Well ill start off by saying its too bad i need to give this place one star because they dont even deserve that. I went to see to buy a used car and got fd over big time by murray's. He told me he was gonna try to get me the best price possible on a car i liked, so after talking with him for about an hour i decided to go else where. A few days passed and i decided to go see at mazda, The salesman at mazda says did you know murrays used cars did 12 credit checks? 12 not 1, not 2, but 12! 12 credit checks murrays used cars did in the space of not even an hour, Im paying for that now because i cant even get loans. Rediculous! I sure hope im not the only one that exposes you.

I just bought a used truck from Murray's and I could not be happier. Great quality vehicle at a very reasonable price. Open and honest interaction and transaction... no smoke and mirrors or pressure tactics. I had been to a lot of dealers lately and left them feeling more like prey than a client. Not here... Do yourself a favor and drop in to see them... Best move I have made in a long time. ????????????

Last week I inquired about a vehicle they had listed and got the run around for three days. Them: I'll get that ready for you to test drive, so we made an appointment. Them: Gotta cancel, it needed a part it'll be ready tomorrow. Tomorrow came and I asked if it was back. Them: I'll let you know as soon as we have it. End of day you don't call, you don't write, so I called. Them: I'll call you right back, 5 - 10 minutes tops. No call. Each day cost me another day on the rental. I've moved on but I waited a few days to post this to give them an opportunity and see if they'd contact me. Nothing. Just be honest.

Bought a car for my son there and we didn’t see that the inspection was du since the past 6 months. We bought it from a guy that sells cars for that company. We brought it for the inspection and it’s over 2000.00 in repairs. The oil pas leaks and we have 30 days of warranty witch they said wasn’t covered. I never saw dishonesty in my entire life. I will never ever give good comments on that garage. It’s a disgrace to do buisness especially when a person pay 6000 and has to put 2000 in repairs. Have to pay to realize how people can rip you off. Ps i couldn’t sleep knowing i did this to a person.

if you want a great buying experience I suggest Murry's auto Pat and his Father Norm are great guys......so are there staff.....I have purchased a few cars from them and I am always treated like a friend when I go in there dealership.....somethings broke they fix it...........END OF.......... no other dealer has stood up to the service/after service I get here.....I will be moving 300 KM away and will come to them for my next car because I trust them and I know they sincerely want to sell me a decent car....... best of luck in your buying process
