and helped with every level . She went above and beyond helping through every situation that arose . Even providing transportation to return my rental car on her day off. He said that he would like to help me find the truck I was looking for. This guy told us (my wife and I) where to look and away we went. Like You, after reading the reviews on this website, I was a little reluctant in buying a vehicle here. However, I dealt with Jordan and he was amazing. I just bought a New Dodge Ram 1500 classic. Jordan gave me a deal that I just could not refuse. Jordan made sure that all the extras I wanted on the truck was installed in a timely manner. I can't say enough about the service received from Jordan. Monica took care of the finance side of it and she was also amazing and very helpful. My next vehicle will be at Rallye Chrysler and hopefully I can deal with Jordan again. They even let my dog in the building while they were installing my side steps. My dog roamed all over the store and at one point, I couldn't find him and he was with the parts guys in the back getting some loving. lol Thank you Jordan and your team, I'm really happy with my new Ram and thankful for all you did.

My spouse and I wanted to test drive a couple vehicles we had seen on the Rallye Chrysler website and decide to book an appt with Alex Rimski, who had already been very nice and proactive giving us enough information over the phone. There was no pressure what so ever and we felt we were being cared about. Alex was super professional and addressed all of our concerns in very respectful way. Worst sales department i have ever dealt with. Spoke to Chuck (Sales Manager) and Mike Raby (Director Of Sales) and both had a very bad attitude and arrogance. First of all they're ad is misleading and does not state all the extra fees and charges they try to charge you. They try to bring the prices up if the vehicle is purchased in cash and through financing if the vehicle is paid off early. That is called a penalty for early pay off of a financing loan. and this is not legal in Canada. You have all the right to pay off your Financing loan earlier than the end of your term without being charged any penalty. The so called contract they try to make you sign that says you have to keep your loan for longer than 6 months is not lawful. i would get my vehicle somewhere else.

Completely unprofessional and unorganized service department. I scheduled a tire installation for my Jeep for a week out, for winter tires and rims that come with the Jeep. I arrive to my appointment at 830am, Jeep goes right in to service. After 1 hour 30 minutes the service attend comes to me and informs me they had difficulty finding my tire and are getting it torqued right away,even after I scheduled the appointment a week prior. 15 minutes later the service attendant come back and informs me a recall on the Jeep has been released so I as for an estimated time and he say it’s a large job and will order parts. All is good. 5 minutes later the service attendant comes back and informs me they ordered the wrong bolt pattern rims for the Jeep ( blames it on Chrysler)and are looking to see if any are available. Says I will have to wait till something can be figured out. I had enough at this point and request my original tires be put back on the Jeep and call me when the proper tires are available. I will be finding a new service department to perform maintenance on my 2 Chrysler vehicles. This was very unprofessional and unorganized in every way possible. So after a 2 hour wait to put my winter tires on I walked away with nothing done and my time completely wasted.

Had one of the worst experiences to date with any dealership here trying to buy a truck . I was dealing with the dealer over the phone due to living a distance away but couldn’t find the exact vehicle I was looking for elsewhere . The payments I was offered seemed very high and when i requested a sales breakdown be sent to me I was ignored and never heard back. After requesting for several days to speak to a sales manager I finally got though via phone call . I was told the reason they didn’t want me to send me a sales breakdown was so that I couldn’t take the offer to other dealerships to try and get a better deal. It also turned out the reason that payments seemed high was because my options were either to pay used vehicle interest rates even though the vehicle i asked about was a demo (7% interest) or he wanted to add 8 thousand dollars onto the asking price plus tax and fees to give me 0% (making the asking price 4 thousand over what they had a brand new vehicle of the same model listed at.) If you don’t want to pay absolute top dollar so they can maximize profit I would try to find a vehicle elsewhere .
