I arrived unannounced without an appointment as I was travelling with an RV attached to my truck from Ontario to Cape Breton NS. I had an early morning issue with a dead battery. I also needed a turn signal replaced. After taking my place in line (and dropping said trailer at the prescribed place indicated to me by your staff) I feel that my issues were resolved in a timely manner to get me back on the road and on my way. The staff who assisted me were polite and courteous. When I approached Adam Wadded in the service area after a bit of time to see how things were sorting out....he promptly advised me that my vehicle was being looked at at that particular moment. When I returned to receive my bill Adam effectively described the work that had been done and what all the charges were for. Overall a very pleasing experience during what could have been a stressful tome. Thank you.

We bought a truck a week ago and had a problem with truck. They want us to drop off our truck and takes about 1and half hour but... We had been waiting for ride get to home 1and half hour and their not finish our truck and they called me just 15 min. before they finish their work hours. I requested rent a car to use but she said No. We loose all our family plans in the afternoon... We not happy with service what they have... Anyway, they will promise me to finish tomorrow morning and watch they will finish that time or not.. If they are not finish on time they are not trustfully and ruin my day again.

When that never happened, I asked someone on service if anyone was able to help me buy a car. She brought me to someone who had 5 minutes before his next appointment and who was rushing me out the door. I got in my car and came here instead. Enrico helped me finalize a deal and drive away with the new ride the same day. He was patient and helpful and I am very excited with my purchase. Thank you!

I bought a pre owned certified vehicle and extended warranty and when I want to get it fixed I still have to pay and when I took my car in they had it for over three weeks n the main problem still wasn't fixed and I had to pay over 300 to buy it out plus my warranty cost over 2200 add to that I bought the car around three months ago n they had it for a month I feel like I got an unfair deal Also customer service manager was shouting at me for just telling him how I feel about the situations that's going on
Saw a 2015 Hyundai accent on line good price. Listed with sunroof heated seats and a long list of features. Got in touch with dealership and headed across the bridge to see it got a call while on bridge car has been sold (oh well). Got back from Moncton after supper got a call car not sold but someone else looking( ok). Next morning another call not sold (ok). Thought I'd ask some questions before I headed back across the bridge (Oh yes at $40 plus a trip plus gas), "This car is "as traded", and we tell everyone this" (not) also "it's on our website" (not). Majority of options listed do not apply to this car. I brought this to their attention as well as cheaper price listed online I sent screenshots. A week later website still mentions nothing about being as traded, a video now is on listing showing car but still a long list of features not on this car. I was in the car business for 40 years and this is as sketchy as i have seen! Had they been honest from the start i most likely would have bought.

Marc(Sales), Marc(Finance) & Jason(Sales) were beyond amazing for us. Got us a crazy deal that we couldn't refuse on the same day. Walked in and got out with a Jeep in the afternoon. The customer service that they gave us was super friendly, down to earth and professional. There was no pushing at all for the sale either. I highly recommend dealing with these guys!!
Georgina was amazing to deal with. She understood my needs and made some recommendations. I took a few vehicles out for a test drive and ultimately decided on my Jeep. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to meet my needs. My schedule is pretty hectic and Georgina even took the time to come in on her days off. I would recommend her to anyone looking for great customer service...you won't regret it!
Seemed like nice people, however i asked to put a deposit on a vehicle over the weekend to hold it because I planned on picking it up, and a different salesman sold it from underneath me. Was to call again at 3, and was told it was sold. Was told if anything happens and the other person doesn't end up getting it, than I'll get a call. Not happy.

The Facts* - Was offered $33000 for trade-in on my 2016 Ram Sport Crew 4X4 Loaded - Was offered a 2017 Ram 1500 Limited for 7 or 8 year Term options - With the tax and 3.49 % included it would cost me over $91000/ 7 Yr - With the tax and 3.49 % included it would cost me over $93000/ 8 Yr - My current Ram 1500 Sport has ~ $9500 invested @ 29000 km - Checked Auto Trader and other sources - Equivalent Packages of my model Truck are selling between $45000 and $49000 retail - Warranty issue with BCM software update outstanding 1 year now with FCA - FCA warranty service has not helped resolve the issue - FCA finally offered EC pricing to supposedly help me... - EC and 25% off '16 Ram Limited worked out to $49000 for a $73000 truck, however, I was low balled at $33,000 for mine and verbally told $37000. - FCA offered the EC to help me move into another Ram since it appears they may never honour the warranty. How long do I wait for them? Is an entire year acceptable? The BCM controls many things. One of the issues are the headlamps will flicker now and then every time the truck is used at night. Is this causing damage to the Bi-Xenon bulbs? Who knows. What else is the defective BCM software doing that cannot be seen? - I truly believe that I would have been offered MORE for my truck if not for the EC and 25% off...especially the EC. This was a special circumstance. This was not supposed to be a profit deal but instead an apology deal for me being strung along for a year now with no resolve on the BCM module software among other things. It has tested my patience. - The sales people are friendly, however, that does not trump the figures or the math - The $37000 was written down for me and repeatedly spoken as "we are offering you $37000 for your truck" which is false and misleading at best. The actual amount they were offering for my vehicle was $33,000 and if they were honest that would have been what they told me. It wasn't until I pressed them that I pin pointed the 37000 was including what I would save on HST by doing a trade in - no Moncton Chrysler - you cannot lie to the customer like this. I have had several days to consider this matter and the dishonesty angers me. If they were honest about the trade in then I would respect the honesty...maybe not the deal but the honesty yes. I consider what happened to be completely unacceptable and some coaching is needed in the Sales Department @ Moncton Chrysler. Had they been honest then this review would not exist and they get one star because zero is not an option. Honesty is important to some of us. Don't expect anyone there to see it as dishonest though. I will say it again so it is super crystal clear - I was verbally told several times they would give me 37000 for my truck - not 33000. They wrote "incl hst" beside the 37000 on the paper but verbally told me something else. FYI - 37000 is also too low. Its a younger group of sales people and perhaps through feedback they will grow and re-calibrate how they conduct business by presenting a transparent and honest relationship with customers. I will never buy from Moncton Chrysler and now re-thinking even having service done there. I can't wait till I go over my warranty just so I can get away from the Chrysler dealers in NB. Haven't found a good one yet and don't expect too. Its a shame because their vehicles are eye catching and comfortable. It's all private sales from here on. See ya later.

Richard went above and beyond for us and made it all happen in one day, including the test drive, inspection, ordering parts and the purchase. We had initially thought we would keep our 2009 Dodge Ram for awhile longer, but too, we had our hearts set also on a Jeep Wrangler. I want to write a review, stating how my sales lady went way above and beyond to help me with the purchas of my new Dodge truck. Sam is just the best ever, and amazed me. Knowing I worked nights as a truck driver, and not being from Moncton, she took it upon herself to come in and show me my future truck at 11pm, after working all day herself, out in the cold night, coming into her place of employment, to show a truck to someone she didn't know from a hole in the ground, late at night... She sold me instantly on her dedication to her customer. I couldn't believe anyone would go this far out of their way to help me. She made buying my new truck such a pleasure. Got the front subframe recalled on my dodge caliber at which point they said the rear subframe is fine doesn't need to be changed so they won't touch it. Shortly after same amount of KM the rear subframe twisted over from being so rotten. Towed the car to dodge as they just replaced the front subframe but told me the rear subframe was my fault from pulling on the bolt (it folded over like paper from rot) they will not recall or goodwill the rotten rear subframe. Garbage cars and service.
Lots of selection. Decent service. If you buy a vehicle here, expect them to call you and send you sale promotions from that day on. They started calling me 6-9 months after purchase to come in and buy something new, and have called every 3-6 months since.

Very poor service experience. Had the axel/pinnon seals go in my jeep wrangler and fixed under warranty took 6 times and over a months span. First time they replaced only two of the seals and not the third saying none of the other seals needed replacing. Days later a mechanic told me there was still a oil leak. Second time they took everything apart to find they didn't have the third seal in stock. Third appointment they took it all apart to then tell me the bearing needs replaced as well which they also didn't have in stock so they didn't replace the seal again. Fourth time they didn't even look at it and told me they would call me the next day if they could get it in to be fixed and find out why it didn't get touch that day. Fifth time they never called me and told me that it was my fault for not bringing it in to them and was given no reason why they didn't work on it before. Six time I just showed up with no appointment and they took it in that day and fixed it. They also wanted to charge me $1900 to replace a creaky clutch that I fixed myself for $10.
Great experience at this location with many vehicle options and fun perks. Rates and warranties are favourably affordable. Each member really puts effort into getting you into the vehicle you want and is very patient. I felt no sales pressure which is a #1 deal breaker for me (thanks Georgina).

We came here pretty late in the day, I had msged the gentleman I had been speaking to telling him we were there via text but he never came out and then vehicle we were standing there admiring because it was "the one" suddenly was started up and driven away. Feeling like it wasn't meant to be we headed back to our car and then we ran into Patrick...Right from the get go Patrick was enthusiastic, knew his vehicles and got us feeling excited again. Through the whole experience he was awesome, He got us into a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee sport, which we have been loving. To top it all off on my wifes birthday (2 days before we could close the deal) Patrick comes and drops off the Jeep for us at our home and picks up the trade-in!!! We have never had such great customer service when purchasing a vehicle before, highly recommend this place and dealing with Patrick D

My experience at this dealership has never been good. I strictly only get Oil changes done on my vehicle at this location. I make appointments for early morning and leave my key in the drop box. Today 3 hours after my appt had been set I showed up to get my vehicle to be told it had not even been brought in for an Oil change yet. I was informed because I used the drop box that all other vehicles get bumped ahead of mine regardless if I had an appt. Very disappointed as this is a work truck and taking 3 plus hours to do an Oil change is an absolute disgrace. Will not return for any future purchases or service.

She helped us to find something within our budget but we never imagined that we would like a Jeep, omg she showed us a Jeep that had just come on the lot! It was absolutely gorgeous, as soon as we saw the jeep we knew she was coming home with us. We got at the dealership at 3:30pm on a Saturday and at 5 pm we left with the jeep purchased. Really bad service when it comes to repairing their own mistakes. When i bought it theirs was fender flares on it and they didn't place 3m tape to protect the paint and now the flares used the paint all the way to the metal and they don't want to fix their mistake. 100% would not recommend

This is the first dealership I would go to if you're looking for customer service. After having an experience I'd rather not get into (it'd be one hell of a rant) with my local dealership about a year ago, I blew off dealerships and to a point regretted buying new. Short story... 3 weeks, a couple of tows and about $2400 later I had a Jeep again. (Fixed elswhere) A couple of weeks ago, a simple fluids check/change lead to finding an issue I didn't know I had as some shavings were found in the rear diff. I was at a loss and I was NOT going back to the dealership here in town. By word of mouth, I was told by a couple of people including a local shop to try Moncton Chrysler. Despite coming from Saint John, I decided to take a chance. It was night and day. After a week or so driving a supplied rental, I got my Jeep back with just shy of a new crate axle. I probably annoyed them by slipping in a question or comment about the warranty everytime we spoke. I was just waiting or expecting a surprise at one point, right up untill they handed me back my keys and saw me off. Was unfortunate it came to that, but definitely worth the couple of trips up and down the highway.

Had my vehicle serviced here. Service was well, staff was helpful and friendly and prices were competitive. Was not overly thrilled on the sales environment.
I travelled up from Saint John to Moncton to look at a Jeep Wrangler. The ad online was not representative of the vehicle I went to look at. When I arrived, I found the bumper of the vehicle destroyed as well as minor damage to the frame, none of which was posted online and they said they were hoping to fix. The ad online talked about a hard top, AC, power windows, none of which was included on the vehicle I looked at. The salesman I spoke too was very apologetic and they offered to take $600 off the price but overall I was disappointed with the dealership and what they offered in consideration.

Service dept unplugged my dash camera while in the shop, didn't fix my noisy breaks and just gave it back to me. Spoke to Trevor Carson and he insulted me saying "you're F****ING Crazy" and we are done here. You don't tamper with video unless you are hiding something. Stay AWAY !!!! They will Lie and cover up what they are actually doing to your Vehicle. Too Bad Both Chrysler Dealers in Moncton can't be trusted, guess I'll be driving to Amherst for Service from now on.

Hello interweb world. I wished to submit a short review of my experience at Moncton Chrysler. Richard was my sale team member staff person I dealt with. I cannot speak highly enough as to how professional, courteous and helpful he was. EVERY aspect of my transaction was smooth and seamless. Do not get your provincial inspection done there. I'm a young woman and they clearly took advantage of me. I was stuck doing my inspection in Moncton for various reasons, so I ask them to do the checkup but not change a thing. It got rejected, of course, because of wipers, windshield washer dispensers, something in my suspension and brakes. The thing you need to know is I knew my breaks were changed last year. So right away I thought well it can't be right! Those things would have cost me at least 2000$! Got the chance to get the checkup done back home and the ONLY thing wrong was my wipers so it cost me 40$ plus another sticker!! They really tried to take advantage of the fact I probably looked like someone who had no idea what they were telling me!! An easy target for money! I have to add, my car smell like old oil for 3 days after my appointment...disgusting!

Not impressed at all, I was thinking of buying a Jeep and after I saw how they treated my boyfriend I will never EVER do business with them, especially when they say we are "f****** crazy" after they tamper with his personal equipment? Don't ever do business here. The place is enough to make you sick as soon as you walk in.
So for a while I've been eyeing Dodge Chargers: every time I see one drive down the road, I look at them and internally think "One day, you will be mine". A good first step to see if the idea of that car met the reality was to do a test drive, so that's exactly what I did. Pulling into the dealership, I saw exactly the car I wanted to test drive in under 30 seconds. Once I went inside, I met Paul Goguen and he quickly got me set up for a test drive. After doing some highway and side streets, I was pretty pleased with how the car handled and the overall difference from my prior vehicle (a 2009 Honda Fit, that I absolutely loved, but wasn't necessarily the best thing ever on long trips). After the test drive, I told Paul that I wasn't necessarily in a rush to buy a new car, since my current vehicle still worked incredibly well, but it's something I would be happy to consider depending on how the numbers lined up with a vehicle trade-in and payment options looked like. We went through the details about my current car and what payments would look like with the new vehicle and Paul was an absolute joy to deal with. He was patient, kind and explained things incredibly clearly whenever I had any questions. I don't buy a vehicles very often, so even though some of my questions might have seemed incredibly basic, he never once batted an eye as to what I was asking and provided me with exactly the information I was looking for. Within a few hours of walking into the dealership, I was leaving with a new-to-me vehicle and was incredibly happy and confident with my purchase, thanks in no small part to Paul's relaxed, laid back manner and his knowledge of what we could and couldn't do in terms of the sale. Needless to say, I'll definitely make Moncton Chrsyler Dodge one of the 1st places I go to check for a new vehicle and would be more than pleased to do business with Paul again!

Great car buying experience !!, Christian on a Sunday (as I found my special vehicle on their website) answered most of my questions, I drove 2.5 hours to get my vehicle 2 days later, Doug processed the paper, and clearly went over the extended warranty I purchased. I was anxious to leave but Christian insisted I meet everyone on the team and when I was leaving, he said , pick your prize , I was surprised completely, He carried the Weber BBQ to the truck and I was gone. I would highly recommend you visit this dealership for a great car buying experience!

Overpriced repairs, 500$+ to change rear rotors and pads. Top of the line rotors and pads at APM 213$ taxes in....one hour labour comes to 300$+!?!? Balancing tires I was told that it will take give or take an hour when the car is already on the hoist??? Vehicle will only be brought in for warranty issues. And this will be my last vehicle bought from them!

Emailed them regarding a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sahara priced at $69000. That's a lot of cash so I had some questions. I asked them "what size axles and what is the gearing". After all this Jeep has a 3.5" lift installed with 37" tires. This is the answer I got: "Hi , My name is Christian Larocque and I’m one of the car guys at MCS. That Jeep got conventional differential rear axle and it’s 3.21". Now I know that a Sahara comes stock with 3.21 gears and a Dana 44 rear and Dana 30 front axle. My response was: "Thanks for answering my email. I assumed the lift kit and that size tires were properly installed, but they’re going to rip the axles off and do a lot of damage. A lot of upgrading needed to be done (axles, drive shaft, re-gearing to at least 4.56, adjustable control arms, front and rear adjustable track bars, HD brakes, etc.....). You really shouldn’t be selling that to some unsuspecting customer". Instead of finding out more info and trying to determine exactly what work was done, his response was: "Jeep Has been done to National 4 wheel part in Fredericton. They know what they are doing! If you are not interested its fine but can't justify your email." So from this I sense that he's getting defensive. Is this because I had the nerve to point something out, or because he really just doesn't know much about the vehicles he's supposed to sell. Either way, it's an arrogant approach on his part so here I am, typing out this long winded review. Just beware if you're looking to buy, ask questions and question their answers if you don't feel they've been adequately answered.
Everytime I walk in the door I'm greeted with smiles, they are a very friendly and pleasant sales group. Everytime I've been in for my oil change or anything else was always good. This my second time buying a new car and my first was a different dealer ship and second. My second experience is by far the best on every side. Very disappointed with the service received here! My husband and I are from Dartmouth and we drove to my parents place in Moncton for the weekend. We decided to have our tires changed and when I booked my appointment they told me I could get a COMPLIMENTARY wheel alignment, so I said, “ Complimentary... you don’t have to say that twice... sure I will get that done”. We dropped our Jeep off Monday morning and went to Cora’s for breakfast and came back a few hours later to pick up the vechile. We arrived to find out our wheel alignment was actually not complimentary.... the analysis is. Anyway, they said it to us in a way that made it seem free when it wasn’t. Just be careful by their wording. When we explained the situation to the staff they were very rude and kept saying we had agreed to it that morning. Plus, they were answering calls and ignored us when we arrived and we waited 15 minutes; they had 3 people that were working. I am sure one of them could have stopped what they were doing to help us.

I first contacted him via email and he answered my questions and don’t want endless phone calls I prefer emails, He was quick replying and did a walk around video for me. From first email to receiving my car was 3 days. I highly recommend this Jason and the dealership. When I arrived each person I crossed paths with said hello it all felt safe and friendly everyone was helpful. I love the old building. I don’t think they should ever build a new building it’s warm and friendly. Not like other cookie cutter dealership they are cold and uncomfortable feeling like you might leave footprints on the floors. Not good...it took 2 1/2 hrs To do an oil change and tire rotation While waiting in the show room. And when it was done no one advised me that my vehicle was ready to go. No wonder people doesn't want to come here for a service.

I worked with Sam and it was awful, she never communicated anything with me. I had to reach out to her constantly for updates and was made to feel like an annoyance. If your credit is 100% and they don’t need to actually do any work it may be different but I felt like a burden. They convinced me they were the best and ended up taking a credit hit for nothing.

Just purchased a 2019 Charger from the dealership (online) while practicing social distancing, not once did we step into the dealership. We signed the contract on delivery, first time ive bought a car without driving it, but not once did i feel uncomfortable with my decision, thanks to Sam. Customer service is his priority. From the moment we met, he was easy going, friendly and valued our vehicle requirements. He showed us many options until we were happy and never pressed a decision. He was more of a guide than a sales associate - he match us to a vehicle and not a vehicle to us. When I am in for regular maintenance, Dan always has a big hello and checks in to make sure that everything is well. If I have a question or a concern he is always available and has a common sense approach when making decisions. You feel valued. Our warranty was coming up so we brought the vehicle in to be looked at. They said everything was fine and sent us on our way. A few months later we take it in for the annual inspection and the dealership manages to find a laundry list of problems totalling over $4,000.00 in required work that had to be fixed immediately. When I asked how they didn't pick it up just a few months ago they told me it was wear and tear and could show up any time. I questioned how wear and tear would show up so quickly on a solid steel part such as a knuckle and they told me it was actually the bushing. I asked why they were quoting me for the full knuckle and they changed it to just the bushing. This happened with a few parts until the bill was down to about $1,200.00. Either their techs didn't inspect the vehicle properly before the warranty expired or they intentionally deferred work. Either way I would strongly suggest avoiding this place.

This is my second vehicle purchase with Moncton Chrysler. After some hiccups credit wise from my past, both times I needed help with financing that banks wouldn't give. Mike wasted no time getting my options in order and kept in touch to keep me updated on progress. In less than a week (with the help of the lovely Suzanne Beggs!) I had financing and test drove a vehicle. My life and work schedule (like many!) is crazy and all over the place, but they were always available. My questions and concerns after the test drive were immediately dealt with; no impatience or hesitation and I was in my car within 24 hours. Everything was seamless and stress free! :)
The definition of an appointment is as follows. "a formal arrangement to meet or visit someone at a particular time and place" Making an appointment with this service department is useless. I was scheduled for 8:00am for a 1 to 2 hours labor job as per service representative. Called at 3:00pm to confirm truck was ready and was told they would need to keep my truck for an additional day as the part arrived late. My issue is I was called over a week ago to say the ordered part had arrived. When I brought attention to this blatant lie to the person on the phone he changed his story saying he did not have my appointment in the system. Again a lie, I asked why no one called to ask what my keys were doing in the drop box this morning inside the sealed envelope with all the information written on the outside of the envelope like time of my appointment, reason for appointment, my name, and my phone number, he then says "sorry I don't know what to say" The worst part is this is the second time in 2 weeks my truck has been there for several days for the same problem.

Service beyond the floor Bought a Chrysler 300c from Jonathan, He gave me plenty of time to test drive and answered any questions i had about the car with no pressure of buying. After everything was said and done i was sent to Doug who to this day I call "The Magician" spending time to call different banks to get me approved and the best interest rate he didn't go with just the first bank to approve me he made sure the interest rate was as low as it was going to go. He brought my interest rate from a previous car loan of 29.7% to 6.9% on my new loan. After about a month of owning the car i seen Jonathan at a concert on his own time he approached me asking how i was, how the car was running,if i still liked it. told him loved the car but there were some problems and he assured me they would get them fixed. The next day he called me to make sure i had the time and made the appointment for the techs to look at it. The on going service was unbelievable, he cared more about my satisfaction above the commission. I am now in the process of buying a second car/van from him for my wife.

Never in my life have I experienced this kind of service. I went to test drive a vehicle for my cousin that lives overseas, upon my arrival (15 minutes late) i ask for the salesman “claude” who was apparently aware of me coming but had forgot, called the initial salesman for info which was fine. Thus, my wife whom had spoken with that salesman told “claude” she did not want to deal with the other salesman because of his attitude over the phone. As i could feel his frustration as his shift was over in 10 minutes, my wife apologized for being late and said we had some unforeseen events on highway but we were there for a sale etc.... He proceeded to turn around and tell us “ you guys can leave if you want” needless to say, I LEFT! This is certainly not my first rodeo buying a vehicle from a dealership but it will certainly be my last time stepping foot at moncton Chrysler dodge on mountain road.. Id like to add i’ve always been treated with respect at Bouctouche Chrysler dodge, Taylor Ford and (twice) at Hyndai Rally Sports.

this is the second vehicle me and my fiance have purchased from Moncton Chrysler superstore. I always go to John Thorley cause he always made us feel comfortable as a gay couple purchasing a vehicle. When i purchased our first vehicle 3 years ago i had credit issues, with the help of there awesome finance team i purchased a used car i wanted. Now 3 years later we traded that same car at the same dealer ship it was originally purchased at and now its returned to that same one to make another person happy. John was there again to help us get our dream Ram 1500 we wanted and the pricing we wanted too. Honestly your looking to buy a car anyway why no go see the best Team so you can get the car you want at a price you can afford. Then grab a prize from there massive prize mountain and have fun with your purchase.

Took my truck here because I was getting an error code. $1200 and a week later, I brought my truck home ON THE HOOK! Initial problem was misdiagnosed according to 3 honest mechanics, then Moncton Chrysler tried telling me my AC needed replacing. When I told them to disconnect it, they sudden found another $1800 problem. I showed up unannounced, paid the initial $1200 bill for the problem they didn’t fix and they didn’t have the *COURTESY* to send me home in their courtesy shuttle because I pulled the plug on them ripping me off any further. In fact the shuttle driver saw me while I was waiting for the tow truck, asked if needed a ride somewhere and the service advisor yelled over “NO SHE DOESNT GET A RIDE” so I had to take a taxi home AFTER spending $1200 and them wrecking my vehicle I DROVE into the dealership and had to get towed home!! Take your vehicle to Bouctouche Chrysler- they have a 4.5 star rating for a reason!

Just purchased a 2021 ram 1500 classic night edition. The experience I had here was fantastic and is second to none, I was being jerked around by other dealerships and the sales person at moncton Chrysler understood my situation and was motivated to get me a vehicle I wanted and did it fast. Very highly recommended. Will be directing all my future business here.

BEWARE!! This is the worst dealership you can ever think of dealing with. They made a deal with us on the 2018 Laramie Longhorn the last day of the month (Feb 28, 2018). They were very desperate to make the deal because they didn’t meet their quota for the month so agreed on the price we were getting from Toronto. They did a hard credit check, took a $2,000 deposit on the credit card before close on Feb 28th, and said we will send the guy in the morning to pick you up and then you can drive back in your new truck. The sales rep called at 11am the next morning and said I have a bad news……we can’t honor the same price anymore because the rebate program from Chrysler has changed and the pricing has gone up. I said what is this about?? My deal was done yesterday so it would fall under February and not March. He didn’t have a good answer but kept apologizing. He returned our deposit but we were back into a hole. The manager was so coward that he won’t even speak to us but instead had the sales rep call us and apologize. In short……DO NOT DEAL with Moncton Chrysler. They didn’t know how to run a dealership, so BEWARE!! They are a bunch of CHEATERS!!

If you want your vehicle to last do not ever get it serviced at this place. They can't even put and oil drain cap on properly and don't fix anything right the first time and charge you more for it the second time. Do not ever go here. Stay far far away.

Brought my jeep in to have a grinding noise in the back looked at. I told Donnie from service you'll only hear the noise with the windows down and when it starts or reverses from zero. Donnie called me back shortly after I left to confirm he had heard the noise and would have it looked after. I got a call later on stating that it was my heat shield that was rusted out making the noise. So I pick the jeep up as they needed two days to get the part to fix it. When I picked the jeep up I was advised the tech who tested drove the jeep did not hear the noise and wasn't sure what made it. I bring the jeep back and get the shield replaced and when I got home it was making the same noise. $300 down the drain because Moncton Chrysler guessed what was wrong. I called back and got Gabriel on the phone and he sounded as if I was bothering him when I was asking why they told me they would fix the noise but decided to do other work. He then asked me "what do you want me to do" to which I replied fix my car and not guess what's wrong only to make me come back and pay more money to guess again. This time he replied "do you want the appointment or not" so I asked for his manager. So I get on the phone with Luke twice. Both times they dropped the call which I had to call in again. I spoke with Kim asking why they were hanging up on me for a good two mins before she sent me over to Rick. Rick then started saying I was breaking up when I would speak. Kinda funny I can speak to service twice for about ten mins total but the second I speak to a manager my phones cutting out. What's the point of bringing your car to these guys who charge $99 for a diagnostic fee when they can't even fix the issue?

Had an appointment for 10am for a tire change and oil change and at 12 noon they said it would still be a 2 hour wait. If they are running on a skeleton crew like they claim maybe they should be booking so many appointments. Service desk was not social distancing. If it's going to take 4 hours to do something that normally only takes one hour you should really being telling people a head of time as some of us dont have 4 plus hours to walk around and wait for their car. Waste of gas and waste of our time
Time to spend some money on a new building at a new larger location. Showroom is mess no privacy when dealing with salesman. Not a place I want to shop at on the future.
I have been dealing with this Dealership since 1981. Both for vehicle purchases and service. My latest visit was due to a screw puncturing a tire in my 2 month old vehicle. Despite showing up without an appointment 1/2 hour before closing time, my Jeep was accepted and I was back on the road in about an hour. Every effort was made to accommodate me, without complaint, and with a smile. It is no wonder I keep going back.
Fantastic experience; my first with this dealership. I called in and spoke with Richard Steeves who found me the exact Ram I was seeking (no easy feat in this market), helped me secure it and aligned me with with a great deal. Richard is friendly, responsive, straightforward, and knowledgeable - all of which were appreciated and led to this review. If the vehicle performs anywhere near as well as Richard, I'll certainly be back.

Just bought a Used 2500 power wagon through them and it was great. I dealt with Matt Lutes and he was great, treated me with respect told him what I needed and my price range and found me the vehicle for my needs super guy. have had a chance to try out the service department yet but hopefully it will be as good.
My wife and I decided to trade our Suv in for a truck and shopped around at every dealership in town and some out of town. We felt right at home when we walked into this dealership and met with our salesman Christian larocque, he not only took his time to understand what we wanted but was not pushy like a lot of salesman we met . Christian really paid attention to what we were looking for and on the date of delivery of our new 2021 warlock he surprised us with the extras already packed up for us which was a truck bed tent, some sporty water bottles and dodge swag that we love also had the truck ready with some aftermarket accessories we requested this was very surprising cause it was only mentioned one time in the beginning. Christian also through txt msg has been like a Friend throughout this whole experience always quick to respond and available to assist . About 2 months later he did a follow up call to surprise me with even more exciting news . Unbeknownst to us he put our names in a draw and we were the winners of very cool inflatable boat that we look forward to using. Now you may all be thinking I’m very happy because of all the extras and trust me I am but trust me I am not an easy fella to please and this guy has earned a lifetime customer, your looking for a vehicle give Christian a call you’ll see what I mean. This dealership in the service department specifically is only about collecting as much money as possible from a customer rather than working towards customer loyalty. They will not address a specific issue and claim the issue has been fixed by having the customer pay for work that will not fix the issue the first time bringing your vehicle to get serviced. They will also go out of their way to intentionally cause issues to your vehicle to think the customer will bring their vehicle back to be serviced. FOR ANY INSTANCE, PURCHASING A VEHICLE, OR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP. Please, take my word on this, or your experience here will be just like mine, and the others who have written reviews regarding the service department. The service department at Moncton Chrysler are scammers. I noticed the service manager comment on other reviews to make the dealership regard no fault of their own, that is bogus. This review is as truthful as the others without explaining my exact situation. Zero stars.

I am very disappointed with the service dept at this dealership. I have bought 4 new Dodge/Jeep products in the last 5 years. Three of them from this dealership and from Roger Sealey. Dealing with Roger is always a pleasant experience and feels more like chatting with am old friend than purchasing a vehicle. Roger is probably the only reason I keep coming back. The vehicles were great and practically trouble free which is good considering the lousy and shady work coming out of their service dept. My last purchase was a 2018 Ram Limited and I had the undercoating done. This was not part of the deal or negotiations, I flat out paid for this service. I had my truck on a lift ( at another garage) and noticed the " lack" of undercoating. The doors, tail gate, inner fenders, rockers, most of the cross members, as well as above the spare tire had zero undercoating present. They had spayed some on parts of the frame and a little on the muffler( I suppose to make it look like it was done all over. I am very disappointed and insulted and have to say this one is the straw that broke the camel's back. In no way is this directed at Roger Sealey and I would buy more vehicles from him if ever he was at another dealership. My truck is being undercoated tomorrow at a local undercoating garage. I would rather pay them than to have the service dept at Moncton Chrysler redo it even if was at no cost.

Just a quick note to praise Moncton Dodge on their customer service. I recently bought a used 2016 Ram Eco Diesel from them and love the truck, being from Fredericton I was apprehensive about buying out of my area. 4 months passed when I had an issue with the vehicle, I took it to my local dealer where they diagnosed and sent me a large quote to repair as my local dealer explained how this was not a warranty item. One phone call to the Sales Manager Nadia and one pic of the faulty item is all it took for them to properly diagnose the issue with the help of their very knowledgeable and award winning service technician. He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had a lot of questions (I mean a lot!!) and he was very patient and pleasant with us. We did not feel pressured to make any quick decisions. I really appreciated the time he took with us when we picked up the truck. He sat with us in the truck to go over the truck options in more detail and answered more questions!! It almost feels like you're in a welfare dealership, there are desks everywhere rather than proper offices, and then all of the "prizes" that you can pick from which are complete junk are just there in the middle of the place, you're practically tripping over them the whole time. When it comes to their service team, they all look disgusting and smell like cigarettes. On top of that when you try and talk to them they act like you know nothing and they know everything; you won't get my business.

Decent experience. Waited a considerable amount of time for an oil change and there waiting room has very limited seating forcing people to stand for hours on end, many older people being forced to stand there without being offered alternate seating or a chair. High costs for parts and repair. Honest opinion.

The Best Yet!! My wife and I have bought many vehicles and this purchase stands out as the best, least stressful experience. The dealership did not have a vehicle that matched the features we wanted and the price that we were prepared to pay. Effort was made to acquire one for us from another dealership but this spurred a hesitant buyer to commit. To meet our need, we were offered a more featured vehicle at an agreeable and a very attractive price that is affordable to us. I highly recommend our salesperson, Marie-Helene St. Amand. Behind her are a crew of people who work cohesively as a team. I asked questions and received straight forward responses from Marie-Helene both over the phone and through email. She knew who in the dealership to seek information and advice. Even with technical questions like gear ratios (Jeep Wrangler) she knew the jargon and responded substantively. She clearly understands the vehicle that she is selling. Throughout the sales process, I kept whispering to my wife that this dealership is different from the others that we have encountered. The atmosphere is pleasant. The salesperson works with others. Other salespeople who you would think are competitive present themselves to be cordial, friendly and supportive to their colleague. Another salesperson reminded Marie-Helene of a used vehicle that might meet our need. I overheard a salesperson on the telephone and he seemed to be receiving news that the prospective buyer had chosen something different and elsewhere. He responded "I understand". He had no fit and withheld any cry of disappointment. In other words, he and others in the dealership demonstrated their professionalism.
Worst service ever. Tell you everything you want to hear when working out a deal, but then once deal is done - you are treated like a nobody. Everyone lies and gives you the runaround. Horrible service. Service center tell you bold face lies assuming you do not know anything about vehicles. Horrible service. I am forced to give one star to be able to post my review. I’m a real customer which can be verified by Invoice number 432619, dated August 19, 2019. I took our 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Moncton Chrysler Jeep Dodge Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, needing the thermostat replaced. When I went in and spoke with the Service Writer, Billy, I informed him that we are from Tennessee and the jeep is towed behind our motorhome. I explained to him the temperature didn’t get extremely hot, just higher than normal. I told him the temp did go down once up to highway speeds, but stayed above normal. I explained I had checked that the hydraulic radiator cooling fan was operating that I checked the radiator found the top to be cold, indicating the thermostat wasn’t opening completely. Billy was working on his keyboard, so I assumed he was taking down what I had said. Finally I asked him if he would check the thermostat availability because a 2004, it might not be stocked. He replied that “will not be a problem since there were all sorts aftermarket ones available”. We chit-chatted a little while he completed his paperwork and I asked him to speak up as my hearing is poor due to many years working on Navy aircraft and engines. That led to a short discussion about my aircraft mechanical background and his friend who is a pilot with FedEx and his path to that position and him (the friend) not having to deal with passengers. I left thinking the Jeep would go into the shop about 10:00 the next morning for the thermostat replacement. As instructed next day I phoned shortly after Noon and was told to call back about 1:30. This I did and Billy informed me to come on over as the jeep would be ready in about 20 minutes. Upon arriving Billy and I entered some small talk as he brought up the invoice and told me the amount due was $566.99. This cost TOTALLY took me by surprise and I told him “that’s pretty high for a thermostat replacement”. He went on to explain that there was three hours of labor put into the Jeep, stating how the mechanic road tested it, checked to see if any codes were showing, verified the hydraulic radiator cooling fan was operating, let the car idle for about an hour and while the temperature didn’t get excessively hot it was higher than it should have been and after checking the radiator and finding it cool, he replaced the thermostat. Well, after Billy explained what the mechanic did, I reminded him what the mechanic diagnosed was exactly what I had told him the day before and that some customers know what they are talking about. At this juncture, since he knew I had a mechanical background, I had expected him to recognize that I was being billed for excessive work. To my total shock his response to my “some customers know what there are talking about” was to state “and some do not” as he handed me my bill. At that point in time I realized that I was a foreign citizen in a foreign country with NO RECOURSE, so I paid the excessive $566.99 and got the heck out of there. Now why am I writing this review? I’ll never go back to this shop again even if (and it’s a big if) I’m in Moncton NB and need a repair/service. But I felt obligated to put my experience out there so that someone looking for a repair shop has the opportunity to evaluate how we were taken advantage of. This dealership and/or its mechanic, knowing that a foreign citizen vacationing in New Brunswick cannot just leave their car while a bill is disputed, milked a simple repair with no complications into a very big bill. Anyone who has had or has replaced a thermostat must be scratching their heads over this cost, so if you are reading this review looking for a repair shop in the Moncton NB area, please be extremely careful if you must or decide to use Moncton Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
Parts are extremely expensive, I paid $40 for a cap that imo should have cost $1 to $2 at the most, and it was a loose fit! People are friendly and respectful

Terrible. They will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy a vehicle. I recently bought a 2012 ram, 4.7 V8. Was told twice that it had MDS. Which is when the truck dials down to 4 cyl on the highway. I live 2 hrs away and never would have driven all the way to moncton if i knew this truck was straight up V8, as i had no interest in owning a V8. Joel lied to me on the phone to get me there, then when i was about to take it for a test drive,i specifically asked him directly, " Does this truck have MDS, he said absolutely, every ram newer than 2009 has it. So i bought the truck, and later found out it DOES NOT have MDS, only the 5.7 Hemi has it. Of course its too late to do anything now, as Joel told me i can trade it in, but i won't get nearly what i paid for it in trade value. So they ripped me off completely. I will never go back there
Two good things come from my experience at Moncton dodge. 1) Friendly service advisors 2) They washed my engine after an oil change. That's where the good ends. I took my truck in and explained i was driving across the country and wanted it to be in good shape. I had almost $1000 worth of work done to it as per my request. Really long story short, they improperly filled the transmission. Meaning they didn't put enough in. So I went and bought oil and put it in myself....3 litres worth. May seem like a small amount, but it's enough to cause the transmission to do weird things. Then when I finished the job I paid them to do, truck was back to normal. Imagine that! Got the run around from the service manager who treated me like I was a brainless chimp...im a brainless chimp who happens to have 2 journeyman mechanic tickets by the way. Anyway this is just the short version to my story... I won't be going back since they have trouble completing even the most simple job you can do to a vehicle. I should go recheck the engine oil actually...it's probably under-filled too.
I just got my car through them. Sam and John were amazing to talk with. I provided a budget that they were able to work with, and even pushed to get a lower interest rate for me. I don't know much about cars and this was my first big decision and purchase made on my own. They walked me through everything clearly and shared some stories and laughs along the way. I've contacted Sam twice now after purchase and she has been more then helpful. Makes me feel like a friend than a "sale". She was patient and translucent about facts of the car. They are also very competitive with trade-ins! (I priced around and they couldn't be beat with what they offered me!) While there was a slight misunderstanding that was on my part, they offered a gift from the show room (new Bissell pet vacuum for me!). If you want a place that treats you like family, and not a walking cash machine, Moncton Chrysler is the place to go.
